Tim Hortons in Oldham

They never send the right order. I ordered chocolate glazed timbits many time, most of the time they sent me something else.

Worst hot chocolate Ive had from Tim Hortons. It was just like coloured hot water. No milk. Ridiculous. If you see this review ,next time you go there remind them not to be greedy with milk on your orders 👍 (Oldham Branch)

Nice food and good place for staying.

Cheese melt to hard and dry like it’s been made over hour ago not good if you starting your day with breakfast so had to go and get breakfast from elsewhere, Latte was ok. Called up and did say we will re do your order next time at least that's OK changed rating from 1 to 3 for this gesture.

Staff there are arrogant and rude. A half half is on the menu. We asked for half french vanilla half dark roast... they sell it at every other timmys in the UK and in Canada, ive got it a number of times from the one in Leicester and the one near wilmslow road tell me why the staff at this branch went out of their way to just be rude and argumentative? Even if they were a super special branch that does a reduced menu...that would be fine, say that instead of standing there condescendingly arguing about how the drink I've ordered dozens of times isn't a thing... staff seriously needs to fix up

The kitchen staff are useless. Waited 30 mins for a simple order in store today. Could see them chatting with only 1 out of 3 actually working. Last time I visited it took them 20 mins. Get some new kitchen staff…..preferably not lazy useless ones.

Had a to good to go suprise bag, got pack of 6 Xmas doughnuts and 10 Timbits, thought that even at reduced price was not worth the money, expensive for what is offered seems the same all over now, the doughnuts tasted fine but for a pack of 6 at full price I wouldn't buy, rather get the cheaper from supermarkets. I'm sure many will think I'm over critical of this place and it does offer other items in the menu with tea and coffee but wouldn't be my first choice for something to eat or snack. Does have late night drive through and plenty of parking

Okay, this time, as l asked for fries straight out of the frier.

Shockingly bad. Ordered through Uber and the box of 6 doughnuts were missing with no prior warning or explanation. Was of course charged for everything. When I have complained online I was informed I would be refunded within 3-7 business days which I find unacceptable. They are quick enough to take your money but not return it when they can't even get an order right. If the doughnuts were no longer available then why advertise them in the first place and take the customers money without informing me that they cannot fulfil the full order? The Limited edition crispy sandwich was repulsive also. Poor and incompetent staff.

First time ordering would deffo come back only thing I was missing my hot chocolate and 2 donuts I ordered so I'm hoping it was just a delivery mistake

As always, it's tasty food and tastier drinks. This visit had a couple of issues though. First the food took way longer than expected. Not sure what was up but the staff were constantly apologising for the delays. Second, the in-store audio was messed up. It was like a scratched cd, skipping, stuttering and sometimes looping from time to time. It was rather distracting

Food was alright but the staff in the drive through were cold, rude and hardly knew how to speak English.

Went to the drive-thru. The guy i spoke to was an absolute joker. This place is terrible. Stay away. Their staff are beyond incompetent.

Came for breakfast the food was really nice and fresh, my French vanilla latte was made to perfection. Really good experience, thank you.

We love the veggie breakfast options and if you go before 11.30 the price is amazing. The chocolate frappe and honey crueler are the highlights for me. The staff are always helpful too.

We come mainly for the drinks as we find the food can be a bit hit and miss. Some days the doughnuts are delicious other times they can be quite stale. The drinks are great though and my daughter loves the French vanilla and the lattice fries. She also said the pumpkin spice hot chocolate was delicious. The staff are very friendly.

ordered from here several times so far and not had a single complaint, food's a little bit pricey but definitely worth paying that bit extra for the quality provided

Parked there for 3 hours and received a £100 (£60) fine? The signage was not very visible, didn’t even know they charge. And if they did this is an extortionate amount for just parking when the car park wasn’t even busy

This time Hortons is the best place ever, I always comes here with my mum n brother, this guy Omer always deliver our food to our table which is an amazing service and I always love his hospitality. Always coming back to get treated.

Used here many times for breakfast while at work, easily the best and least greasy fastfood type breakfast available with some very lovely, helpful staff, especially Megan who was exceptionally friendly and helpful during today's visit.

We come nearly every Sunday morning after my son’s swimming lesson. The coffee is great and the £1 breakfast is a great deal. The doughnuts are lovely but a premium so definitely a bit more of a treat.

Waited half an hour for a burger

We went for breakfast on a Saturday morning and placed the order which was straight forward. There was a bit of a wait which was fine when we saw the order as the food was freshly made and the fillings generous. Absolutely no complaints with the wait for food as the bacon roll was fresh and made exactly as I requested. The French vanilla latte is a favorite and was just as good. Husband was very happy with his food - bacon and egg stack which he really enjoyed and was better than what he has had elsewhere. We will be coming again as a family!

Absolutely amazing staff and service the prices are not to overpriced and is good quality food and drinks definitely money well spent and worth it staff are very friendly in helping finding the perfect deal where they can just for you to sit down and enjoy your meal would definitely recommend it to anyone who has not tried it yet get yourself down and give it a try. We are regular customers at Tim Hortons. the customer service is always brilliant. We are usually served by Umar his efficiency is immaculate. He is approachable and always has a positive attitude. The children's menu is also very good! 👍

Tim Hortons Oldham is a great place to chill, wind down and relax. Its got a lovely environment and relaxing atmosphere which is great for families also. Its ALL good, but perhaps the Menu option can be improved, with More choices on offer :-)

Had to wait a long time in the drive through. I ordered double cheeseburger meal. The lattice fries were lovely. The cheeseburger was average tasted like a burger van burger 🤢 & it gave me the shits afterwards. I had high expectations for this, but won't go again.

Pulled up on road at 0450 as was in a wagon,door locked so couldn't get in even though state's 24hr,couldn't use drive through obviously due to size of vehicle ,and couldn't see anyone around to even order from a window ,very poor
