Food spot on but no donut with meal and no sauce

Burger was lovely but the chips arrived cold.

burger was n cold with mushy burnt skin. The lattice chips whatever they're called was stone cold and the mac n cheese bites hard and stale. Won't eat hear again oh and forgot all our sauces then wouldn't pick up phone

terrible service. the majority of the food was missing. when i called to request the food to be redelivered the man I spoke to was rude interrupted me told me I would have to come and collect it myself and hung up the phone.

ordered tim bites and 17 out of 20 was normal glazed an stale an both drinks ordered tasted just like a cup of water

Absolutely phenomenal as always. Honey Crullers are hands down the best donut in the world. Don't bother with anything else. They're absolute fire and always have been. Exactly the same as in Canada. Drive through makes it so convenient too. The chicken strips and lattice fries. Omg. Coming back for lunch that I didn't know I needed! Lovely staff on the drive through.

The kids love the 'timmies minis' meals, and the timbits always go down a storm. Excellent selection of donuts too. Food can be a bit 'so-so'. It's fast food - burgers, wraps, sandwiches etc and the range is quite good, often with a selection of limited time options. However, I've found that taste-wise, they can be quite bland. What really lets it down is that the service can be quite slow. You frequently have to wait extended periods of time, even when you've just ordered a coffee. It seems that priority is given to the drive thru queue and delivery orders over those customers dining inside.

Everything was really nice and fresh apart from the fries they were slightly cold with some undercooked

Extremely overpriced. £3.99 for only a Cheese Melt, that only last week £2.49 is ridiculous !!!. I certainly won’t be going again. Avoid 👎🏽

Don’t understand why it is 9.21 got 12 or more orders on screen and only one side is on for the kitchen. There is a reason why you have a service access for both side to make the food and you always have to wait atleast 15-20mins for your order. Who is the manager as they are not doing a great job. Head office need to look at an efficient way to serve customers as it’s making everyone late for work etc in the morning. So frustrating! The store David manager was asked why isn’t the other side turned on to provide a quicker better efficient service. His reply was “in the real world it would be great but we don’t have enough staff” so from that reply I guess we are all dreaming? It gets worse! The cross contamination of using tongues for bacon etc are being placed in the same place the vegan products are being made? Assuming no vegan person wants all the bacon juice all over their muffin and wraps etc. The store manager definitely needs to be audited internally by the head office as he is allowing this to happen when he is on shift. The other side can always be used for vegan products where there isn’t any cross contamination. David “store manager” definitely needs to address these issues. I have attached some pictures to show the black tongue which is used for bacon and normal sausages just left there and they have moved it to the side even though there is hooks provided for the tongues?

Today almost 1 am late night I's with my friends. One worker with name plate bilal in uniform serve us with iced vanilla latte, Chicken burger and chips. Iced vanilla latte taste was not good I request to add vanilla because there's no taste of vanilla in iced vanilla latte. But Mr Bilal responded like I made 200 drinks in a day. I think mine one was 201th no. Drink by Mr. Bilal that's it's taste was not good. That's rude behavior.

order was late by 10 mins and missing £20 worth of food will not be using them again

tasty but cold. 3.99 for a single donut which was smushd to one side. ordered breakfast wrap cold , egg omelette, cold , egg and sausage muffin cold. shame as the food is nice when it's warm

Just Ordered for the first time (and last) from Tim Hortons Oldham: The food was cold, tasteless, lacking in quality and quantity. The chicken on the burgers was all but Burnt. There was little to no nachos, cheese or sauce on the burgers, they even missed the dip from one of the meals. The lattice fries were sadly lacking in anything but cold lattice fries with nothing else when they are advertised with Cheddar cheese sauce, grated cheese, crushed nachos pieces and sweet chilli sauce all of these items were missing. For the price Tim Hortons Oldham did not live up to it's hype, was expecting far more and far better. Severely disappointed I definitely do not recommend and will never order from here again

Got parking charge for 2 hours stay. as you are expected to order, eat and drink your hot drink as quickly as you can and get out.

