First time order. It's been years since I've had a Chinese takeaway. The mushroom curry and fried rice were yummy. I've had a few more orders since then. I love the food. "Don't listen to me go try tin tin for yourself you won't be sorry"

wonderful food every time. ordered from here many many times and each time im just blown away with how good it is. the chefs even gave us some party hats for a friends 18th birthday. just wonderful. Ordering from here is my guilty pleasure

This is the second place in Kidderminster I have been let down by now. I think I’m just on an unlucky food streak- either that or Kidderminster is cursed 😭💀. I’ll begin by saying that the food did arrive really quickly, and the man who delivered it bless him, was delightful and really friendly so I can’t fault the service. As for the food itself… well that’s a whole different story. I ordered for myself and my family. We got crispy roast pork in Szechuan sauce for £6.70 and there was barely anything in the container, and honestly it was a good thing, because the pork was so tough I couldn’t eat it, so less waste I guess! We also ordered chicken and prawn balls too, and I’ve never once been to a Chinese where I’ve been given so little chicken balls. There was 5 in the bag and they weren’t big either. For £6.50, that’s not on. I’ve been to other Chinese restaurants and payed less and got at least double. Again though, they were so unbelievably oily, it was practically oozing out of them, and there was more batter (which was raw underneath) and virtually no chicken- in one ball in fact, it was literally just batter which is something I’ve never had happen to me before from a Chinese. The prawn balls were £7 and again, there was barely any in the bag. While they were a bit better, they lacked flavour and the batter was raw underneath. Overall a massively disappointing experience. I also asked when ordering, if they could kindly swap out the sweet and sour sauces for curry, which they completely ignored and didn’t even get in touch to say they couldn’t. When you order 3 items at the cost of £23.20 altogether, you expect far superior quality than what I received. Judging by other reviews on here as well, I’m not the only one who’s had a poor experience. I hope that they can take on board what people are saying. I’ve seen some good reviews, so possibly they do do good food sometimes, but with clear lack of consistency and the conflicting 5 star and 1 star reviews, I wouldn’t take the chance on buying from here again, it’s simply not worth the money.

What a find,travelling from Bromsgrove and fancying a Chinese on way home to Bewdley and stopped at tin tin on Comberton Hill kidderminster, food was amazing best we have ever tasted, well worth the journey from Bewdley in the future, from Colin and wendy

Ordered from here the other night, have only just recovered both me and my partner from not being well at all. Food was tasteless, chicken curry was more like a “chicken Paste” it was so thick… salt n pepper chips were just like normal chips but with a couple shreds of onion and chilli. Again, no taste at all. Would highly recommend NOT going here. Otherwise you will end up making good friends with your toilet for a while..

Absolutely awful worst Chinese I’ve ever been to. He has terrible customer service obviously clearly rushed the food chips wasn’t cooked properly wasn’t even what ordered as asked for salt and pepper chips and other had missing meats in what we asked for food was cold me and the wife are not happy at all closed just before we could get a refund. Ruined my day after a long day

A worse experience I can not recall. Crispy shredded chicken - I don't think so, was a breaded chicken breast, cut into pieces, cold I would have thought and then put into a hot sauce. Will never use again.

Special chow Mein and chicken Balls. Awful. Food was stone cold, completely tasteless, chicken balls were burnt from a deep fat fryer - poor reception from staff, only came out to take my order - staff were too busy socialising in the kitchen… some random ginger haired man was allowed back into the kitchen “because Sam said it’s alright” Worst food and customer service 🤮

Without a doubt the worst Chinese takeaway we've had. Food was tasteless. Over priced. Prawn crackers looked like they'd been taken out of the bin. Would not recommend and will not be using again.

Had a Chinese from here Saturday night and it was the best Chicken chow main and Chicken balls ive had for a long time. Would recommend this place. Friendly staff too.

