Quiet restaurant a hidden gem in Waltham Abbey

Very good thai foods. My family and one of my brother’s family had lunch together there. Very very taste and it’s really thai flavoring. All staff is very friendly and only one consideration is parking.

All fresh home made Thai food........... 10/10!!!! Would recommend to everyone 😉

Amazing Thai restaurant with lovely and delicious food. We were a party of 10 celebrating a birthday, and the service was awesome and so friendly. Food remains the best Thai food we have had in London! Excellent vegetarian options, and the Tom Yum and Pork Ribs are my fave dishes.

Whenever we are in England, we must go to Ting Tong Thai Cafe where the food is delicious and fragrant. The Pad Thai is the best in England and the best I've ever eaten. The slow cooked ribs are so yummy that you want to eat your fingers because the flavour is so good. Oh my!! Tom and his beautiful wife and family are very welcoming and it is a great joy to dine here. We've only been in England for 8 days and we've eaten here twice. I know that we'll be back before returning home. Thank you for making us happier and filled with deliciousness.

First time visiting this quaint little Thai restaurant. The food was super, very tasty and authentic. The service was very friendly and welcoming, always checking in on us. The only small bit of feedback would be the atmosphere was not in keeping with the traditional Thai theme. It would have been nice to have some traditional Thai music in the background and not old-school English pop. Will visit them again.

My husband found this restaurant for my birthday. We are new to the area and miss our previous "favourite " Thai restaurant in South London. This place satisfied so well. We had eyes larger than our stomachs but the restaurant happily wrapped our remaining food to take home. Glad we found this place

Omg !!! What a find. It was my first time in there from Abi, and I called up the restaurant to find out if the chef was tie because I enjoy authentic Thai cuisine. I was greeted in a really professional and warm. I ordered a laarb gai which is basically a chicken salad in a starter portion. - best I’ve had outside Thailand . The Host was very accommodating and confirmed that my dietary bond could be met. The starter was just full of flavour and authentic spices. Ordered a Singh’s beer - crisp and cold Then ordered a spicy basil chicken (Krapow gai) A——-mazing . Full of flavour and unbeatable . Authentic. I asked for it thai style and they delivered 100% This restaurant serves authentic Thai cuisine. It comes highly recommended

Annie recommended Tommy Chicken (not on the menu) and it was outstanding. Just an amazing restaurant.

Is pointless to comment any thing when is point to go for Asian cuisine then this one of May favourite, such lovely service a delicious food and amazing atmosphere but the point most impressed by owner apparently approached to our table and light conversation after dinner make our evening dinner. My Recommendation for Asian cuisine is this restaurant.

We had a big order for take away and none of the boxes indicated which curry and which rice it contained which is a bit ridiculous as we spent over 90£ and you would expect a minimum of attention to the order. Although the food was nice, please label the boxes.

Stumbled on this gem of a restaurant tucked away in an area we didn't know at all. Such friendly people, very welcoming - like visiting their home. Food was surprisingly very good and tasty. It's a disservice calling it a cafe!! Would like to go back one day and try some other dishes.

This is an absolute gem of a restaurant, had my 6th anniversary meal at the venue, fabulous and delicious, we enjoyed it so much we ordered a delivery for our daughters 5th birthday, a few weeks later, staff were professional accommodating and helpful, I will definitely be going to this venue again!! I absolutely love eating at this restaurant, definitely recommend! The owners and the staff are a different breed, the food is amazing and the warm welcome you get is intoxicating. There’s a young man that works there on the weekends called little Tommy and he is an absolute star! Also he invented one of my all time favourite dishes called tommys chicken which is to die for! Can’t recommend enough. 😜👍

Very good food at reasonable prices. Was £40 a head with sharing starters, sharing a main and rice and pad Thai and one alcoholic drink each. I’ll come back if in the area. Make sure you book as it’s very small and was busy.

This is an amazing place! We were able to grab a table for a Friday evening! It was very busy but the service was impeccable and the food was scrumptious! Truly a delicious evening and we will be coming back again many times.

Nice little restaurant in lovely Waltham Abbey where we waited for the M25 to clear. Most delicious soup.

Popped in on the off chance they would have a table, we got lucky because usually you have to book. Easy to understand why as it is so popular here. It is not a romantic cosy restaurant, but has a friendly and fun vibe. The food was amazing, couldn't fault anything. Reasonably priced and excellent service.

I had the pleasure of visiting this place with my mates who has highly recommended this place. What can I say. The food tasted amazing. The service was 10/10 and the the place was such a vibe. A complete package. Looking forward to going there again.

Visited this restaurant a few weeks ago. I was on my own due to work but restaurant staff made me feel welcome and spent time talking through the menu. Offered to adapt a dish to suit my preferences. Food was of a high quality and reasonably priced.

A great find, did not book, though would suggest booking, we only got a table because we were there early. Service and food were top notch, reasonably priced. Couldn't fault anything and looking forward to a return visit.

We were lucky to get a table as the place was heaving. The food was exceptional. All fresh and very tasty. The service was attentative and friendly. It is a small space and buzzing, not a place for a quiet, romantic meal, but brilliant for a fun and enjoyable meal. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Food in family run business. We had Red & Yellow Thai curry’s which are beautiful cooked with lovely sticky rice. The restaurant is now in their new building next door with a lovely new bar area, extensive drink selection if you ask and bigger seating space with a great cozy atmosphere. Thanks guys for beautiful meal will be back again soon

If you ever get a chance to eat here you will not be disappointed. The food is amazing. It’s fresh and full of flavour. The best Thai food I’ve ever eaten and a very reasonable price. The decor is chic. The owners and staff are attentive and welcoming.

Fantastic food and service. We really enjoyed our meals. The staff were great and really very accommodating. My only issue really was in terms of the cost and serving size. For the portions it's very expensive. The crackers we were served when we came in were in a small bowl and I don't think they were worth £3.50. The portions of rice that you pay for separately also were not worth it for the size. Other than that the meals themselves were outstanding and I look forward to coming back at some point to try other things on the menu.

Best satay tofu and spring rolls I have ever tasted! Never been to this restaurant, my son has been many times. Will be definitely going back to sample other dishes. Everything was very freshly prepared and reasonably priced.

This is the ONLY Thai place we eat from. The food is amazing, the stuff are always happy to see you and the atmosphere is just amazing. Food tastes amazing, anything you order, you will definitely not be disappointed! If I could give more than five stars, I would!

Free glass of wine to the mother’s on Mother’s Day. My wife was happy to be welcomed with such nice gesture. We been there for Mother’s Day lunch joined by my friends family. Kids enjoyed the Thai mee noodles, while the adults enjoyed the curries and Pad Thai. Small but nice place, we went all the way from Hainault and was worth it. Staff was very warm and welcoming. Loved the food, a definitely must visit place.

Went here for Mother’s Day , table of 4 , great hosts even greater food , they was obviously busier than usual but nothing was a problem & they value your custom. Love this place & the new decor with more space it is even better than usual ! Highly recommend

We have had a takeaway and eaten in at Ting Tong and every time the food has been amazing. They have had refurb in their new restaurant which looks great! You will not be disappointed it’s definitely the best Thai around!

Undoubtedly the best Thai food we have eaten. We are so lucky to have a restaurant of this calibre on our doorstep. The New restaurant is stunning bright airy and spacious. The staff are amazing funny and friendly. Annie will go the extra mile to make your visit memorable. The food is always fresh delicious and Authentic. Lovely food and the staff are very friendly. However one slight criticism was the front door that was difficult to shut. So sitting near the door was cold as door was left open by takeaway customers
