Don’t leave reviews but this got me going! 1. Delivery, late and could not access location. Left note on app and added point location which still did not help driver. Guess it depends on competency of driver! 2. Missing items, chapati not within order. Still not enough for me to leave a review. 3. Bottle of Diet Coke out 4No months out of date. 4. Spoken to restaurant to which nothing positive was done at that moment in time.

I ordered a mixed tandoori biriyani with aloo gobi as a side and boy was it delicious! Best Indian takeaway I have had in ages.

This food is so terrible that it should only be thrown away. It had a soupy and congealed texture that I've never encountered before. I can't comprehend how this kind of food exists. The chicken was oddly watery, and I'm not sure if a chef can even explain why. It was absolutely disgusting and far from being edible. The only positive aspect was that the delivery arrived early, but I suspect it's because no one else ordered. None of us could bring ourselves to eat the meal because it was truly awful.

Absolutely shocking! Collected my order and when I was dishing up my food it was freezing cold and then was shocked to find that the chicken was not cooked properly! My partner was throwing up all night and I was left with a serve gut ache. I was refused a refund when I asked and the customer service I received on the phone and in person was horrendous. Definitely do not recommend ordering from here

Amazing food would highly recommend

On Thursday night we ate from here and within a few hours we all became very sick. Please be careful when ordering from here.

The worst curry and experience ever. Ordered a Madras’s and the whole thing was a shambles. The dish was very watery to the point where I could only think the dish was pre-made, frozen and then re-heated before coming to me. Chicken was over cooked / chewy. The heat in the dish was absent. I’ve had a korma hotter. Ordered some popadoms. What a waste that was as the restaurant never sent anything to dip them in or add to them other than Emmy watery madras. Rice was okay, although very clumpy. Onion barji okay, probably the only thing that I enjoyed. But given the above I was just happy I had something edible. Phoned the restaurant to inform them of the dish and all they kept saying to me was they never had this feedback before and he needs to chat with the chef. Think the guy must have had the phone speaker in his mouth as that’s all I could hear. Claimed a full refund as the meal was beyond poor. I’d avoid this place.

The food was late ,, and when I spoke to the restaurant on the phone the man who I spoke to was very blunt and rude ,, I got my food and it was cold ,, the curry was watery ,, the chicken was undercooked ,, it was quite a shock ,, I wouldn’t even give this food to my dog ,, won’t be ordering from here again

First time using spice touch, not seen them in here before. Food was piping hot, plentiful, tasty and delivered earlier than quoted. The food was delivered in a customised/personalised bag with a special bottom to the bag that stopped sagging. Attention to detail is excellent here. Will certainly use again and moved up to my top 3 Indians to go to on the hill. Thanks guys.

The biryani had no flavour and the curries where very watery. Honestly I only ordered because I heard good reviews but naah never again. There was literally no effort put into the food. And here's me wanting to order more so glad I didn't.

The biryani lamb and chicken is a scam. It was literally bland with no spices no flavor. The naga chicken was a joke. You have as well just given chicken in water. Never ordering from there ever again!

The best Indian around Harold hill. Excellent food and amazing chef specials. Not one thing I wouldn't eat on the menu.

Item was missing, after phoning the restaurant he stated driver is on his way. 40 minutes later phoned back and asked about delivery time where he answered abruptly he’s on his way and put phone down. 1 hour later the missing item turned up and at this point it was cold. So very disappointed and will not be returning.

Curries ver oily, no spice just sweet. Taste is just ok for chicken curry but prawn curry was disappointment due to sweetness. Delvery very poor. Not only late but the app says delivered without being delivered. Overall very unhappy with the order.

Really disappointing. No discernable spice flavour, just heat. Chicken did not taste fresh. Roti weighed a ton, supposed to be light and puffy, smelled old.

Not just saying this because I’ve had a few meals from Spice Touch. But last nights delivery was one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. Loved it.

Enjoyed the food. There were a couple of issues - forgot the rice with the dhansak and gave me a Peshwari naan instead of the plain one I ordered. Didnt raise it with the restaurant as I had some rice on hand and as a one off it certainly wouldn't trouble me to the extent that I wouldnt order again. The food I had was good enough to make me come back.

Can highly recommend this take away. Very authentic. We particularly enjoy the bhuna curries. Portion sizes are excellent and is really good value for money. Staff are polite and our delivery is always early. We never order from anywhere else😋

My go to Indian.... foods always good and delivery is fast

Food was quite good, the only thing was masala sauce, it was much too sweet and my son complained about too much onion in his wrap.

Arrived 20 minutes early. Sheek kebab starter / chapati & mint sauce was all very good. Lamb dopiaza had very little spice or flavour, bordering on the bland and the chunks of lamb such as they were were gelatinous and a bit gristly (not very pleasant to eat). Keema rice was also on the bland side. Onion bhajis were very dried out, as if they'd been kicking around for a while and then reheated. All in all quite disappointing, doubt I'll use again with the number of takeaways we have to choose from locally.

This is one of my favourite go to places for food Always very nice compared to other Indians take aways in the area I’ve loved everything I’ve tried so far however the lamb chops are very small but they are nice and the onion barjis need to be bigger and better otherwise everything is lovely 😁

My wife ordered a meal from Spice Touch online - Menu looks fabulous and we were really looking forward to the meal, until we visited our local restaurant to collect and discovered an issue. In Derbyshire we have a restaurant with the same name. so thought the online order was with our local, only to find that it was accidently ordered and waiting for us a 3 hour drive away at Spice Touch in Romford. She called and spoke to the lovely staff member there, who despite already having made the order offered a full refund. Can't thank them enough, really polite friendly and understanding of our situation. If we're ever in the area, we'll definitely place a legitimate order : ) Thank-you.

Perfection, have no complaints at all. The food was delivery hot and fresh and the taste was great. Portion size is perfect. You have to try the coconut paradise dessert.
