Premier Inn London Rainham hotel in Havering

Close to Lakeside Shopping Centre, also next door to Sunday car boot sale. Eat as much as you like breakfast for £10.99. Hotel is comfortable, worth a visit.

First of all, the bed was soooo comfy! Had a lovely night sleep. The room was mostly clean but the wall by the bed looked like a cup of tea had been thrown on it! The wall behind the bathroom door was really dirty, and there was a cap from a disposable razor on the floor. Went to the beefeater for our breakfast, lovely lady explained how it all works & we sat down. I opted for the toast & cereal & my husband ordered a fried breakfast. I kid you not, it took 45 minutes for his breakfast to arrive. 2 bacon, 2 eggs, 2 hash browns & 2 sausages with beans. 45 minutes!! The beans were cold, the eggs were hard and it was swimming in grease! After all that he had to leave it. £10.99 for that! As we left we could see other people had done the same. We'd stay there again but wouldn't pay the extra for breakfast.

Good quite location. Rooms are a nice size and was very clean had everything you needed for an over night stay.

Book this hotel is you want a cheap hotel. BUT you will not get any sleep and the receptionist is never at the desk if you want something.

Stayed for a week back in June as we wanted to be outside the city as to not pay a fortune but still close enough to do everything by car-when it came to daily excursions. It was my first time at a premier in but I immediately saw why my partner prefers them. I had not had such good night's sleep at other accommodations. The Willow Farm Table Table is something that has stuck with us, I cannot tell you how many times since we have said table table at random occasions haha! Next time I visit London I'll insist we stay at a premier in again.

The only is is that the WiFi is poor

Lazy incompetent Stuff at the Reception, not able to sell a room, asked to do reservation with the phone standing at the reception while she Ka…..sitting there and watching you in a horrible smell around the reception coming from somewhere out. Never had such a bad experience in 25 years traveling around the world ! Just go to the Best Western some miles away, great Hotel with great competent friendly Stuff and good smell !

Clean rooms, relatively comfy beds. Bit cold at times but it was a particularly cold week so haven't marked it down. Signal and WiFi as always absolutely rubbish.

Ideal place for stay with kids and family. Easy to travel to any part of london. Friendly staff and quality interior. Good parking facility.

Excellent facilities for people using wheelchairs! Friendly, helpful staff!

Trades men...DO NOT STAY HERE...YOUR TOOLS WILL BE STOLEN OUT OF YOUR VAN. The hotel know how common it is, but fail to mention this on check in. They fail to comment on how common it is because they are doing nothing to act upon it.

Giving 2 stars due to the person stayed before me smoked in the room and left cigarette buts in the bathroom.

Stayed here ended up falling down an uncovered man hole in the car park. Was not marked out as unsafe and was not obvious just the man hole cover placed on top. Apparently it's council owned and premier inn or Whitbread take no responsibility for something so dangerous. I tried to call the site and got through to a manager names Olah she was not at all helpful was incredibly rude refused to help in anyway of me reaching the council however had the time to review my fall and tried to scrutinize and pass judgement herself she even raised her voice to shout at me absolutely disgustingly bad customer service to add to my broken ankle 😔

Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Abysmally slow and pointless internet... For free. Had quite a bit of black mold infesting the entire bathroom.

Overall our recent experience was good. FREE parking. Good staff! Kids fiendly. Rooms were clean but they dont clean them daily. WIFI was good.Theres a charging point for your EV car so no worries for charging (£0.79/kwH)

Spent a night here as we were visiting RSPB Rainham Marshes. Room ok, star of the show was the bed which was ultra comfortable. We went for the dinner/breakfast meal deal which was good value. Unfortunately our evening meal at Table Table was ruined by the loud piped music - speakers everywhere so no escape.

we stayed for one night and we had a really good and amazing time. liam at reception was really nice and kind. some air conditioning could be a good investment. thank you.

Great hotel. Rooms were lovely and very clean. Staff, especially Liam, are very helpful.

Good food and rooms ok car park had 2 cars stolen and 7 vans broken into 19/20th June 2024 no security and if you own a ford transit just leave it unlocked with the doors wide open or they will wreck them trying to get in...

Did not use hotel went to pub next door.

Clean rooms. The staff were super helpful too. The environment was quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of London.

Only went for late lunch,...... as it was bank holiday there were no specials which is unusual.... The food was OK but I had lasagne it was sloppy & bland... The chips I ordered as side dish were scrappy and uneatable, although they were taken of the bill, Sunday roast definitely better at this place. They need to up their game.

Some of the members of staff are really good and always welcoming staff with a smile. The rooms were very clean and the bed was soo comfortable. Would definitely go back!

Only went for a meal. Car parking log in not working. Met with family and we had three cars. All have received a fine!! Shall not bother with this again. Plenty more places in the area.

There is some serious attention to detail required. Cigerrete buts littered by the entrance. Unused porch still has the Christmas decorations in. Overall, it looks scruffy. Needs a visit by the management team.
