Chicken is good but expensive for lunch

Lovely staff, ordered to take away and the food was ready pretty quickly!

Enjoyed the Mac and cheese which was new to the menu.

Food factory and a lot of greenwashing. Promoted as environmentally friendly but is happy to buy and sell drinks from the other side of the planet. There are no local beers and European wines on the menu. The management should look at themselves.

The food was okay. Nando's is too expensive now. I wouldn't spend the money on it again. We bought one bottomless drink at £3.50 and shared it. We tried the new loaded fries but they weren't great. They had a funny taste, maybe it was the BBQ flavour. I would steer clear of the rainbow slaw. The sauces are the best part of Nando's. Not as good as I remember it being.

I'd prefer it if you could order there rather than use the app, there wasn't much interaction with the staff. Food was decent and no real complaints.

Was in tonight and it was super busy. I was having trouble with a gift voucher and the girl behind the till (didn't catch her name but she was dressed different so assuming manager) was so patient and even offered to call the company, great service!

Chicken 🐔 was dry as . Staff were very attentive. I'll not be going back.

Food was enjoyable However on arrival was back queue of customers waiting to be seated and heard it said it was due to. low staffing The doors also heavy and awkward for wheelchair access . Which could be problematic Also not very spacious for chair . Although waiter did move chair to make space for wheelchair Is obvious wheelchair access was an.afterthought especially heavy , un accessible doors as mentioned above Don't think I'd be overly keen to.go.again Was loud under staffed and seemed chioatic . We are visiting the area and ate here last night with our family including my 18 month old who is anaphylaxis to nuts. We were taken care of so much by the team and I've never felt so comfortable eating out with her before. They took her allergy so seriously but were kind, caring and professional too making us feel so welcome and at ease. Nandos will be a No1 place to eat out for us now. Well done Nandos and well done to your lovely Stirling team ❤

$$+ Order at the counter. Mostly self-serve. Casual. No fuss dining. Green veggies are limited at Nando’s as they are limited throughout Scotland. However, the Couscous with Butter Nut Squash and LARGE Broccoli sides with a side of garlic bread made for a yummy lunch that I was grateful to have. Would do again.

Been coming here for a number of years and it is consistently good. One of my favourite things to do is to mix fizzy drinks - Coke on top of Fanta is particularly eye-catching.

Work lunch yesterday in Nando's Stirling to say fairwell to a colleague. It was a frosty affair, but that was just the venue. There were 10 of us, and not one of us could bear to take our coats off as the restaurant was freezing. If you are thinking of going - don't! Apparently the heating has been out for 10 days and no sign of it getting fixed. I can't imagine from a Health & Safety perspective the staff should be working in such cold conditions. We asked the manager about some free tea or coffee to heat us up, he just said no! We definitely will not be back and will look to have any work functions elsewhere. A simple gesture of a hot drink for compensation for sitting eating lunch in the freezing cold would have gone a long way! Poor show Nando's!

Había 9 de nosotros fuimos a Nando para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi nieto. El restaurante estaba helado. Teníamos que mantener nuestros abrigos puestos. Había un calentador junto a la puerta pero no daba mucho calor. Uno de los miembros de nuestro grupo ordenó que se les dijera hongos portobello y queso haloumi que no quedaban hongos. Luego ordenó que le dijeran que no quedaba nada. Ella terminó sin tener nada. La comida era comestible pero no muy agradable y el servicio era deficiente. Todo esto a las 6 pm los domingos por la noche. No volveré a visitar de nuevo.

Había mucha gente allí y se sentía como una banda corriendo con gente yendo y viniendo y una vez que nos habíamos comido nos sentíamos estresados para sentarnos y hablar porque la cola era larga para los que esperaban en la mesa.La comida estaba bien y había foco en diferentes platos de pollo y diferentes salsas fuertes. Fue una recarga gratis de bebida que apreciamos ya que la comida que elegimos era fuerte.

Visited for a lunch snack and a Sagres beer, Chicken done according to hotness and plenty of sauces lying to spice it up a little more

We had to send our food back because it came cold which is not good. This was promptly fixed so i can give them some credit. However, the restaurant itself is freezing. I understand it is summer time but there is no need for it to be on full blast.

Visitamos Nandos regularmente en todo el país y este es el peor servicio que hemos experimentado. No saludamos cuando fuimos al restaurante y se fue cuesta abajo desde allí. El personal no comprobó que todo estaba o. K con la comida como lo hacen normalmente y tuve que ir a buscar a alguien para contarle que tuvimos un problema. Absolutamente ningún interés en nuestro problema y no se ofreció a hacer nada al respecto. Al final de la comida, nadie vino a recoger los platos y las mesas alrededor de nosotros estaban llenas de platos sucios todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí. Al personal no parecía importarle y decepcionó a la marca.

Mal servicio al cliente. No podía disfrutar de mi comida ya que cierto personal era grosero y no podía dejar de lado las diferencias mientras trabajaba. El personal susurra y mira, y deja los platos sucios al ver que están listos. Trayendo desierto mientras los platos principales siguen ahí. No me sentí cómodo en absoluto, de principio a fin de mi comida.

