Amazing food. We had tamarind fish and pad Thai. Both amazing. Service ok. But not perfect as when it got busy it was a bit overwhelming for the staff

This is a lovely little restaurant. The staff are really sweet and the food is great! It's always busy but the food always comes out on time. Recommended!

They have no delivery option the message was 15 to 20 mts delivery . There no delivery happend after 60 mts and they cancelled the order after 65 mts . Really unprofessional never ever order from them .

While I was waiting for my dog having her haircut, I had an amazing lunch at this family-run Thai restaurant around the groomer. I didn't choose something like Pad Thai which I was familiar with. Instead I tried the authentic Kao Kha Moo. Fortunately, I didn't need to decide whether to use chopsticks or knife and fork to eat the whole trotters. The tender and tasty trotters had been deboned and cut into pieces. The pickled mustard green was such a great side. I had a complimentary mooli soup. I finished my meal with a latte. I didn't have the awkward feeling eating alone because the lady owner was super friendly. The decor of the restaurant was very homey as well.  An automatic service charge wasn't added to my bill. I will definitely go back to try other dishes.

Food is all right. Just regular Thai. But at the end you get a piece of paper with hand written final price and you have no chance knowing what you're paying for 🤷

Went for the first time last night (finally - after driving past for many years!) and it was superb! Best Thai food I've had outside of Thailand. Low key setting, family run and every dish delicious. Great value also. Cannot wait to go back! Particularly enjoyed the spicy vegetables and the prawn pad thai!

This is a lovely local family run Thai restaurant. Dinner service is always busy so make sure you book, they also do an excellent affordable lunch menu. We tend to go here in the evening and generally take friends with us we walk as parking isn’t the best (like most of London). Prices are very reasonable. Food is excellent and tastes authentic, they will have more adventurous dishes on the menu to try, along with the usual pad Thai and green curry affair. Food tastes very fresh and is always delicious. When it’s quiet the owner will come and talk to you but is never invasive however when they are busy they are very focused and service is efficient. Overall a great local restaurant with authenticity and charm.

I really like it The staff was friendly. My friend and I spent almost 4 hrs there. The food was nice and authentic. We enjoyed our food comfortably. The food was nice with reasonable price. And we could stay there as long as we wanted.

Original Thai taste in Ealing. If you love spicy, here’s the place to go. Love the atmosphere.

Legitimate Thai food (at least from a fellow southeast asian). The only gripe i had was that the khaosoi gai noodle was not a flat egg noodle, but the thin one, which we found disconcerting. the crab fried rice was mind blowing and so was the prawn salad. would definitely come back.

Revisit at least four times this month. Yummy dishes and relaxed atmosphere.

Ordered delivery from here today and it was one of the most delicious Thai meals I’ve had in London. The food arrived hot as well which is a rare thing. Their Thai Red curry and Massaman was amazing, generous portions and so many prawns! Could not recommend highly enough, I’ll be back.

We are regulars at this lovely family-run Thai place. The Thai food is so authentic and delicious, they are all cooked by Thai chef using very fresh ingredients and spices. The service is super friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a warm smile. Amazing value (especially their lunch deal menu) with very generous portions. Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.Hands down one of the best Thai place if not in the whole of London!

Service was excellent. I had the vegetarian red curry and my husband had chicken pad thai. We had a starter of prawn crisps. Everything was delicious.

My Thai fish cake starter was beautifully presented. Generous portion with a lovely salad. I had the red curry with tofu served with coconut rice. The flavours were delicious. I went with a couple of friends, one veggie and one meat eater. There was plenty for all of us to choose, and we all equally enjoyed our meals. The staff are very sweet and the service is good. Went home to my husband and promised him I'll take him next time. My treat!🥰

Amazing Thai kitchen with super friendly staff making you feel welcomed and comfortable. Restaurant has good ambiance and it’s nicely decorated.

What a nice surprise to find this Thai restaurant. They serve authentic Thai food and some dishes I don’t normally see available in other Thai restaurants. Ordered the salt and pepper tofu for starter and it was crispy outside and juicy inside. Khao Kha Moo (pork knuckle rice) was full of flavours and the meat was super tender. With the pickled mustard green and spiced boiled egg, it’s like eating a home cooked meal. Massaman lamb curry is rich and delicious. The Pad Kara Pao (minced pork rice) was cooked perfectly. This place is surely popular in the neighbourhood. Will definitely go back for more in the future.

Lucky find on Google. Worth going back again and again...... Moved to London recently & this is the first decent Thai place. Close to a children's park helps. Differently able friendly place. They have parking at street level. Value for money place.... Will surely be going back soon 👍

So, so bad. Such rude staff and a just an awful experience.

