Great food and coffee. Only slight criticism was delay in being served as although food was ready and sat waiting drinks were not ready at same time. Girl serving orders seemed a little confused by some orders.

Visited this Tim Hortons for some Frappe. Had the Oreo Frappe, and was extremely disappointed. It was just like drinking shaved ice with extremely diluted milk and a ton of sugar. Not a fan :(

I've been having breakfast from here for the past few months. Great selection of food and good prices. Staff Saba always welcomes me with a beautiful smile. Highly recommended.

First time here and mostly positive feedback. Great value for your money. Quick service and friendly staff. The only issue I've had was the smell of your clothes after dining in. Smell of frying oil and all clothes straight away to washing machine.

First time back in a long time since I had several issues last two times I can. But this time the food was good, quick and service was okay. They didn't have any of the new items they advertised. Plus free doughnut for Google reviews. Although it was hard to write this review since their WiFi doesn't work and there is no mobile signal anywhere nearby. Head to the Starbucks across the yard.

This tim hortons is the closest one to me as where I live there is no tim hortons and I love tim hortons donuts! .service was fast and friendly. Staff were kind to give me a small box of timbits as a thank you for driving a far way to their tim hortons resturant 😃. Will definalty come again in future.

Lovely breakfast, bit pricey though. Hot drinks, and donuts 🍩 are my favourite. Nice customer service on till. Staff are busy but helpful. Specious lounge for meeting friends and family, calm environment, network is not so good but manageable Plenty of parking and other her sopping options near by . Toilet are tidy and clean

This store is out of town, but very handy for a food stop before you take on your grocery shop of the week, the food and coffee is always great, but the service can be a little slow, and the ordering and collection area seems a little disconnected… overall it’s worth a visit..

Doughnuts are amazing. Didn't try their other food but it did look good. Service was easy as they have kiosks to do it all yourself

The restaurant was nice and clean and very presentable with good seating options. The staff were perlite and when I ordered a burger with the mustard removed from one of the machines, they called out my order and checked if I wanted to have a different sauce instead. There was a bit of a wait but not deal break but sadly the burgers I had ordered for myself and my brothers were luke warm at best if I wasn't so hungry I probably would have taken it back. I did have a grilled ham and cheese sandwich which was great nice and hot with a nice cut of ham. Good selection of donuts and the staff were very patient while I selected what I wanted. Bit pricey but enjoyable

My favourite place for a donut and coffee. French Vanilla is the only coffee I try. But they have a good chicken burger almost 5 pounds and small chicken wrap.£1.99 Vegetarian and halal chicken so good to go.

I must admit, the food was okay but no one seemed to understand a word I said. Rude staff, and seemed to dismiss question. My partner asked them if the frappes were blended and the lady then said one moment and brought out someone who knew English better than she did then she said no no.. it came out blended which we didn’t mind but come on it’s a simple question. I wouldn’t recommend going to this branch if you have any questions about the food, god knows if you have allergies scared they probably won’t be listened too

I’ll be very honest here, the staff are extremely rude. Was trying to just grab some drinks and food as it was my first time going to Tim Hortons, there was some form of shakes on the menu and I just wanted to very simply ask if they were blended or not. I was standing at front counter for a good 5+ minutes for someone to come, people at back was just..staring at me? 😭 I felt well awkward but here we are, had to shout over to ask for someone to come and they scrambled around like how that scene of ratatouille where the person catches the rats in the kitchen and they all scramble 🤣 best way to explain it! Someone eventually comes and I ask them the pretty simple question of…”is the shakes blended or are they like milk?” This lady just pauses like she’s seen a ghost behind me runs back into the ratatouille kitchen and grabs someone else, for this other lady to come for me to repeat my very awesome question of “is the shakes blended or are they like milk?” May I say in a more annoyed tone 🙏 and she just said “uhh..no..no” like Consuela from family guy. Anyways I go back to ordering, as one does when they are at a fast food place, and grabs a shake..may i say it came out blended 😭!? What!? She lie 😭 Literally no one understood me I swear, maybe I was talking French at the time though last time I checked I’m a fully British woman who only knows English and I think I can speak it pretty well, don’t know why tho 😞..maybe my question wasn’t simple enough? Anyways, we left with the stuff, the doughnuts are rock hard and not for me personally, only good thing was the chicken wrap, that was bomb! Defo get it if you never feel brave enough to walk in there ‼️ . (P.s. my shake was blended more then it was in a blender, and very sweet) Have a nice day lol

Hardly have anything in stock rude, unhelpful staff busy serving their own families. Refused to take order on till after ordering through kiosk waited 20muns to get doughnuts and coffee because staff was busy chatting with their family. Ridiculous

