Fui con un grupo grande para una comida. El estacionamiento cerca es bastante limitado. El restaurante es pequeño e íntimo. El personal es acogedor (el personal de la cocina parece ser tailandés, pero nuestro camarero era un chico de Essex, que fue un buen anfitrión). Tienen un buen menú (grande) y eran flexibles para satisfacer las solicitudes fuera del menú. Fue fácil para cada persona hacer pagos por separado: fue una velada agradable.

He estado pensando en ir a este lugar por un tiempo ya que a menudo paso y se ve muy bonito. Finalmente fui hace un par de semanas con un amigo y tuvimos una gran comida, una buena relación calidad-precio también! El personal era muy agradable y solícito, y nos dio algunos extras encantadores. Compartimos una fuente vegetariana que era muy buena, luego comí un delicioso curry verde y mi amiga me dio un sofrito de marisco, ella también disfrutó mucho de ella. Realmente me gusta el ambiente de este lugar, y también tenía buena acústica, así que no era difícil de escuchar, como en tantos restaurantes en estos días. Lo recomiendo y espero ir de nuevo

Verdaderamente parecía como si hubiera sido arrojado por el camino en su camino hacia nosotros.Es totalmente inaceptable que la gente piense que es aceptable intentar y salirse con la suya cargando dinero por esta deshonra absoluta de una oferta.Evitar a toda costa.

Todo estaba fresco, el curry era picante caliente y bien preparado. El restaurante en sí estaba limpia y bien decorada. La música pop tailandesa jugó en el fondo era pegadizas! Fue una lástima que eran los únicos. Que, muy amablemente, nos dieron un plato postre de cortesía - bananas fritas con salsa de chocolate, que nos encantó, no mucho mejor y no demasiado dulce. Creo que la relación calidad-precio era bastante bueno, alrededor de £12 por cabeza, aunque pedimos ningún alcohol.

Pedí cena tres via Deliveroo. El plato entrante mixta para tres era muy bueno y estábamos deseando platos principales. Pedimos dos curris (verde y rojo) junto con dos fideos Pad thai y arroz.Tanto curry era nadar con aceite - utilicé tres piezas de toalla de cocina para absorber el aceite de la parte superior de cada curry - y estaban todavía demasiado grasiento. Incluso los fideos Pad thai ambos eran grasienta y bastante sin sabor.Muy decepcionado y no será comer de nuevo aquí.

Never try a Thai that bad!! Just horrible green curry, dry chicken and very fat ribs! Never again...

Just had a Pad Thai and chicken cashew nut delivered as well as a starter platter. Everything was delicious and reminded us of Thailand in terms of flavour especially. Food arrived in 30 minutes from order on UberEATS. Would order again for sure.

I have been here a couple of times and before that when it was called Thai Nice. Very good service and lovely food. Good for vegetarians. Highly recommended

They charged more than was in website and the prawn toast was burned. Besides, in the website is they close 11pm but when you're they say it close 10:30 and sometimes 10. Horrible. I'll never comeback there.

Visited this restaurant last night. It was quite busy with a large party, but the restaurant was no where near full capacity. I waited for over an hour to be served any food. When I eventually asked where my food was the waitress said that it hadn't even been cooked yet. It was 9:30 and we were starving so had to walk out of the restaurant! Never in my life have I had to do that. Very poorly organised restaurant, which is a shame as there is clearly a demand for this type of restaurant in the area. Sort it out Ting Tong. Very disappointed customer.

Food was ok, pad Thai didn't taste of much and satay sauce was very small portion, fish cakes and penang were good. Delivery was exactly as stated and delivery driver was friendly.

Excelent food, very tasty. Only negative comment I have is about the amount of sause on the satay, this could have been more as it was very little.

Lovely food hot came on time. Prawn crackers could have been a tad more fresh and bigger portion bit stingy as had spent over £20. Also please do prawn spring rolls as a menu option!!! Other than that will definately be ordering again

Disappointing service. No order delivered after 1hr wait so I had to call and check. Due to a technical issue on their side I had to repeat my order over the phone, and it was finally delivered after another 1hr. No effort on their side to provide a complimentary starter or drink. Food was ok but will not use again as there are plenty more reliable restaurants out there.

