A great place to eat great Verity of food & Beverages on offer comfortable and warm Restaurant pleasant Staff a must try for a change !

Very imprest! Much much better than macdonalds! Got burgers + milkshakes everything perfect + staff very helpful + the building/toilets very clean. Will definitely come back to try donuts aswel next time.

Just poor all round... Food was bad, didn't get what we ordered and sure the dairy free late was real milk not oat, had a bad reaction.

Got served this morning by two absolutely lovely people working on the drive through! Went above and beyond, so friendly and happy to help, made our day :)

Staff insult you in Arabic, thinking you can't understand.

Visited as passing and wanted a coffee, ordered a hamburger, stated like it had been cooked in a microwave

Pricey with small portions, burgers were decent but you can buy better lattice fries at aldi, they were a bit soggy and underwhelming so say the least, maybe an exta minute or two in the fryer wouldnt go a miss. Had to wait a good 10 minutes after ordering and had it fired on top of itself out tray. will probably be back but I won't be rushing

Absolute waste of around 30 mins waiting in the drive thru whilst only being 2nd in the queue, when we finally got to order we asked for the first item then the staff member said I’ll just be a minute, no sorry or anything, we waited a further 10 mins sat in the car and had to mount the curb to escape, still with no order , my first and last visit to any Tim hortons , absolute pathetic service

First time trying here, near carlisle. Food was delicious, freshly cooked and hot, service so quick and lady who took our order was so friendly and patient, would definitely eat here again

Visited when it was fairly quiet on a Sunday afternoon. Can’t find any fault perhaps quite pricey for what it is however you would expect that at Tim Hortons anyway. toilet work clean.

Honestly the food, majority of staff and the service was shocking. Having tried so many Timmy’s across Canada, my kids were excited to stop & try the one at Penrith. To say it was a letdown is an understatement. I’ve added some pics, the coffee was not up to standard and luke warm at best. The loaded fries were a joke, don’t waste your money and my son got three tenders, they were small, burnt and very dry. The only person that had anything about them and was helpful, was the lovely lady cleaning up and mopping. Although I do need to add, who the heck’s idea was it to add those slippy tiles on the floors of flipping restaurants, they are so dangerous, you feel like your walking on greasy surface.

Buy a hot drink and get brekkie for £1. Great offer! Everyday before 11.30am

No service with a smile, felt like an inconvenience, we sat in to eat but every table we went to was a mess with rubbish everywhere and had to clean a table to sit down, the loaded fries are far from loaded and the coke zero tasted awful. Don't expect 5* but not great at all. Won't be going again!

Maria Row went above and beyond to make my first time in tim hortons an amazing one, even recommended us lovely places to visit nearby, definitely will be back. (ps give me Maria Row a payrise, she deserves it!!) ;)

Was in the area, and was yet to try a Tim Horton's, as we don't have one near us. Pretty impressed! The meal was very reasonable for what I got, (Chicken burger with hash brown, lattice fries and a large latte), around £9. Didn't get any doughnuts, although they looked delicious. My only gripe is the state of the restaurant. A lot of fingerprints all over the glass and food on the floors. The gents toilets had a lot of hair and stale urine behind the seat, but hey, they may have had a busy day and perhaps haven't had the chance to clean. It was quite busy after all. Young lad who worked there, very polite, and collected our tray once we were done! Hope they open one closer to the Preston / Blackpool area soon.

My new favourite driv thru. Regularly drive this way and I always want a TH for breakfast and lunch when I pass through! Delicious and good quality. I don't drink coffee but my partner says its amazing so the canadians must be right! Bring one to Norfolk please.

Staff so friendly that they gave extra free shot of expresso. The food on the other hand, not so friendly. Very below par food.

Expensive, dry burgers and chicken and underwhelming food in general. This site used to be our go to stop off on a road trip when it was KFC and I wish it still was. Unfortunately not a fan of Tim Horton's after giving it a chance 😔

Great stop off, food was really good, especially the hash browns. Bagels nice, but stodgy. Service was ok, it was busy, but we didn't have to wait long. Will visit again.

Tim Hortons French vanilla coffee is amazing. It's a drink that we like to get when we are anywhere near one of the outlets. We also like to purchase the ready mixed coffee powder to take home as our nearest outlet is an hour away by car. Unfortunately, on a recent trip, we tried two outlets, a 180 miles apart, to get the takeaway powder, but there was none available. We were told that this product has been stopped and would mot be available again. This is very disappointing and I do hope the company changes their mind on this. I still highly recommend the food and drinks at Tim Hortons.

The most disgusting chicken burger meal ever experienced in a fast food outlet. Crispy chicken sandwich was never crispy with over use of stuffing. Lattice fries were soft & squidgy. Thought I would try new outlet in town, needless to say never again.

Nice cosy lay out. Beverages good. Pastries over sweet. A weeks sugar loading with each doughnut. On the positive they are fresh.