Looking for a different takeaway, usual one getting a bit slack, went here to try it and was greeted by very kind staff and enjoyed a very nice curry and ribs , well done 👏

Having seen several reviews when customers had had a long wait this wasn’t our experience ordering on a Friday & Chinese New Year. Order for four - starters & mains - all ready as stated in 30 minutes. Really good food, decent prices & friendly staff. Will be back.

Prawn toast was £3.40 for 4 small triangles. That’s 85p a triangle! It was nice but seriously overpriced!

1st time order as our normal one is closed and it will be the last time we order from here !!!! Nearly 3 hours late No Apology was given when we called to see how long it would be. It finally turned up only ordered ribs egg fried rice and bbq sauce simple order so I thought .... how wrong was I ribs where burned to a Crisp they looked like something you would see in the middle of a dual carriageway rice was stone cold only good thing about it was putting it in the bin ............... give it a miss if I was you

Had 2 rice missing from my order. We rang and said we have rice missing and they said well you can either wait 2 hours or have it next time you order. I am disgusted when we paid for rice we didn't even receive so it ruined 2 people's meals in my house, when I have had things missing before from a different chinese they have apologised and then we have recieved the missing items within 10 minutes. Very bad customer service will not be ordering from them again!

Ordered and paid for online via Big foodie. 3 hours pass, no answer on the landline even though I called over 50 times. If you cant deliver your food on time because of the current circumstances you need to let your customers know or at least add a delay on the delivery estimate. Update: Recieved the food, on receiving the food the driver didnt say one word to me not thank you for ordering or sorry for the delay. Thanks tin tin for the great customer service.

Had a supreme curry from here , no prawns 90% Chewy beef chicken in perfect squars Obviously pre formed , and £2.30 for prawn crackers, awful .

Food was very nice needed more curry sauce on the chips curry and rice meal.

What a shame, this place started off OK but has really declined quickly, the food is average at best but the service is terrible, rarely get what I have ordered, constantly missing items, real shame Tin-Tin

I read the reviews and thought I would give it ago, well what a waste of £10, I live 5mins away in car, so why was it all cold, chips look days old, reheated over and over again, beef curry was so cold it was all jelly. Fortune court is 1 of the best for any1 who needs a good takeaway that delivers

Had a meal from here last night, was it the worst Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had? Probably. For a start, £21 and no free crackers! The Shenzhen chicken looked like a cheap Iceland battered chicken breast with sauce added, rice very over cooked and the chips stale and reheated or kept warm defo not freshly made. Food edible but that’s the best I can say. Shame really I haven’t been there for a while so would have hoped staff to be a little more interested in customer satisfaction.

OMG I really love this takeaway! Only discovered it on Christmas Eve as been out visiting family & hadn't eaten. Been back several times since. The food is tasty and hot and there's a great choice too. The extremely well priced £5 meal box is a fantastic idea.

Worst Szechuan chicken I’ve ever had, hardly any sauce and chicken just tons of veg. Rice tasted like it had been sat a while as it was very crispy. :( very disappointed 😞

Got my order wrong 2 weeks in a row. First time they sent rice instead of chips and on this occasion I ordered crispy beef in bbq sauce but I received chicken and when I reordered the same meal I received it in the spiciest sauce I’ve ever tried, that spicy my mouth is on fire. When I rang back they said there was nothing they could do about it now because the drivers have gone home. I won’t be ordering from TinTin again, there are plenty of other Chinese takeaways in Kidderminster.

First class food, very helpful and polite on the phone and delivery driver was very freindly and happy to deliver to my lorry aswell

Not happy ! Both chicken and beef curries had loads of onions and not a lot of meat and nothing else. Chips where nearly cold. Wouldn't have another.

Sub standard food. Very below average food, lacks substance & authenticity. Yuk sung came with a lettuce cut in half only 3 leaves fit for purpose! Sauces hv little taste almost watered down. Very poor would not use again!

Had my first meal from The Emperor last night, Delivery was very good and quick, the food was still very hot and it was absolutely delicious.
