Tim Hortons in Oldham

Shockingly bad. Ordered through Uber and the box of 6 doughnuts were missing with no prior warning or explanation. Was of course charged for everything. When I have complained online I was informed I would be refunded within 3-7 business days which I find unacceptable. They are quick enough to take your money but not return it when they can't even get an order right. If the doughnuts were no longer available then why advertise them in the first place and take the customers money without informing me that they cannot fulfil the full order? The Limited edition crispy sandwich was repulsive also. Poor and incompetent staff.

First time ordering would deffo come back only thing I was missing my hot chocolate and 2 donuts I ordered so I'm hoping it was just a delivery mistake

As always, it's tasty food and tastier drinks. This visit had a couple of issues though. First the food took way longer than expected. Not sure what was up but the staff were constantly apologising for the delays. Second, the in-store audio was messed up. It was like a scratched cd, skipping, stuttering and sometimes looping from time to time. It was rather distracting

Food was alright but the staff in the drive through were cold, rude and hardly knew how to speak English.

I was sent the wrong food I ordered a bacon roll with B/sauce and X2 hash browns, You delivered X1 hash brown and a sausage, egg and cheese bap I have requested a full refund

Is it my imagination or are the prices creeping up? Can't fault the food and the service is very good. The food looks like the pictures, unlike some restaurants (think golden arches 🤔)

We love the veggie breakfast options and if you go before 11.30 the price is amazing. The chocolate frappe and honey crueler are the highlights for me. The staff are always helpful too.

We come mainly for the drinks as we find the food can be a bit hit and miss. Some days the doughnuts are delicious other times they can be quite stale. The drinks are great though and my daughter loves the French vanilla and the lattice fries. She also said the pumpkin spice hot chocolate was delicious. The staff are very friendly.

Parked there for 3 hours and received a £100 (£60) fine? The signage was not very visible, didn’t even know they charge. And if they did this is an extortionate amount for just parking when the car park wasn’t even busy

This time Hortons is the best place ever, I always comes here with my mum n brother, this guy Omer always deliver our food to our table which is an amazing service and I always love his hospitality. Always coming back to get treated.

We come nearly every Sunday morning after my son’s swimming lesson. The coffee is great and the £1 breakfast is a great deal. The doughnuts are lovely but a premium so definitely a bit more of a treat.

Used here many times for breakfast while at work, easily the best and least greasy fastfood type breakfast available with some very lovely, helpful staff, especially Megan who was exceptionally friendly and helpful during today's visit.

We went for breakfast on a Saturday morning and placed the order which was straight forward. There was a bit of a wait which was fine when we saw the order as the food was freshly made and the fillings generous. Absolutely no complaints with the wait for food as the bacon roll was fresh and made exactly as I requested. The French vanilla latte is a favorite and was just as good. Husband was very happy with his food - bacon and egg stack which he really enjoyed and was better than what he has had elsewhere. We will be coming again as a family!

Absolutely amazing staff and service the prices are not to overpriced and is good quality food and drinks definitely money well spent and worth it staff are very friendly in helping finding the perfect deal where they can just for you to sit down and enjoy your meal would definitely recommend it to anyone who has not tried it yet get yourself down and give it a try. We are regular customers at Tim Hortons. the customer service is always brilliant. We are usually served by Umar his efficiency is immaculate. He is approachable and always has a positive attitude. The children's menu is also very good! 👍

Had to wait a long time in the drive through. I ordered double cheeseburger meal. The lattice fries were lovely. The cheeseburger was average tasted like a burger van burger 🤢 & it gave me the shits afterwards. I had high expectations for this, but won't go again.

Tim Hortons Oldham is a great place to chill, wind down and relax. Its got a lovely environment and relaxing atmosphere which is great for families also. Its ALL good, but perhaps the Menu option can be improved, with More choices on offer :-)

Why is there no bacon ? The menu is very limited and the sausage doesn’t taste like it should.

Always great food and service, new staff members have great attitudes and the normal staff go the extra mile to make make an effort every time I pull up at the Oldham place. Always a pleasure!! Management have always made us a priority, and if not.. made improvements 10/10

Pulled up on road at 0450 as was in a wagon,door locked so couldn't get in even though state's 24hr,couldn't use drive through obviously due to size of vehicle ,and couldn't see anyone around to even order from a window ,very poor

It's clean with friendly staff who get the food out fast, just don't order a beef burger the quality of the patty is below that of the average burger van you'd see on a match day. The rest of the food is fine but this burger is amongst the worst I have ever had.

Just Ordered for the first time (and last) from Tim Hortons Oldham: The food was cold, tasteless, lacking in quality and quality. The chicken on the burgers was all but Burnt. The lattice fries were sadly lacking in anything but cold lattice fries with nothing else when they are advertised with Cheddar cheese sauce, grated cheese, crushed nachos pieces and sweet chilli sauce all of these items were missing. For the price Tim Hortons Oldham did not live up to it's hype, was expecting far more and far better. Severely disappointed I definitely do not recommend and will never order from here again

Lovely environment, Isha was very amazing she made my experience at Tim hortons a positive one.. I will definitely be coming back. Everything was just perfect.