Normalmente vamos a Nando en Falkirk, que es nuestro local, sin embargo, sabiendo que estaría ocupado decidimos conducir hasta Stirling Nando.

Al hospedarnos en un hotel cercano, visitamos Nando varias veces durante nuestra estadía. La comida era deliciosa y el servicio fue rápido. En el transcurso de nuestra estancia pedimos una gran fuente, así como algunas comidas para niños, ensaladas y envolturas de pita. El pollo era de buen tamaño, sándwiches / pitas y ensaladas eran geniales. Mucha variedad en los lados. Un poco caro, pero definitivamente te dan mucha comida. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar.

We visited last night before going to the cinema next door. The good thing about Nando’s is you can be in and out, with a decent tasty meal, in 30 minutes, having said that, last night the restaurant was rammed! We had a 20 minute wait for a table and certainly felt the atmosphere and need for us to be in and out quickly.

Picked up an order with my partner and wasn't too impressed unfortunately. Portion sizes were smaller than normal and incorrect flavours on items. Send an email but still heard nothing back as restaurant phone just rang off multiple times.

Right next door to the excellent Vue Cinema in Stirling. Excellent service from the friendly and helpful staff, despite being really busy. Very good quality and value for money. We were pushed for time as seeing a movie afterwards and they were happy to provide takeaway cartons for the delicious Natas we had ordered.

One of my favourite Nando’s in Scotland always get order spot on and great value for money every time

There were 6 of us booked into Nando's for a family birthday meal. I had booked a booth, and one was ready for us.

We love coming to nandos!!! Staff are always smiling and friendly, nice and clean inside. Menu has so much options, I love the butterfly chicken. Food is always made fresh and is quick at coming out. Never ever get tired of coming here.

Primera visita a un nandos y fue muy agradable. La comida era buena aunque un poco pequeña (Teníamos la hamburguesa de pollo con patatas fritas). La selección de cervezas era bastante pobre aunque para los precios. El lugar estaba limpio y el personal era genial. Sin duda volveremos, pero ordenará algo diferente la próxima vez.

Pedimos una comida para llevar esta noche antes de un vuelo temprano mañana. Normalmente disfruto mucho de Nandos por su facilidad, sabor y variedad, pero, aunque está bien, hay algunas cosas que me hacen pensar que la cocina estaba teniendo una noche "fuera de lugar". La envoltura de pollo estaba seca a pesar de que aparentemente todas las salsas estaban puestas, y las papas fritas no tienen aderezo y algunas eran sólidas. Sé que no es un restaurante como tal y toda nuestra comida fue buena en general, pero nos decepcionó un poco.

Situated opposite a hotel and beside a cinema this is a typical Nando's. You get what you expect. High ceiling makes it feel very noisy

A testa si spende circa 8 Pounds fuori le bevande che per la zona non è molto. Il cibo è buono il servizio è veloce, si scegli, si paga, e il cibo lo portano al tavolo. Al banco a libero servizio si prende da bere e tutti i condimenti e le salse che si vuole. Locale pulito e ben tenuto. Enorme parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze.

Nuestro grupo de 7 fuimos a comer antes del cine. El sistema de pedidos fue un poco lento. Sin embargo, una vez que nuestra orden llegó, la comida llegó rápidamente y estaba deliciosa. Consistentemente buena comida con un ambiente agradable. Mi único problema es que el restaurante suele ser bastante frío, especialmente si estás sentado cerca de la puerta de entrada

Went here as we were staying opp at prem inn. Very friendly helpful staff. Food was really good. Can see why it was busy

Meal with extended family. Ordered on line to collect. Payment taken but came up error message. Phoned Nandos who said order hadn't gone through. So ordered over phone. Went to collect. Had to pay again. Checked bank account. Payment pending which meant I couldn't access. Contacted Nando who said it happens frequently but it will go back into account which it did but not till later in week. Just as well I had money in account and not going into overdraft. Not good enough. Poor rating based online service although staff in restaurant were very helpful.

After visiting here with my boyfriend tonight (3rd March) we are truly shocked at the service we had tonight. But I’ll start off with some good points, 1. Managed to get a table as soon as we got in and the final good point is we had quick service at the till. But after that it was just terrible. I had ordered the chicken burger with chips and my boyfriend had ordered the chicken wrap, with 2 soft drinks both being cokes, we got our drinks from the machine but once we got to our table my Diet Cola was flat and tasted horrible, tried to get a front of house attention to tell them my problem but was unable to get anyone’s attention as they all just kept walking past. Once I finally got someone’s attention he quickly answered my problem and just walked away ( also I didn’t even hear what he said as he said it so fast) then I had to wait 20 mins for him to come back and say that it’s been sorted and I can go and get another diet cola, but yet again it was flat and tasted horrible. My boyfriend had the Coke Zero and that just went flat really fast after coming out the machine looking really fizzy. When the food came the chicken on both or meals was very dry. There was hardly any chicken in the wrap it was manly just lettuce. Was the same in the chicken burger a wee bit of chicken very dry and was mainly lettuce. Over all the service from front of house was terrible and the food wasn’t the best. Won’t be back anytime soon

Not as good as it used to be. The chicken in a pita bread was very dry with a token lettuce leaf thrown on top. Service wasn't half as good as previously. Maybe it was a bad night as it is usually better.