If it hadn't been for your failure to inform Tin Tong Thai of our order we would have had our meal one hour earlier. As it was, I phoned them only too be told you hadn't passed on the order. I went through the process of ordering again over the phone and the restaurant responded well by delivering within 25 minutes. The quality of the meal made up for your failure to provide the service you advertise.

The Thai sweet chilli chicken arrived in two separate containers, chicken in one and sauce in another. I'm not entirely convinced it was chicken, looked odd and didn't taste of anything.

Prices are quite low in a beatiful very clean and nice restaurant. We have enjoyed a very good meal, thai curry was delicious as all the rest. We loved the coconut rice and the noodles. They are really nice to children. A good recommendation.

Really bland green curry. Tasted watery from red peppers and courgettes. Didn't taste of coconut milk at all. Maybe this was a bad day but i won't be ordering again sadly.

Visited this restaurant with family - staff friendly but appalling service. We had three starters and six main dishes - myself and two others opted for a starter as a main course. The food arrived in a very haphazard fashion. The staff appeared to bring different dishes out for different tables, I don't think one table was served in one go. Then one of our party was served satay sticks which should have been served with the main meal - and she ended up eating alone as starters were finished and mains didn't arrive until some 30 mins later - again in drips and drabs. My rice was stone cold by the time my meat arrived and they'd forgotten one dish. They did give us complimentary dessert to apologise but evening not great.

We went there as a family on a Sunday evening in May 2016. The starters were good - Tom Yum, Tom Kha, Chicken Satay and Prawn Toast. However, the main courses were disappointing. The green curry was way too over spiced, and the pad kra po was not very flavourful. The pad thai also was a bit disappointing with mixed flavours.Overall a good place but I would not recommend strongly.

Lovely standard food served in a no-fuss way with special attention for the kids. Dim sum, noodles, pad thai, tom yum soup all the usual suspects in good shape and with timely delivery.

This is by far one of my favourite restaurants! The staff are so nice and caring, atmosphere is great, the food is incredible and they give you large servings are very reasonable prices! Thank you!

We ordered takeaway at 9.25pm and were told it would take 30 minutes. After 3 repeat phone calls our food finally arrived at 11.10pm, nearly two hours later. The order was also wrong. When I asked the delivery driver why it was so late he replied "Bad management". We won't be using this dreadful restaurant again.

Myself and my housemates have ordered over 10 times from Ting Tong Thai and every time they have been perfection. Whether it be take away, dine in, deliveroo, the prices are amazing, the food is amazing and always a great quality.My housemates favourite dishes are the pad thai and red and green curry. If you live in the area or are visiting Acton, it is well worth your while to eat here, filling, cheap, delicious meals.

Slow delivery led to semi cold food

Received a red chicken curry instead of red vegetable curry, I phoned up to tell them and they dealt with it very well, a vegetable was sent out to me within 15 minutes which I was very pleased with. The meal was lovely and tasty. Delivery is very fast.

This is one of my favourite Thai joints in London. The food in consistently great as well as the service. The staff are very welcoming and always happy to converse with you.

Ordered takeaway for two people, but one of the mains was missing. We called and they promised to send someone out again with the dish. Three calls and more promises (eg we call you back - we never got a call) later, we never got our food. They have our money. Hence the title: they stole our money and lied to us repeatedly. Is that a business you want to support?

Ting Tong Thai delivers when they feel like it, not when you want it. It could be half an hour early or an hour late. Pork in the Pad Thai was too tough to chew. Chicken dish contained hardly any chicken. Satay was stone cold.

I ordered food from this restaurant tonight and was given raw dim sum! The Beef pad thai is extremely spicy and the noodles were a rubber consistency!

I have been coming here for years now, honestly this place is great! All the negative comments about service and flavour of the food is utter garbage, this is by far and away one of the nicest Thai restaurants in west London, and without a doubt the highlight of Acton! 5 star service with great food!!!! Must go place!!!

The order is self was 20 minutes later than the expected delivery time which is always disappointing. The curries we ordered were of a really high standard, however we all agreed that we would not order the pad Thai again. It was not authentic at all as it was cooked in what tasted like tomatoe purée. All in all, we will order again but maybe slightly earlier in the evening and certainly without the tomatoe pad Thai.

