We were queuing outside for a table for 2. When a table become available we asked if this was free, the waitress asked us if we minded waiting whilst she cleared the table, we stood there whilst she cleaned the table. Just as we were going to sit down the owner came out and said in a very abrupt manner “this table is for the two people behind you, they have been waiting for it” and walked off. Maybe they had been waiting, but feel there are ways of telling someone. Would never go back just for the way he spoke and undermined his staff.

Absolutely fantastic. Lovely selection of French classics. The interior is beautiful and quirky with great staff. After eating in a few places in Weymouth, we concluded that this is by far and a way the best place we visited. We enjoyed french onion soup and a tartiflette each. Both of which are better than a lot we have eaten in France. Accompanied also by french music - very relaxing. Would highly recommend this place for a lunch stop. We will be back.

Over the summer we have tried a couple of other cafes around and about weymouth whilst out walking but none come up to the mark when comparing any of the menu items. Pascal easily does the best eggs benedict, every time I go in I plan to try something different but fail. The eggs are cooked exquisitely and the sauce is the best, the whole dish seasoned to perfection. If there is no room left over then a slice of any of the cakes always has to come home with us (the coffee & walnut remains the firm favourite). So many of Pascal's straightforward dishes leave nowhere to hide in the cooking yet every time they hit the mark. Get here if you can when in Weymouth & Portland.

Stopped for breakfast on our last day of holiday and wished we'd discovered them earlier as the breakfast was so good. I had ham and poached eggs on gluten free bread and my partner had the full english. Poached eggs were perfectly cooked and the ham was amazing - a roasted and hand carved ham joint - thick cut and full of flavour. The most delicious ham I think I've ever had. The gluten free bread was also really good. My partner is a trained chef and said the scrambled eggs in the full english were how 'you are suppose to cook them', which is praised indeed. Excellent service as well, from polite young staff. Next time we are in Weymouth, we'll be back.

My husband and I had a delicious 3 course takeaway dinner from Pascal's Brasserie on Friday night. Takeaway is offered once a month (as collection only) and it is really worth doing. It was authentic French dining (but at home!) and the food was very tasty.Portion sizes were large and lots of care was taken in the packaging to ensure food was kept warm for the way home. The starter was smoked duck with figs, and mains were quail and dauphinoise potatoes or bouillabaisse with cod, red mullet and prawns. The chocolate tart pudding was yummy too. Would definitely recommend!

Called for breakfast one morning and on the whole it was great. It was the best sausage I've had for years, good scrambled egg, black pudding & decent, if not a little strong coffee. The replacement of bacon with slices of thick rather fatty cooked ham though is just wrong. I did my best to give it a chance but couldn't manage it all & that's not like me. Its never nice to have to write a negative review and for the most part reviews are positive, but I was insulted in front of my family and other customers after this restaurant got our order wrong, rather than offering a discount off the dish we didnt order but ate anyway, the owner was rude and shouted at me outside the restaurant before waving the receipt in my face and telling me not to pay at all. His choice, not ours. He spent much time talking to locals but never said a word to us. No one has ever spoken to me so rudely at a restaurant, it was quite upsetting and shocking, my son is 3 1/2 years old and was quite upset by this tirade for the rest of the day . The waiter could not admit his errors and seemed terrified to do anything about them. Verbal abuse from anyone is not acceptable, especially when a family has come for a quiet lunch and is spending good money on food and wine

just nowWe visited your place on 9/8/20 We sat down ordered our lunch /breakfast which I will say was very nice at 11.30am .We were not asked for any names for track and trace at all which we found very worrying. The young waiter was very helpful and very polite ,could not do enough for us ,but for the other guy that was working with him which I guess the manager,,was very rude. He kept giving us dirty looks as we had pulled 2 tables together , but we were in our bubble of 5 ,no signs saying we couldn't do this. Then we over heard him have a go at the young waiter about it , which was not nice it was not his fault. The manager should of spoken to us instead of assuming that the young waiter hadn't told us not to as we were all together. Then when we were leaving the manager had another go at him I think he thought we were going to walk off without paying, we felt so sorry for the young guy.We will not be going back again with a manager like that very disappointed Well done to the young guy for serving us you done a brillant job.

