Tim Hortons in Kirklees

missing 6 donuts out my 12 donut box i ordered unfortunately

The chicken in my wrap was cold and soggy and the burger was spread around the box when arrived and the maple doughnut had fingerprints on the top

Ordered the stack breakfast muffin didn’t have a hash brown in it like I had ordered

2nd time ordering and everything was hot and perfect again thank you

Really enjoyed that ,all the food was hot to say it’s 3am and came from birstall to Dewsbury .. ham and cheese toasties are pretty good ..hot hot chocolate very nice

Great place to eat/drink, meet friends/colleagues & work. As a remote worker finding a convenient and friendly place to work from is hard to come by. This place hits the nail on the head. Top service from Usman too.

First time visiting and my Canadian friend is right, the coffee is far superior to Starbucks and Costa. The food dis not disappoint either.

Won't be going again. Thought it would make a change from McDonalds but it was considerably worse (and that says a lot!).

Great spot for food coffee etc, their French vanilla iced latte is absolutely amazing, their food is also good and there are halal options. Defo recommend.

Breakfast is SO much better than McDonalds opposite and coffee is really nice. Veggie stuff seems to be made to order, expect a long wait time - we waited 13min after placing order. But they shout out the order number quite loud so recommend sitting down. Staff always apologise but it's not their fault. Though I feel like they should make the drinks last as we saw my coffee sitting there cooling down the whole time. Incredible value for money

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have been multiple times and the staff are so rubbish. They never get my order right. Especially usman or whatever his name is that works at the drive thru window. Some set 8 workers 😂

Tim Hortons never disappoints! The coffee is always fresh, the donuts are delicious, and the service is fast and friendly. I love stopping by for a quick breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up. Oh now this place is awesome 😎 super filling burgers and the milkshakes while limited in choice are epic (make sure to get it with a meal) donuts are on par with Krispy creme in my opinion and great for a date 🌹

I've always enjoyed tim Hortons but after what I've just witnessed I'll never go back and would warn any body with food allergies to stay away and stay away If you like food hygiene

The first time I ordered (27.12.24) I upgraded my meal but my upgraded items was missing, the second time i ordered (02.01.25) I thought I’d give them another chance but it became even worse, they gave me an entirely different order! When I rang they were no help and just told me to contact uber for a refund or I’d have to get a driver to go back and pick it up myself, I rang the uber driver and he refused (rightly so, as it was not his mistake). Tim Horton staff rang back then told me they were going to re-send it out to me then in the following sentence said it was their mistake they’re not actually sending it out! I just wanted my food! Never buying from them again! Edit: Got a call from them this morning (05.01.25), I didn't pick up as I dont answer numbers thats not saved in my phone, they didn't leave a voicemail or anything. But I dont see why they would need to call me again, its too little too late.

First trip to Tim Hortons. I had a caramel iced soya decaf latte and picked up a multipack of donuts. The store was clean and busy. The rest of the menu looked good.

I orderd the vegetarian chicken sandwich and it was not vegetarian.

Honestly appalling customer service made us wait 30 minutes before being served and just put the drink on the counter didn’t even shout out the number or say the drink was ready and all the staff had slapped ass faces on honestly we drove all the way from Bradford and got this treatment never again

Dined in at the Leeds branch and it was lovely, the chicken burger was cooked perfectly and the lattice fries with gravy and cheese were delicious, as was the mint hot chocolate. This is the first time we've been to a Tim Horton's but will definitely come back. The service was quick and the staff were friendly, they also gave us some free Timbits (small donuts).

Great food at a reasonable price. The burger and fries tasted fresh, which I found to be tasty and I didn’t have to wait long for it. The doughnut was nice, just wished it was slightly cheaper. Overall good experience

1 pm lunchtime only one customer with a coffee and a laptop. Bad start Annoying ordering machine that spends most of the 30 clicks trying to upwsell.. Order showing ready for collection for 10 mins. The only words spoken to use was the order number with a thanks as the server walked away. No eye contact. Most of the cheese from the cheese melt was stuck to the packaging. The toasty was quite good but the lattice fries were overcooked. First and probably last visit. Vastly overpriced.

Came to tim hortons to study, the vibes were nice, they had plugs all over which were convenient, the iced vanilla latte was really nice, fast service from uwais, he was very helpful and kind/polite when ordering, the chicken sandwhich was 10/10 and is halal, everyone should try, absolutely stunning.

I recently just came to Tim hortons birstall and they had impeccable service with fast service and amazing coffe . The burger was 10/10 and the coffe was very refreshing I came to do my uni work and the atmosphere was calm n cosy would definitely recommend to uni students loooking for a place to study . Uwais was very polite and had fast service . Amazing

Completely wrong food delivered but with correct items on receipt. Tim Horton can’t do anything because order was with Just eat so I won’t be ordering from Tim Hortons again and will have to think hard before I order through Just Eat again