Well I am still waiting for my food which initially said would take 50 mins but upon calling to follow up they've told me it's actually going to be 1.20. Pretty outrageous given we ordered 4 things and live down the road.

Been in this place twice in past few weeks. The place has new management, so anything you might see online mentioning cabarets or any other excitement is gone for now. Large menu, so should have something for everyone. This potentially is the downfall of this place. They try to have every possible thai dish on the menu and many of them end up tasting the same. Also many of the dishes have been anglicised on a cost of the taste. Prawn crackers were very oily and served with watery sweet chilly sauce. Same watered down sauce was served with the starter fish cakes. Most of the mains were very much on the watery side also. At last visit we had 2 course menu for 2 people and with one drink each it came to just over £50. It is local, but think it will be a while before will try again. It was a cold January evening and there seemed to be no heating in the restaurant so the waiter rolled over an electric heater. This still left us considering whether to dine with the coats on.

Food is very tasty, very nice flavours and I like the option of extra spice in meals. Dim Sums have a slightly strange.. texture... but otherwise really nice meal. It did take a long time between ordering and arrival though =/ Still. I would order from here again.

I work locally and visit the restaurant twice a week or so. I often see familiar faces as people return. We are attracted back by the wonderful flavours, authentic taste and excellent service. If you haven't been give it a go.

Driver delivered wrong order so I had to call to get him to come back with the correct order. Food was bland and tasteless. Not authentic spicing of Thai food. Much better Thai places in the area such as Paya or Coconut Thai.

Very lacking in flavour for Thai food.

I ordered a delivery from this restaurant - stating that I am a strict vegetarian. Not only did they deliver me a chicken curry, but when trying to re-deliver the correct items they didn't even attempt to come to my house. Their driver instructed me to "pick it up from the main road" followed by him hurling abuse down the phone.When I contacted the restaurant directly - the guy there insisted that the driver was correct, and when I asked for a full refund hung up the phone.Never have I experienced such awful customer service. My advice is to stay away unless you like receiving abuse with your curry.

I love Thailand and Thai foods. I tried this resturant a few times and each time tried different foods. Everything was superb and very tasty. Good Value for money and very good service. Highly recommend it

Appalling service. Placed order after almost 90 minutes still no food. Called and asked where our order was to be told 'yea yea on its way' Then logged into just eat app to find our order had been delivered. 2 hours later no food and no answer on the phone. Avoid this business at all costs.

Had duck penang curry as recommended by my lovely friend for a quick lunch and once again it didn't disappoint. Full of flavour, various textures and great service provided by Stuart. The new chef's cooking is out of this world!!

Unfortunately food was luke warm on arrival even though they were 15 minutes earlier than expected. Thumbs up on delivery time. We ordered duck pancakes, chicken satay, coconut rice and chicken pad ma mat muang. Duck wasn't the best. Chicken satay sauce was good but too little for the chicken and chicken cold so unfortunately didn't enjoy but probably better to eat in restaurant. Rest was good. Hope that helps anyone else looking to order the above.

If you love Thai food you'll love this place, great food, loads to choose from and not a bad price too! The service is brilliant and the staff are very friendly!

Revised this restaurant during the nfl Dolphins/jets game, after stumbling on it last year. Eat here you'll get good food. We asked for 'hot' and that's what we got. Reasonably priced quick service. Hopefully will get to visit again next year.

We were so disappointed. We so wanted to find a new Thai restaurant in West London and were very excited when this restaurant opened. We ordered a takeaway. The chicken satay had no taste and the chicken was very tough and had no flavour at all. The peanut sauce was virtually non existent. The Dim Sum was just full of grissle and the noodles in the main course had the consistency of chewing gum . So sad as we so wanted to support a new little enterprise. It may be that we were unlucky but having spoken to friends who have also tried this restaurant, we have received the same negative comments. We normally hate writing bad reviews but regrettably there is nothing positive to say. In West London we have excellent Thai restaurants but this one just not make the grade.

Just called in here on the way out of London for a bit of dinner & ive gotta say this is the best Thai restaurant I have been to outside of Thailand ! The food is amazing , the staff are amazing ! Defo give this place a go , it's fantastic !

Ting Tong Thai is lovely restaurant that serves reasonably priced, but very fresh and tasty Thai food. I always order something different, and I've never been disappointed. It deserves a lot more custom!