Went in to grab donuts and some of the timbits the first time on a round trip. Unfortunately after getting the bag to the table my partner picked the bag up and the bottom of the paper bag burst from the weight and they immediately fell out all over the floor. Staff were really nice and understanding after I showed them the bag and what happened. The second time round the chicken burgers were quite nice good staff and service

This was our first visit after a hospital appointment across the r Isoad. Very impressed food was delicious and hot and brought to our table. Quick service and we found the latte and chocolate to be of an excellent quality. Restaurant was clean and so we're the toilets. Definitely returning.

The toilets were broken. Apparently all of them - male, female, disabled. Not a good start, I had to use the hospital toilet across the road, as the Staff were no help. Ordered a cheese and herb melt, vanilla latte, and a Boston cream doughnut, to eat in. They packaged it to eat out, managing to get the cheese on the cheese and herb melt to stick to the paper bag. The now renamed herb melt was OK, I think the addition of cheese would make this a winner. The latte and doughnut were OK, nothing special. I won't be back.

I think the food is better than McDonald's. Very clean and tidy and a good comfortable atmosphere.

Sorry to say first visit not a happy bunny. Car park littered with cups etc. Guy on drive through, aggressive and rude. Food when it eventually arrived looked nothing like photo's. Cold, had been well over cooked, well over salted, to point of being inedible. If this is the best Tim Hortons can do can't see them surviving long in Penrith

No pics of food but overall everything was spot on - the staff were amazingly friendly and food was as expected: can’t get enough of Apple fritters (and French vanilla is something I specifically go for).

Me and my friend called in for breakfast on Monday 20th October it was 11.35am and the man at the counter siad breakfast was finished , we have been later than that before (1pm) and were served breakfast. It states on the website that it breakfast is on till noon, and the man at the counter was very rude and lacked manners.

Chicken sandwich shocking, didn't look like that on the screen when I placed my order. And the Lattice Fries were cold, never again.

A good change for us, enjoyed the food and refreshments. The place was very clean and seating was comfortable. Service was a little slow but the staff were lovely and helpful. Gonna stop there again 👍 especially for loaded fries 😆

You get what you pay for with this store. It was late at night but they made me a fresh burger when they got my order wrong so can't fault this. Staff aren't the best with customer service, however it was OK.

On first impression it wasn't great let alone good. The car park had a lot of rubbish on it and i thought the Americano i had was mediocre at best. However the member of staff that served me was polite and helpful.

First time trying Tim Hortons. Prices were similar to other fast food places. It was a nice change having the lattice fries and the burgers were value for money. The strawberry milkshake was delicious 😋

When I first tried this place they got it so wrong. The food and service was shocking. But I’m glad to say they have massively turned it around and has been exceptional last 2 times.

Lack lustre atmosphere, indifferent staff and cold food. Not for the first time (different branches). Was late evening and we had little choice so thought we'd give them a go again but wish we'd not bothered. If they can't provide good service late evening the just don't open.

Randomly found this place on a road trip to Scotland. Excellent coffee and pancakes with bacon for 4.79. Couldn't believe it.

Good food, very clean and very welcoming staff. Good place to relax for a bit.

Pretty average experience, not great but not terrible. The chap on the driveway though was shocking, rude, short and unhelpful. The food was basic and bland, kind of felt like they’d got the food in from Asda smart price range and stuck it in the air fryer. The Timbits were also pretty lame, we ended up throwing most away. Fairly expensive too. Only reason it’s getting 3 stars is the drive through was quick and the kids liked it.

Wednesday lunchtime visit was very disappointing - the entire dining area was a mess - tables uncleared, messy floors and overflowing bins. I commented when collecting my order (made using very impersonal touch-screen ordering system - Tim Horton would be turning in his grave) that i was disappointed at the state of the place and the response was something like “so and so is on lunch break”. So and so must have been on a lunch break since morning opening looking at the state of the place.

The food here is pretty good, although maybe a bit pricey however that seems the norm for all fast food restaurants now. I've been a few times and tried the lattice fries, chicken burgers, frappés and wraps and would say they're all decent! The customer service is okay, but nothing special, and the last time I went I wasn't given my drink with the meal however it was made for me when I pointed it out. It's also easily accessible from the A6, M6 and A66.

Staff was incredibly helpful when there was an error on the self-service machine. Made an amended with no fuss and ensured my transaction process was smooth and satisfactory. This I really appreciated after a long day of travelling, so thank you. We love the doughnuts, so always a favourite stop of ours when travelling in a Tim Hortons direction.

Great quality food and reasonable price, really quick service

Have been in other Tim’s this was the worst 🥴 no clean tables toilets disgusting drinks sat on tray for 20 mins before food was ready (asked for fresh drinks which were provided after we had eaten food) food warm not hot but having waited 20 mins for it couldn’t be bothered to moan . No where near standard of usual Tim’s We were there at 1015hrs
