30mins late so 90mins in total . On a Thursday night. Food cold. And the duck chow mein was literally noodles in gravy and the ‘duck’ was awful

Delicious food, went down well with all the family. The Hot & Sour soup is highly recommended.

The lad that delivered was lovely but unfortunately the food was cold. Had to warm up in the microwave. The app said it was out for delivery 40 mins before we received it.

Said it had been delivered but hadn’t . Finally arrived 30 mins late . Food was okay . Piping hot when arrived but delivery was poor . Already had a long waiting slot allocated but then to add another 30 minutes to it .

The food was great but I selected a 7pm delivery as some of the people having the food weren’t coming until 6.30 so not happy at all with the time of delivery! Will have to think twice before reordering from this site!!

Very disappointed with my, takeaway, 2 spring rolls filled with cabbage and a few bits of coloured meat, not like I remembered . Fried rice, filled with gloop and gravy , not much else! Prices are different from what’s on their website. Won’t be ordering again..

Really disappointed in the food quality. The delivery was late, which we can cope with but the food was so so oily and the Singapore Rice, was just rice tossed in Curry Powder. Very over powering and not ever tasted rice like it. When tipping the container, all the oil accumulated in the corner. Definitely won’t be ordering again and no I haven’t complained because there isn’t any point. I just won’t order again. Simple!

EDIT: Has just been given a food hygine rating of 2 stars, I would avoid!

Great food and huge props to the driver for delivering our food in good time despite the location of our home.

Delivered an hour late which we can live with on a Saturday night but it was cold! Really disappointed have always thought they were the best in town but the last couple orders have been way off and it’s not cheap.

Not sure what was in the duck chow mein other than bones the sauce tasted of washing up liquid and the special chow mein hardly had a anything specia l in it in it spare ribs all 5 of them normally there are 7. So I don't think I will be ordering from them again..

Fast delivery said 17.45 came at 17.10 food was yummy but the curry sauce definitely had a kick to it ruined the meal as was too spicy and I only put a little on lucky had enough to to do another plate minus the curry sauce!

Rarely write reviews about anything to do with hospitality, but I was very much looking forward to my Chinese treat tonight. Instead I recieved sickeningly oily (egg fried) rice with no egg🙄 raw and chewy cold meat wonton parcels, and the chicken balls would have passed if the whole meal didn’t suck. Everything went in the bin. Will not order from here again.

Very nice unfortunately the onion on the peppery prawns wasn't cooked and the garlic was very overpowering

over 2 hours late and arrived cold. it's a pity because the food didn't taste too bad but it was freezing cold when it eventually arrived. ruined our evening as our baby missed his sleep time while we waited. had to microwave the food which ruined the quality of it. won't be ordering from here again; if you're running that far behind stop taking orders for a while, otherwise all you'll get is bad reviews. the poor driver taking the flack, I feel bad for him.

was luke warm was worried about reheating as it was prawn based. wasn't enjoyable.

ordered at 7 said be delivered between 8 and 8.15 we phoned at 8.30 got told its on its way didnt turn up till 9.17

Phoned ask how long the said busy . Driver turned up I said was about to cancel he just walked away could nt careless . I would think twice about ordering again from them

The second time we have had food from here when staying in the area. A good variety of choices on the menu, friendly and helpful lady behind the counter. We ordered at the counter and as suggested 10 minutes later our food was ready. Tasty and good portion size. No reason not to recommend.

Not had a takeaway in a long time in the Bideford area so reviewed on Google and Tin Tin stood out and can can confirm the food was delicious and presented better than others. Probably the best sweet N sour chicken balls I've had.

Food was amazing and always is. This was the first time ordering on here and the only thing I would say is the lack of options. When you look at the printed menu there is many more options but there not on Just Eat. I would have had something different.

Very very disappointed. Beef chow mein and chicken chow mein was awful! Beef came with gravy on top!!!! Noodles were to soggy, chicken curry was awful, chicken didn’t taste fresh, £35 down the drain, very disappointed

Late, Luke warm, the spring rolls were soggy and under cooked and the curry was watery, I don't know what's happened but lately the standard has dropped.