Really disappointed as nothing on the menu in gluten free. I ended up having fried chicken rice which to me is diabetes on a plate! I couldn't have a single starter or any main. Really ruined my evening 😒

Continued to accept delivery orders even though they're "overwhelmed". Waited 30 mins for an order, just to phone them and be told it'd be another 45 minutes, and that "they shouldn't be accepting delivery orders" - then don't?! You decided to list yourself for delivery!

Best Thai food in London hands down, the beef pad Thai was fantastic - the beef melts in your mouth, the Penang Curry was so creamy loads of tender chicken. And the Pad kra pow pork belly with pork stew … OMG !

Food is pretty good, let down by unfriendly service and a dull atmosphere. There are definitely 2 or 3 Thai restaurants / cafes in and around Ealing that are worth trying out first.

Recently moved to Ealing, walked last so thought we would try a takeaway. We had ribs, prawn toast, lamb masaman, phad thai, dumplings. Everything was just very bland, all weirdly tasted the same. We are huge lovers of thai but honestly please do not visit this place, you will most definitely be disappointed

Went there on a really quite day because of tube strikes. Ordered the started for two and sukiyaki as the mains while wife had chicken sweet n sour stir fry with egg fried. The starters were okay, mains were good. Really nice ambience chill vibes. Would recommend if you are in the area and want to try Thai.

We visited this Thai restaurant for lunch and the service is fast for 45 minutes we can order and enjoy our dishes. I tried noodles with chicken and prawns. The atmosphere and the decoration are very good. We will be back definitely again to taste different dishes on the Menu.

The best Thai food we’ve had since we were in Thailand! Exceptional depth of flavour. Good sized portions. We love the Panang and Red Thai Curry with sticky and coconut rice. Wonderful owners. They went above and beyond to help me out.

Very good Thai food. My wife and I went to Butlers for dinner again. We ordered Tom yum prawn, chicken wings and Curry whole fish. All dishes are fantastic especially the curry fish. The before and after photos prove how delicious the curry fish is :P Highly recommended

This is the best Thai I’ve had in London (I always get the prawn pad Thai) - lovely local place! Sometimes their opening hours on Google say they’re closed, but they’re not - so do give them a ring!

Nice hearthy local Thai food, served piping hot. Large portions, at a very reasonable price. Toilets could do with being a notch more modern (you have to cross the backyard patio to access them) but it's still amazing value.

A huge disappointment! I've eaten here and had deliveries in the past. The food is excellent. and I felt I deserved a treat. So I ordered my food via Deliveroo and it was accepted at 12:20 with an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes. This kept on being pushed back. Various reasons were given, they were busy, they were trying to find a rider. Then I had the riders name! Despite the wait of a couple of hours I was getting excited, and very hungry. Then at 14:39 I received a text message that my order had been cancelled! Two hours and twenty minutes after receiving my order. No reason and no apology. Atrocious treatment at so many levels

Had a meal there, more like Chinese than Thai. Very Bland And lacklustre for spice. Doubt if any of the cooks know where Thailand is Let alone Their Cuisine. Rubbish as Thai Goes. Will not return. Once was enough.

We ordered mixed starters comprising Thai fish cakes, fried squids, spring rolls, chicken satay, prawn torpedo which were delightful! Mains were beef penang curry, tamarind duck and stir fried mixed veg in oyster sauce: these were absolutely lovely and extremely flavourful.

I ordered this last weekend for delivery. We had the chicken green curry, prawn panang curry and beef jungle curry. The panag curry was definitely needed as it has a nice sweet taste and balanced out the other two, my wife and I are good with spicy food and relative to that i'd say the green curry and jungle curry were fairly spicy so be wary of that. The rice portion isn't too large which was a bit of a let down but lesson learnt for next time. Overall, great thai and i'll definitely order from here again!

All Fish dishes are very good, well seasoned and fresh. The rest of the menu is ok, with portion sizes smaller than when i first started going a year ago.

Butlers is a smallish cafe with a very homely feel. tThe staff are always friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is lovely. variety of menu is pleasing, food has authentic taste and good size. would recommend.

I didn't give it a 5-star because the pad Thai was not the same as the ones I had in Thailand during my last 5 trips. I love this country and the food, they could have done better. The atmosphere is very friendly, love the silk cushion. Will come back for sure.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Butlers last Saturday evening. The menu included classic Thai dishes such as pad thai and larb. The dishes were authentic, well prepared, delicious and visually attractive. Service was attentive and professional. The restaurant is clean and beautifully decorated with Thai silk cushions. Seating was comfortable and not crowded. This was our first time and we will definitely return as it provides significant value. It's great to have such a lovely Thai restaurant in the neighborhood!
