Really really really really. Ok

McDonald's is normal great, but on this occasion I must give a thumbs down. I ordered my breakfast and was 33, 31 was collect your food my number disappeared then 34,35,36 appeared 36 collect your food I asked about mine 33 no 33 on board . So I decided to get a refund by then my food came, I got my refund I waited 7 mins plus which normal you would get your food but I was amazed 36 got his food before me. I wont visit here again but other McDonald's I will .. just disappointed in the staff

Long wait for food and exceptionally noisey with screaming children.

Nice place, kept clean. Courteous staff.

Drive thru, the fillet was defo a reheat, bun was burnt and I never got my cheese balls, shocking food never again

Only got 1 star for food as my wife and grandson can eat your food BUT I can not as I'm a celiac and you don't sell any g/ g food l

My favourite McDonald’s in the UK. Always stop here heading north or south. Food is always cooked perfect and the staff are Super polite and a credit to the business. And I’ve eaten McDonald’s all over the UK.

I’m so disappointed in the attitude of the staff. However, there was one staff member who honestly deserves a pay rise. His name is Alex and has curly hair ish. He was extremely polite to me despite the 20 minute wait up at the till. If you are reading this as his manager. Give the boy a promotion. Thank you (only to alex)

Very nice place and high quality service. Although we were 14people walking at a same time and ordering different stuff, they managed to serve us properly and good quality. Go upstairs and enjoy the view and the food😉

Ordered for take out tonight- 30/01/24 2 portions of cheese bites missing from the order. Not ideal to come back when you are miles away!!!!

Slowest Macdonalds in the world, wait for ages in the drive through

Ordered the mccheesey with bacon. Customised for no lettuce and onion. X2. Got roll with a cheese slice and burger. No sauce or bacon. Didn't noticed until I got home. Also got another one not customised, no sauce again, little bit of bacon ans thick slices of onion. The diet cola teased like it was mixed with orange juice. Wasted of £33 . Problem is its just kid's working there and no one checking the orders.

Place is a joke for delivery’s, can’t get a simple order right simply because they can’t be bothered to, how hard is it to read a reciept and place items in a bag🙄then they’ll blame just eat as if it’s them packing the orders

I have been to this McDonald's quite a few times it is nomally ok but recently the customer service and staff attitude has been sorely lacking there has been no time taken to be customer driven as long as they can have a laugh.

Decent allround mcdonalds for eat in or drive through. I must add i dont know why this is a Two story mcdonalds building as we have arrived here on numerous occasions and ground floor has been packed like sardines. Eating your meal off other peoples laps. The senior cleaning team likes to close the upstairs no matter how many customers are in. ive see this on numerous occasions and the young staff are scared to open up a section to ease the congestion. I can only presume the head cleaner is part off the management team ?

Kind server had a spare sandwich which they offered to me! Very thoughtful.

Terrible service, waited 15 minutes for one meal, told to park up while everyone in the kitchen we’re standing around having a Carry on, there was a pile up of cars waiting for food, very poor and unprofessional service.

I want to give my special thanks to Mr. Ross, the manager. Ross allowed me to stay in the facility while working, so I had all my meals on that day while waiting my car to get fixed. Five stars for this amazing and brilliant McDonald's staff from Stirling. The food is the food however, the staff are really nice and hardworking. Clean place, I've stayed in the facility a couple of hours because of the rain, and could not spot one single employee stopped. Always doing something, or helping someone.

3rd time i have ordered the mighty sausage muffin and brown sauce which is supposed to have 2 slices of bacon on it and it arrived with only 1 slice. Used table service and she brought no milk stirrer or napkins threw tray on to my table and stomped away. This bacon scam happens in other branches (Falkirk retail park)too I’m beginning to wonder if it’s on purpose to save money. Come on McDonalds training needed to keep continuity and happy customers because this annoying habit of short changing customers is not a good start to peoples day and experience of using your restaurants

Short staffed but Kaylee's showed excellent customer care to get the drive thru moving

The slowest fast food in town. Takes 15min to make a salad. Always missing something. Don’t recommend.

An irony in referring to this as fast food. Staff far more interested in gossip than working.

4 items missing from our order....for the 2nd. Ordered large strawberry and banana milkshakes drinks with our large double mac bacon burger meals. ... Guess what drinks we didn't get???.. Yip! Our milkshakes.. But.... We did get 2 medium COLA"S. We ordered a Boscotti McFlurry and a Galaxy McFlurry....they never arrived in our order neither. Absolute imbaseals! Need sacked. Can't get a simple order right. This is 2nd time same mcds has made exactly the same mistakes with my order DISGRACE! NO STARS. BIG FAT ZERO

Use drive thru a lot. However I am tired of having to check the order before I drive away. Today the meal was not correct and because there were no changes to the standard meal I didn't check. Big mistake and very disappointing. The food (if correct) is fresh and tasty so no complaints on that front.

