Costa Coffee in Milton Keynes

I met a friend for a coffee here, a nice place to have a chat in a relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of parking close by which was great.

Nice little costa, free parking, did us just fine til costco opened just around the corner.

Wrap not delivered, only option is to get refund, we wanted it delivered! If an item is out of stock they should call and offer alternative rather than delivering with missing items.

really wonderful! there was a slight problem getting the code, but he was so patient and nice and understanding. I want to leave a tip to say thank you but can't figure out how on the Just Eat app?

Nice store, located on the estate and near the supermarket. Plenty of parking, free for 2 hours. Costa Coffee menu, nice clean store and friendly staff. Seating outside available.

Still no Internet after six months. Only just excuses. All other businesses in area have non public Internet.

I've been a regular customer at the Costa branch in Milton Keynes for over 5 years. The staff are friendly and efficient, and they always know my order. The upstairs area is perfect for working on my laptop or meeting with friends. It's large, spacious, and quiet, with plenty of seating and power outlets. The only downside is that it's often closed due to staffing shortages. Despite this, I would still highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a great coffee and a friendly atmosphere.

Not great for a bit of work/study as WiFi shockingly slow and no decent mobile signal available locally.

Costa, but not as you know it. I'm not a huge fan of chain coffee houses. I find their coffee to be weak no matter what I order. However I still have a fondness for their consistentcy across stores. The point in a chain is it's a "safe" place to eat/drink if you don't know the area to well. The above said however this Costa is decorated differently to others and has additional food on the menu. I do not know if this is how all Costa stores are to look going forward, but it's a welcome upgrade. The décor is more bright and open. There is fresh fruit in store as well as fresh food options which you don't get in the normal Costa. They are also catering to the times, with many chairs befitting from power sockets with dedicated USB charge​ points. I much prefer this Costa to others. But because the coffee isn't quite how I like it I'll stick to 4 stars.

Bletchley Costa 5 stars tasty coffee and staff are friendly, with free toilet. BUT Costa near TK Max only 2⭐, the staff are rude and they won't allow use of toilets without purchasing something, next time I'll stand and wee upon their floor, maybe then they'll be more understanding, their a franchise so not all the same rules apply.

If it wasn't a Costa, these guys would be out of business with their consistently unfriendly service. Always treated as an inconvenience rather than a person, let alone a valued customer. Despite living around the corner and a coffee lover, I'd rather go without.

Having been here twice now and I must say that both times have been excellent, the food was good and the service was prompt and quick and I would easily bring my business back to this place again.

Food and coffee were fine. They insisted my payment hadn't gone through (even though I said it had said payment approved) and made me pay again. A few minutes later I showed them the notifications from my bank showing I had paid twice. They insisted one payment would show as a refund within a few minutes but said, 'If it doesn't, just contact Costa'. So now I have the hassle of trying to get almost £18 refunded to my account. Not happy.

Terrible hygiene. No toilet paper or hand washing liquid in the toilet. Hand gel dispenser empty. Not able to get the staff interested. Walked out in disgust to have a proper wash in the Waitrose afterwards.

I rarely go to this restaurant. When every time I went it’s the same waitress. Every time she did wrong on my orders. I ordered a large drink she gave me a medium drink. The food I bought was on specials, but she charged the regular price and more …. Should there be a discreet waitress replaced?

Went here on Saturday morning (7th May) I expected queue but the staff were rude! Bad attitudes! Think they really need to brush up on their customer service skills! Aside from that my toastie was warm even though I had to wait 15 mins, staff didn’t even apologise for the wait!

We was very disappointed here. Ordered flat white and small latte. After complain to worker that she make latte instead of flat white( taste was not even like flat white was more foam than coffee) the female worker was very rude for us. We ask to do another coffee and she refuse it. After arguing that we know how to make coffee because i also work in coffee shop she make another coffee and then throw to our table very rudely. Customer service is really bad. Table is dirty as well. We sat im one place where was clean and she told us to go to another table because that area is close(at 14) while shop is open for many hours more. Not recommended that Costa. Is better service at other shops.

I like the drinks and that’s about it. I think the workers are very rude and don’t offer good service. There is one man who is very nice all the time, but all of the female workers are rude and every time i go there the service is the same with them. They seem to be uninterested in there jobs and look moody, and this is not a one time thing. I think they are very rude.

Come to this Costa quite often mainly because staff are nice and they actually listen to you when you place your order and will accept any kind of special requests which is what I like about costa mainly but some other stores staff are letting costa down however this one is my favourite in Milton Keynes. Thanks guys keep up the nice work.

I like the coffee store really. It's close to me and I am considering myself a regular customer, however, I don't like the waste of water that's happening in there. They keep the taps running for minutes without anyone paying attention. I wish they could pay attention to that and be mindful of the wasted resources.

I enjoyed the experience on my visit to have a giant latte coffee and a slab of cake which tasted amazing probably because it was on offer at half price. Nice barista's chatty and friendly. The interior was clean and tidy and well presented. All in all a pleasant visit I will go again.

Nice airy store with usual Costa grade coffee. Comfy chairs still in good condition and shop clean and bright. Very enjoyable visit.

Lovely staff, always very helpful

I recently moved here and have ordered to collect from this Costa about 4 times now. I always order an iced caramel latte and each time they were forgetting the caramel. Today I went in store to see them make it (to see if I was imagining things) and once again they forgot the caramel! I had to tell her to put it in. Usually get fantastic service and great coffee from other costas. This one is a let down to the brand.

Hate wearing a mask. Think covid is fake? Come here Service is great but they pay no attention to Covid rules. Servers don't wear masks, come out to clean tables without masks on, and don't challenge anyone who isn't wearing a mask coming in. In fact because they set the example, people know they can come in without a mask. Locals who come in chat to the servers like they are inside their own house.

Its very nice and the staff are very friendly but I can't help but say that the bathrooms need to be cleaned more regularly as there is toilet paper on the floor and water everywhere other then that everything is delightful and I love having my coffee there👍🏻

Didn't know this was here until a friend showed me. From Waitrose car park you don't see it, ticked around the corner from the pet shop opposite Waitrose. But it's a big Costa and clean and inviting. Free parking.

If a customer orders hot chocolate, cream and marshmallows, don’t be surprised when they’re annoyed to find out the marshmallows were missed! First world problems maybe, but annoying nonetheless.

Theses guys need to be re-trained on how to make a coffee. When complained about the coffee i was told they know better. I have been having costa for last 10 years daily. And they are telling me my coffee is not wrong and every other Costa is also wrong. They are right...

Usually a queue and not my favourite Costa. The one in Woburn Sands is better

I go to this place often and although the place is good there is an Asian woman who is the most miserable impolite person I have ever met. The rest of the staff are fine but if it was my business I would have her sacked.