We have enjoyed visiting Pascal's Brasserie (aka Time for Time) everytime we visit Weymouth. In fact a visit to Weymouth would not be complete without eating here! Their breakfasts are out of this world and the best breakfast we have ever had anywhere (UK and overseas). We have been coming here for years since our friends moved to Weymouth and every time wonder at how delicious Pascal's breakfasts are. He uses fresh local produce which is beautifully cooked and presented, the portions are generous and the coffee so good. You are never hurried and the ambience is warm and inviting and relaxed. It is a perfect way to start your morning and ease into the day. We are looking forward to our next visit and also hope to eat at Pascal's in the evening too as the dinner menu looks fantastic too. Pascal is also an accomplished artist (he is having an exhibition on 2 Dec in the Brasserie) and you can buy his artwork there too. A big thank you Pascal and your team for another welcoming and excellent breakfast! We are looking forward to our next visit to you. With best wishes, Jill & Warren from Torquay.

The tea was like dish water. Cheap cost cutters rubbish. It never used to be like that. The food is now limited and hugely overpriced. The cheapest sandwich was over £7.00! we won't bother again. These places start well then of course their need to maximise profits make them use the cheapest products to dish out to the "tourists". It isn't good in the long run as they have lost two more customers.

If you want decent, reasonably-priced food in Weymouth that isn't fish and chips, options are limited. I'm very glad I came across Pascals (as it is now called I believe). Inside, it's all quaint wood panelling and china cups; outside it's a nice terrace with a view across the spacious Hope Square and impressive old brewery building. We had the French onion soup and the fish soup, with a smooth bottle of French red. Both soups were excellent, particularly the fish soup, which came with chunky croutons, aioli and gruyere. About once a month, time for tea opens in the evening and becomes Pascale's Brasserie serving fine French food. With friends visiting from Scotland we thought we had struck lucky that the event fell on their weekend in Weymouth. As a table of 8 we were lucky to be given the top dining room to ourselves - we felt very special on arrival. As a vegetarian I had been informed the menu was limited so had contacted the venue in advance to confirm an option would be available. This is honestly the best cafe in Weymouth and a little hidden gem. The homemade cakes are amazing and the pots of tea go on forever. All the food has that French 'je ne sais quoi' as the owner and chef clearly puts passion into everything he makes. I go here every time I visit weymouth even if it's only for a pot of tea and watch the world go by. I cannot honestly fault anything

Called the brasserie (now called Pascal's Brasserie) before visiting to enquire whether the brasserie was dog friendly.

Shame it takes a French man to show the English what a real fry up should be. I go here every time I'm in Weymouth and it never disappoints. The menu choice is fantastic, I mean kippers how great is that.

Finally managed to book a table for one of their evening meal nights (only do two a month). Menu was great, with two options for starter, main and desert, was actually nice not to have a huge amount to choose from! I went for ham and melon for starter (proper retro) and my partner had a trio of duck. Both were excellent, as was the Bouillabaisse we both had for main. The strawberry tart I had for desert was also amazing, and the wines were very good. Our waitress was very attentive and we had a great night. Now we've had breakfast, lunch and dinner here, we both agree it is one of the best places to eat in Weymouth!

Had a lovely cream tea for six of us. Fantastic scones and tea in pots that never seem to get cold. Also a good selection of cakes and none of it will break the bank. Kids loved it!