Just had the worst Mcds breakfast..the bacon wasn't cooked and now feel sick tbh..I'll never buy a bacon & egg breakfast again..not the early morning experience I wanted ,even my shoes stuck to the floor..disappointed, normally a good mcds ..

had lunch May 23, lovely friendly staff, helpful, food lovely and fresh and enjoyable and a standard of cleaning and cleanliness second to none. Well done in every respect

went to the drive thru which was pretty quick. Turns out half my order was missing. had to go back in to get the rest. on top of that I hadn't realized that something else was missing so paid for something I didn't even receive. Always check your order before you drive away!

Had to order twice after waiting 15 minutes no one arrived to give our food after being asked to park up, had to go in and re order with them to again and wait further! Poorly organised the two cars at each side of us were waiting too one had missing items the other was the completely the wrong order, disappointing l.

Staff very nice and friendly. When we thought the hot chocolate is a bit weak, the staff is very nice and explained that sometimes the machine is faulty and exchange a new cup for us with empathy. Store is clean and we had a really relax breakfast.

Ordered on just eat, delivery time quick food as cold as the juice but when you order 5 chicken selects and only get 3. Robbing of the highest order, no be back

rant, rage fume and rage again...... mccrispy is a total con !!!!!!!!! , photos suggest you are getting a kfc chicken burger when in fact you are getting a slighly fatter chicken mayo burger for FOUR TIMES THE PRICE !!!!!!!! - people in suits should understand you only get to f people over ONCE ....

Seems strange but this place is good and it was a nice time as took my mum and found people friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our time and food.

Best mcdonalds around, litteraly don't like the nuggets from the rest anymore 😂 Forgot my fries and gave me a regular drink.

The McDonald's app and table service are great.

Tend to use the drive thru and the service is fast & efficient. Even when queues look big it doesn't take long to get through.

The floor manager was very helpful, as provided our child with crayons and paper to play with. The only criticism I would make is the restaurant is quite cold so we felt quite rushed during our visit as we couldn't sit in the cold much longer.

Great service. Staff were friendly and cleaning around the tables constantly to ensure it was nice and clean. The food was lovely and delivered within minutes.

This is by far the worst McDonald's in Scotland that I've been to. All the food was cold, they charged me over what I was supposed to pay and the manager didn't want to help me. NOT RECCOMENDED AT ALL.

They line up the drinks so if u order a tea prepare for it Luke warm and stewed. Was really busy but the fries were definitely sat for a while because they tasted like the cardboard they were served in.

Spotlessly clean. Quick service and really tasty food. Cheap coffee prices for excellent quality products compared with other big overpriced names.

Disappointed on more than one visit to not be able to sit upstairs because it has not been in use because according to staff the restaurant is not busy enough so had to sit downstairs where seats are less comfortable. Overall good service, friendly staff, good food.

Wasn't overly busy but meals took longer than normally to come out. Missing item from order rectified without any problem, drink was a bit off, didn't taste right. All in all OK, restaurant was clean and parking is never an issue here

Plenty room Inside although couldn't go upstairs as the elevator wasn't working so disabled or mum/dad with a pushchair were left downstairs. I personally don't understand the liking for McDonald's, I think they're tasteless bits of junk food but the kids seem to like them as their Friday treat...yuk. parking spaces not really enough if it was a busy time. Play park could've had a bit more imagination to it considering it's a pretty new store.

No salt. No service at counter. Touch screens not easy for everyone.

First time visiting and I enjoyed it staff are nice and friendly,will visit again.

Upstairs area is constantly closed for past few months, no valid explanation for that. You are only allowed to use few tables downstairs. During lunch time is very crowdy and almost impossible to find a spot to sit. Tables are dirty. I have a question to owners, why did you bother with this I believe expensive investment if you are not allowing customers to use it's full capacity?

Very well run McDonald’s. The burgers were the best you can get at McDonald’s. The parking was able to accommodate our Motorhome. Bacon was soggy, though

Some nice staff and some absolute bomb scare's there speciality is getting you to wait in one of the bays for an age then giving you half your order absolute nose bleed. Best refusing to wait in a bay

Quick service, polite staff, clean and tidy. Not much else to say really.

Lovely new restaurant with friendly staff, there is an upstairs although it won't be opened unless all the tables downstairs are occupied, the tent cards for table service have been taken away allowing only to collect your order. I had to request my table was cleaned when we arrived as all the tables were dirty and when we finished both bins were too full for us to empty our trays. It started off so well too, disappointed

It's a McDonald's, no review needed. This store is near retail park so not as busy I find than other McDonald's inside... the drive thru can get busy

Easy access from a few roads and next to retail park. Fast service and clean every time we have been in. On 2 floors and the newer more modern look mcD which is nice.

I was at a macdonalds in Glasgow last week and the staff had no manners whatsoever. It was night and day in this branch staff were very polite and courteous and a credit to the team.

Staff couldnt care less about the customer didnt give us the sauce we asked for as well as the chips were not salted and tasteless worst mcdonalds in stirling

Only went thru the drive in for a drink but service was fast and all very polite

Cannot fault it, just for once, we did customisation on all bits of the order, it all came out correct. Well done folks. Nice clean place, staff friendly and always going round cleaning surfaces etc etc, wish all customers paid attention to the mask rule or there were staff members to enforce it, sadly this is not just here that has the issue. Anyway, food order, correct, speedy service and food nice and hot.