On 12th January I visited my local Tim Hortons to try the new jalapeño range and decided to get the Jalapeño Crispy Stackburger. Honestly, I was extremely disappointed. The burger was dry and hard, the hash brown was burnt, and the overall taste was awful. I couldn’t even take more than a few bites and ended up throwing it away after 10 minutes. The Chipotle sauce was dry and rubbery, and the burger looked like it had been sitting in the food warmer for hours before being served. As someone who works in the food industry, I know how important it is to check the quality of food before serving it to customers. This was far from acceptable. I was not given a receipt, but I can prove my purchase through my bank statement if needed. After such a disappointing experience, I had to go and buy food from KFC, which means I essentially wasted money on this horrific food from Tim Hortons. I’m attaching some photos and videos to show what I mean. I really hope you address this issue, provide proper training to your staff, and ensure they follow food safety and hygiene standards. Serving food like this is simply unacceptable. There is no contact details to make a complaint. No phone, no email. Nothing at all.

Great Coffee and Donuts... other food isn't great

Out of box of 12 doughnuts, 7 of them were rock hard, shame we didn't try them in the shop.

We used drive through, ordered 4 donuts when got to counter staff advised would cost us less to add w more, so we did and shared with family. Friendly and efficient service.

Stupid machines that take ages to use and were designed by an idiot. Food was cold, especially the hash browns. Staff just stood around, all 6 of them, looking a little lost. Coffee and donut was ok though, so a star for each of those.

Only used the drive thru. Excellent filter coffee and donuts :)

The Christmas Crispy Chicken Sandwich was full of curry spices. I do not tolerate spicy food and for me it was simply inedible. Nowhere on the product page it mentions curry or being spicy. A total letdown.

Favorite place to hang around by teenagers. That's why, on work days, you may struggle to find a free table.

Never seems to be anyone serving they hide out the back chatting.

Best coffee chain in the area, brisk service and nice atmosphere to get work done. coffee is always hot, breakfast till 11am and £1 breakfast with a drink 😉 French vanilla whether hot or cold is amazing too

Like most Tim Ho's, the toilets are out of action when you need them. Staff- miserable. Atmosphere - better in the car. Food - ok.

I certainly love Tim Hortons. Their menu, food, all perfect. However there is one particular issue with this branch. I've been a customer to this branch for more than 3 years. Even though I moved out from Milton Keynes, I still visit this branch every time I visit MK. The issue is, the shop is awfully DIRTY. Every time. Tables, floor, chairs, all in dirt, food leftovers and pieces can be spotted everywhere, dust built up at the windows, chair cushions ripped off... Such a lovely concept & tasty food they offer, but the management itself ruins the experience. Please look at the Thurrock branch in London, learn from them!!!

Just wanted to commend the team working in the afternoon (15.33) at this MK branch. The Original Blend coffee wasn't quite up to usual standard, so we asked for a replacement. Not only did we get the replacement freshly made, but also a complimentary donut for our troubles. Appreciate the customer service standard and quick resolution. Coffee/snacks always good here. One of the best Tim Hortons out of the ones we've tried across UK.

Had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons Kingston Milton Keynes. Faheema and Zara were brilliant in customer service and had a good product knowledge.

Visited twice on different days whilst staying in Milton Keynes, each time there was an issue with my order. First time, after ordering they couldn't serve breakfast items, so ended up with a toastie. Next time, I was given someone else's order. When I eventually got my food, it's the Tim Hortons I like, but that's sadly not the point. Unfortunately, service isn't up to standard.

Great customer service and food is good too. Lovely staff, especially Gita - always happy and kind. Mine and my friend's go-to place.

Love Tim Hortons! The breakfast deal they have on at the moment where you can buy any size drink and get a hash brown and a breakfast item for £1 is fab! My dad and I both got small lattes, a hash brown each, I had the sausage, egg and cheese bagel he had a sausage, egg and cheese muffin all for about £9! Love the interior but seating is limited and so is the parking so would take that into account when visiting.

Was good before but the poor staff were struggling under the load they were seriously understaffed for the number of customers and this showed in the food both presentation taste and customer service, I don’t blame them they needed more help and in the past they have been great but this time we waited about 20 minutes for breakfast and it was not well cooked when we got it

Had a REALLY lovely breakfast here today and I converted 2 family members from McDonald’s to Tim Hortons Even the presentation on the bagel was spot on

Quite often get the orders wrong or there are delays, the quality is subpar, this has almost no resemblance to the Canadian counterpart.

Haven’t tried the food yet, however it is usually up to my standard really was happy with the service we received from Fahima, she was very welcoming and made us feel really happy to order asset to the company

Timbits are delicious. I had the Oreos cookies and cream frappé and that was also delicious.

Very similar to McDonald's, but more relaxed - although the food isn't quite as nice. More bakery products, if that's your thing.