Each year my family goes to Weymouth and this (now called Pascal's Brasserie, I think?) is our favourite place for breakfast or afternoon cakes. My health has faded during the years and my diet is very limited. The wonderful chef, Pascal, makes the best poached eggs, that I have plain but you can have with many different accompaniments, for breakfast along with tea cakes, small breakfasts, and lots more. For afternoon tea his handmade cakes, including yummy Dorset apple cake, and scones hit the spot. Lunches look beautiful and filling even though I haven't personally sampled them. We continue to come back year after year and hope to for the foreseeable future. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Called in whilst walking around the old harbour area. Lovely Coffee and the homemade cakes looked delightful. Coffee and Walnut cake was delicious. Waitress was pleasant and the seating area was nice.

Came here during a local event. Was able to enjoy the music while enjoying a lovely coffee and cake. It was so nice we came back a second day to sample the lunch. It has a small menu that is well priced with a little of everything and friendly staff.

Lovely home cooked food and wonderful cakes. Very tasty indeed. I had French onion soup with toasted crusty cheesey bread, daughters had lovely home made doorstop sandwiches and hubby had cream tea. All enjoyed the food here.

We went in last week for brunch and had booked. The table was rather small for all 5 of us to sit comfortably as it was extremely hot, I’d ask waiter was if ok if we flowed over to table next to us - she said yes but was unable to clear it until she had served another customer which was fine although rather odd as she had just brought out our drinks and was going back that way. We had our brunch served few minutes later all looked fabulous unfortunately to my disappointment the hash royals I had did not have the smoked salmon which was main reason I’d chosen Everything else was cooked and tasted lovely but for nearly £10 you expect the full recipe I thought I’d just mention to waitress when she came to clear table from previous customers however she never did nor did anyone check if everything was ok. For spending around £80 for 2 children and adults on brunch I feel it didn’t quite reach the standard I expected unfortunately

Well we were booked for a surprise 60th Birthday meal on 22nd December 2023. Spoke directly with the restaurant to book & he phoned back to clarify . Just under before someone said they were shutting for Christmas & New Year - their last night was Monday 18th. I rang them constantly that evening with no answer, & I’ve rang them since. I have emailed them with out reply. I have never in my life had such poor customer service

Since early June, we have been to Les Enfants five times, all under different circumstances and for different reasons. The first was a family meal out with visiting son, daughter-in-law and grandchild. It was an absolutely splendid occasion, and Chef Eric made it his personal business to make extra extra sure that we had a fabulous time. He succeeded beyond anybody's expectations! It was my 8-year-old’s second visit, her first was when she was 18 months old. She was over the moon with her meal and awarded the chef a million zillion stars. This was the summer that grandchild was going to get to stay with grandparents for the best part of the summer. The second visit was scheduled for the three of us a week and ½ into her visit, as a special night out. Instead, a traumatised and exhausted two of us staggered into the restaurant, and I informed the wait staff, who had greeted us warmly, that my husband would not be joining us, as he had that morning broken both bones in his right arm and was still sitting in the A&E waiting room, after being there for hours after the hour or so he was in a more local urgent care facility. We decided that I should go with our kiddo to dinner, and we would touch base once he was either treated or admitted. The staff could not have taken better care of us. They prepared bespoke treats for my little one and brought her apple juice in a fancy glass and kept it topped up. The third time, again it was just two of us…I had returned our grandchild back to her parents at the end of her stay, and finally my husband could come home as soon as I returned from the 48 hour round trip to the states. Weeks later, when he was finally able to go out…this is where we went. We walked into to a warm welcome, and don’t you know, here comes Chef with a broken leg. Mid-September saw us return, this time with a visiting nephew in tow, and once again, great welcome, great service, great food. Chef, needing a time to really properly heal his leg, announced he would be closing up for the season at end of September, so we booked to come have one last great meal before he reopens next season. Rest up Chef! We look forward to our next visit! https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowUserReviews-g190817-d10196317-r971654389-Restaurant_Les_Enfants_Terribles-Weymouth_Dorset_England.html#

Husband and I stopped for coffee and cake. The selection of cakes was substantial and flavours that I had not seen before. We enjoyed our coffee and cakes, staff friendly.