Popped in quite late on a week night, burger was delicious, fries could have been better. Staff were in process of cleaning up and no dine-in customers, so can't comment on atmosphere.

They never send the right order. I ordered chocolate glazed timbits many time, most of the time they sent me something else.

Worst hot chocolate Ive had from Tim Hortons. It was just like coloured hot water. No milk. Ridiculous. If you see this review ,next time you go there remind them not to be greedy with milk on your orders 👍 (Oldham Branch)

Cheese melt to hard and dry like it’s been made over hour ago not good if you starting your day with breakfast so had to go and get breakfast from elsewhere, Latte was ok. Called up and did say we will re do your order next time at least that's OK changed rating from 1 to 3 for this gesture.

Staff there are arrogant and rude. A half half is on the menu. We asked for half french vanilla half dark roast... they sell it at every other timmys in the UK and in Canada, ive got it a number of times from the one in Leicester and the one near wilmslow road tell me why the staff at this branch went out of their way to just be rude and argumentative? Even if they were a super special branch that does a reduced menu...that would be fine, say that instead of standing there condescendingly arguing about how the drink I've ordered dozens of times isn't a thing... staff seriously needs to fix up

The kitchen staff are useless. Waited 30 mins for a simple order in store today. Could see them chatting with only 1 out of 3 actually working. Last time I visited it took them 20 mins. Get some new kitchen staff…..preferably not lazy useless ones.

Had a to good to go suprise bag, got pack of 6 Xmas doughnuts and 10 Timbits, thought that even at reduced price was not worth the money, expensive for what is offered seems the same all over now, the doughnuts tasted fine but for a pack of 6 at full price I wouldn't buy, rather get the cheaper from supermarkets. I'm sure many will think I'm over critical of this place and it does offer other items in the menu with tea and coffee but wouldn't be my first choice for something to eat or snack. Does have late night drive through and plenty of parking

Okay, this time, as l asked for fries straight out of the frier.

Shockingly bad. Ordered through Uber and the box of 6 doughnuts were missing with no prior warning or explanation. Was of course charged for everything. When I have complained online I was informed I would be refunded within 3-7 business days which I find unacceptable. They are quick enough to take your money but not return it when they can't even get an order right. If the doughnuts were no longer available then why advertise them in the first place and take the customers money without informing me that they cannot fulfil the full order? The Limited edition crispy sandwich was repulsive also. Poor and incompetent staff.

food awesome, drinks not so much

As always, it's tasty food and tastier drinks. This visit had a couple of issues though. First the food took way longer than expected. Not sure what was up but the staff were constantly apologising for the delays. Second, the in-store audio was messed up. It was like a scratched cd, skipping, stuttering and sometimes looping from time to time. It was rather distracting

Went to the drive-thru. The guy i spoke to was an absolute joker. This place is terrible. Stay away. Their staff are beyond incompetent.

We come mainly for the drinks as we find the food can be a bit hit and miss. Some days the doughnuts are delicious other times they can be quite stale. The drinks are great though and my daughter loves the French vanilla and the lattice fries. She also said the pumpkin spice hot chocolate was delicious. The staff are very friendly.

Parked there for 3 hours and received a £100 (£60) fine? The signage was not very visible, didn’t even know they charge. And if they did this is an extortionate amount for just parking when the car park wasn’t even busy

This time Hortons is the best place ever, I always comes here with my mum n brother, this guy Omer always deliver our food to our table which is an amazing service and I always love his hospitality. Always coming back to get treated.

Nice and quiet and lots of parking there as I visited late at night.

We come nearly every Sunday morning after my son’s swimming lesson. The coffee is great and the £1 breakfast is a great deal. The doughnuts are lovely but a premium so definitely a bit more of a treat.

Used here many times for breakfast while at work, easily the best and least greasy fastfood type breakfast available with some very lovely, helpful staff, especially Megan who was exceptionally friendly and helpful during today's visit.