If u like nandos it's alright pretty standard. Location is good and parking. But food was dry and expensive and small portions. Over 10 pounds for the attached burger.

The Nando's in Stirling is placed right beside Vue, which makes it awesome for a bite to eat before a film. As well as having some of the best fast food of any chain, I also booked a table for 15 people, and they managed to accommodate us perfectly. Definitely recommend over any other restaurants in the area!

Anytime we visit Nando’s we are made to feel welcome and never have long to wait. Food is always fresh and tasty. Love unlimited refills and free water. Great service from lovely staff. A regular haunt of ours

First time I went to Nadia with my friends and I had a chicken burger medium spice with chips and a drink oh it was amazing and great service loved it

We popped in for a bite to eat before going to the cinema. We were seated quickly and although there was a queue at the tills to take your order, you didn’t wait long.

Our server was Becky and she was awesome! Had a laugh with us and did a fantastic job. The restaurant is nice, good location, we were in on a busy Saturday night and we had our food within 20 mins - pretty good! And obviously,...

When arriving to Nando's with my boyfriend we waited at the door and once a waiter came to us, he asked if we had a booking and we said no, we were then told we would have a 15-20 min to wait for a table. So we waited for a table to be ready. After 5 minutes a table was ready so we were sat down by the waiter, he then asked if we had been here before, which we have, we ordered 2 mains which came 20 mins after ordering... which isn't bad as I ordered a burger and my boyfriend ordered a wrap. Only problem we had so many front of house staff passing us not one of them done a check back to see if everything was okay with our food.

When we arrived a staff member escorted us to a table but said we needed to go up to the bar to order. I had a sunset burger which was very nice but rather small, and an apple juice which was overpriced at about £3. The service was quick and the toilets were clean.

I don't normally seek out chain restaurants, but this place was across the street from our hotel and totally worth it for the convenience. Food was good, not great, but solidly good. I enjoyed trying the different sauces.Good concept. Thanks!

Thought I would give the place a go, but food was very poor, large hair in meal, hey it happens, service very poor, staff not plesent at all, we went in the evening and there was more food on the floor than on my plate, not a proper restaurant, if you want a dirty restaurant with average food and poor service for an average price this is this place for you!

My boyfriend took me here for my very first Nando's the other day! It was late afternoon on a weekday so wasn't very busy and we were greeted at the door by Matt who was very friendly and polite! He talked us through the ordering process and made sure we knew where everything was. We went for the boneless sharing platter with 4 sides. The food came pretty quickly was was properly cooked and very tasty! Was pretty pleased we has free refills on our drinks after trying the hot sauce! Wouldn't mind visiting again.

Had great meal at Nandos recently made all the better by our lovely server Ben who took the time to explain everything but wasn't over intrusive.

Came here with my boyfriend and a friend for some lunch. Food was nice and quick and service was good, will definitely be back.

Always loved the ambiance of this restaurant but when my daughter who is 17 visited with Grandchildren on her own she was turned away by the Manager stating she was too young to have children of 5 and 8 with her. She took the kids to Frankie & Bennys around the corner were she was welcomed and had a fantastic meal and an enjoyable time.. The next day I popped in to ask why she had been refused. The reason the Manager stated was there was a licence to serve alcohol on the premises and that she was too young as a minor. Sorry at the age of 16 in Scotland you are classed as an adult and to add another point F&B's has a full visible bar. We also eat regularly at the Nandos in Lothian Road, Edinburgh and the quality of cooking is much better there as the butterfly of chicken tends to be dry and over cooked here.

Never been to a nandos before, won't be going again. Average service but the food was quite poor, soggy chips and bad stomach following the meal into the next day - why did I pay for this?

I love this place. I really do and that might be because I love chicken or because I love spicy foods or love Portuguese flavours. I've looked at the worst reviews for this place and most people are saying they wanted other things than chicken... It's a chicken based restaurant. Yeah it's full of people and busy because people love the food. Even if you don't love spice they do have a lot of options for you but wouldn't recommend for vegetarians. They have a good kids menu but if you have hungry kids I'd just get something from the adult menu. Someone else said you could hear noise from the theatre but even when it's quiet you can't hear anything. I have a loyalty card here and love getting a free meal every so often.

Sat for 15 min's whilst they all chatted, no drinks order anything. We didn't have face in the menu so it was apparent we were ready, still nothing.....so we left

Great food, great set up and just nice relaxed dining. Perfect place to take teenagers. Lots of great choices and lots of sides too. Perfect place to go for food before a film.

As it was raining we went to the closest eating place. Pleased we did as it was really good.Both our meals were hot and tasted good and fresh.