Our order took nearly an hour and a half.. had to request an update as delivery time changed. Got a call and was asked to walk to the quay and meet the driver.. food was good but had to reheat.

90 min wait for delivery is ridiculously long

Very unhappy, an item was missed off my order, I was told I was in the wrong when I phoned to question where the chow mein was. Appalling customer service! Will not be returning!

Portion sizes were good and everything came hot and fresh. Said delivery was going to be over an hour which I didn’t mind but was happily surprised when it arrived about 20-25 minutes after I ordered.

Delivery was delayed,due to heavy traffic! so because of that reason they wouldn't offer any money back ,even those traffic was not heavy, Food was poor,cold and not worth the long waited delay,or the price i paid.will not buy from again,first and last time I buy from here.

I understand I ordered on a Saturday evening but over 3 hours for delivery is ridiculous, I won’t be ordering delivery from here ever again. Food was good though.

2 1/2 hours for delivery food was barely warm and more sauce than actual food complete waste of money

The food was delivered quickly, but the quality was poor. The S&S sauce was very vinegar-y and the chicken chow mein came floating in gravy like a chop suey. I can't eat gravy so my chicken chow mein was wasted and the chicken balls that accompanied the S&S Sauce were dry.

they couldn't find our house so we were late getting the food. I ordered Singapore Chow Mein to share with my partner, really tasty. I ordered 2 starters, salt and pepper squid.....fou d that very chewy but tasty. salt and pepper ribs were lovely. we also shared prawn crackers and two spring rolls.....these were only warm as delivered in a paper bag which obviously cooled quicker with the delayed delivery. Overall very tasty but could have been better.

Apart from being over an hour late, the food was tepid at best and there was no sauce for the sweet and sour chicken balls, which our order deaperately needed. Hugely disappointed by what used to be the best chinese in town.

Food good quality tastes good delivery good. I had put no mushrooms which is only a because my wife dislikes them rather then allergy so still gave good score! Glad your now on just eat!

I waited an hour and 40 minutes for the food to turn up. It wasn’t overly hot when it arrived. I asked for no bean sprouts, it came with bean sprouts. Chicken balls were bland, not nice. Not my usual go to, but thought id try it. Wouldn’t get again.

2 hours 30 mins late, missing items, and refusing to refund any money, tin tins used to be good.. don’t know what’s happened. Won’t be returning

Not very impressed at all.. ordered for the first time and it was over 2 hours late then we finally got it and half the order was missing called them and they said they would bring it straight away half hour later and still not here will definitely not be ordering from again

The food was lovely, we did have a problem with a missing item but we called and it was sorted out very quickly.

Food was late but well worth the wait( to be expected at this time of the year I imagine). Easily the best I’ve had around here. Add a few peas and carrots to the chicken curry and we’re onto a good’n. Will definitely order again

easy to order, lovely meal.But did request no peppers 🫑 and no chillies 🌶️ in and on food. The pepper king prawns had chillies on them and sat on chillies as well as yellowy sauce with onion . It is a preference rather than an allergic reaction, but do make me 🤢, so better not to ignore requests.

Ordered at 1700 turned up stone cold at 1815 spent £45.90 rang to complain only offer 15% off next Order week before had it delivered was warm . I don't expect to put it in the microwave, if I wanted a microwave meal I would of went morrisons. Will never order from u again. S..t

Have been using you for over 10 years but the amount of extra spice you've suddenyly started putting in currys? Forget it..you just lost a whole family of custom! We will be going elsewhere.

Used to be great but sadly its completely gone down hill. What a shame. Even the dog has just thrown up from it. Needless to say i shall not be returning

Ordered from here multiple times. Portions could be a bit larger for the price and last time the food wasn't as good, but overall usually very decent. Lady that takes the order is very friendly. Would recommend wontons.
