I honestly did not want to give a negative review. So, I will start with the positives. The food was well packaged although they put cold drinks on top of the meal boxes. The chicken wings and chicken strips are cooked from frozen like you’d get at Iceland l. Not horrible, just from frozen. The smash burger was not smashed and the meat to sauce and bun ratio was way off. Nonetheless I believe this was fresh meat and it tasted ok. Ordered a Donner Kebab and a little bit of cold meat on top of a pile of chips arrived. When ai called the restaurant I was told bluntly "This is how 'we' do donner kebabs!" It may be how you do them but it's not how others do them. Maybe I should open a car showroom selling Bentleys and sending people Dacias instead claiming "This is how we sell Bentleys!" Wasn't even a good meat and chips!

ordered 2 doner kebabs but sent meat and chips smothered in inedible chilli sauce. called restaurant but they said this is how they do doner kebab! Just awful .. order from elsewhere

The driver was friendly and the food arrived hot. It was of good quality and taste however i believe alittle crispy, but thats subjective as to how well you want your kebab grilled.

First time ordering was great, however, second time was not so good. The kebab I ordered was swimming in chilli sauce, but hardly any garlic sauce. The doner kebab meat was very burnt. The loaded chips had a really weird taste and wasn’t nice and again was drowned in chilli sauce.

Best place to waste money and time. Their large portion of donor consisted of large layer of fries with thin layer of donor. As if they give donor on side of chips. Put sour and weird sauces on top without asking anyone. Wings thin as chicken paws. Shear waste. Can't believe how this place being run. They know nothing about food.

£15 for a wrap it was so small and hardly any filling in it I would never order from this shop again they need to be shown what a real mixed Doner wrap looks like so they can take note

The large mixed kebab and chips was small and lacked flavour. No option of kids meals...£4 for 6 nuggets with no chips does not represent good value. Buffalo wings sauce was reasonable but the wings were minute and over cooked. I would press your own burgers from mince acquired at Romford halal meats not frozen burgers from JJ's.

Outstandingly good food. The Doner meat among the best I've ever eaten. Burgers are delicious too and the chips were cooked perfectly. Crisp and golden on the outside white and fluffy in the middle. Really nicely presented too. Highly recommended.

Visited Route 1 today. I was welcomed immediately upon entering. The food was served hot, presented well, not only did the food look appealing it was delicious. I started with Tempura King Prawns which came with a sweet chilli dip, followed by chicken strips and a side portion of fries. I will definitely be visiting again, great food polite service, and reasonably priced.

We ordered food from here where the chips were rock hard and over cooked and the meat looked old and wasn't fresh. The portions were really small and there was hardly any meat. Honestly, one of the worst places we tried locally. Will not be ordering again!

Route 1 burgers& dinner kebab was a great place to visit. I enjoyed their customer service and the food was amazing. I especially their American special burger, it tasted super delicious. Next time I will be visiting again and will try something different on their menu as they had diverse options to select from. A good and professional staff team!
