Still my go to coffee, as quick as boiling the kettle and much better tasting.

Coffee and donut, very pleasant delivery person. What could be better on a Sunday afternoon.

Went for brunch, the BBQ maple chicken sandwich was hot and delicious, fast service and nice space to sit and eat. Not too loud at 11:45am on a Tuesday at least. Everything I’ve had here has tasted better than KFC or McDonald’s in my opinion.

Food expensive for what it is and bland, the tables are dirty and no customer service they just look at you

love tim hortons! only 4 stars because unfortunately around 2cm of the coke zero had spilled in the bag :( no food was damaged though these things happen with delivery sometimes! actual food quality was perfect as always, thankyou !!

Good coffee and excellent doughnuts. It was mid afternoon so it was quiet. Bliss 😊

Food was good, was quiet. Service was average. What let them down was the cleanliness. The tables were sticky with visible crumbs. Seating was also dirty, not just at one table either. One table could be expected. But the whole place was grubby.

Went in here just after 11pm & asked if they were still open, was told no we are closed. Got home looked at the Web site & says they are open till 12????

We took a trip just to get Tim Hortons to try their donuts as we didn't realize Plymouth had one 😀! Whilst there we ordered some lunch, the burger was warm (not hot) and greasy. The waffle fries were AMAZING! crispy and super flavourful for a potato! The 'Timbits' we ordered a box of fifty for £15 ish as we didn't know when we would visit again and enough for the whole family to enjoy! They were not pleasant, could have bought better donuts in asda! Lots of families there when we visited just not for us!

Highly recommend. Proper tastes like American food and drink (Canadian). Ordered from JustEat and had the following; NEW! Maple BBQ Chicken & Bacon Stack Meal, Ketchup Dip, Lattice Fries, Small French Vanilla.

I have already sent in a complaint you sent me a msg saying you were taking my complaint then sent me a survey which I can’t access what is going on I just want some satisfaction as you had said you would send me email as to what you had determined

Cold drinks stored in with hot food and then 20 mins in the boot of a car

Good breakfast including great £1 deal with a drink.

Meals ordered for children when finally turned up was all completed cold - not one thing was even warm. Had to reheat myself and other items not delivered.

Took over an hour before my food was even prepared even though it was only 3 donuts!

Card only North American corporate. Disappointing food choice. Empty store. Could do better. Suspect Canadian corporate team never visited. Really should be better

Driver ( delivery) lifted my mood big time, on top of which, best coffee.

Food was great, but cold. I can’t understand why drivers are being given multiple orders from different restaurants. Lower delivery prices if you are going to do this!

Food was stone cold and while edible still i am sure it tastes better hot or even warm. And i think its hard to get a coke wrong but they even managed to deliver a flat coke. But it was on time !

Love Tim's but they need to work abit faster and clean tables more. Still love the food and the staff are polite 😀

Hot chocolate tastes nice. However paper plain white cups with no logo look extremely cheap and dont insolate the heat well. Disappointed

They are the worst for parking people when you have a drive through order. Believe me 9x’s out of 10 they’ll forget they’ve parked you up and you sit in your car at least 10 minutes. I always have to go in and they hand me my bag in a rush as they’ve forgotten my order.

Driver said he coukdnt find us. Food was stone cold and not edible. We will not be ordering again from Tim Hortons. The standard were use to from here was not met. Food was squashed like it had been run over!

Very slow service for a Tim Hortons every time I visit. Staff stood around doing nothing nobody seem to work at any speed. Atmosphere is as lacking as the cleaning of the place. Overall pretty rubbish

delivery was good but food was not great wish I stuck with KFC or Chinese.

Stayed in Plymouth and stu bled across this fast food outlet, based on the Mcdonald dream but I feel this was better.

Food was very good but really sad that they got rid of the bacon and maple syrup fries.

Terrible service when no orders were coming in the workers just went to the back instead of preparing food ready so we had to wait for food that's supposed to be called fast food . The chicken wraps had the bottom end of the lettuce the bit no one likes to eat and had to guess what burger was what as it wasn't labeled absolutely shocking wouldn't recommend.

Had breakfast at Tim Hortons Plymouth this morning. The food was spot on and the service was friendly and efficient.

Hmmm…food was ok. Doughnut was ok but definitely looked better than it tasted, it was pretty bland and not as special as I expected. Service was good.

What a dirty place with poorly cooked food and staff just shouting across to each other in a totally empty restaurant apart from us. Sorry but I went ther when you first opened and it was great but now looks awful.

I really like the food, my favourite is the apple and caramel lattice. The Christmas burger is nice

Missed half the stuff and very late

£5 bought me a real poor cup of tea and a dry as a bone bagle. I had to ask for cream cheese to make it edible. Not good value for money. Staff were however very friendly.

Awful. Staff cannot communicate in English. Food is better at a supermarket. My recommendation is to avoid this over priced , over hyped rubbish

I am warming to this place. Love the donuts 🍩, nice atmosphere, nice drinks and great toasties too. Worth a look if you are out that way.

Christmas 24 menu items are very good, personally some of the drinks are over sweet, they had issues with their ordering and tills whilst we were there but full credit to Kelvin who sorted everything for us and lots of other people too

They don't take cash, which is money. For no reason, they are a chain and can easily get a cash machine. Just pathetic. Oh and the fries are rubbish they look and taste like a bird pooed on them

Food was cold and wrap was only half full at best.

My sister and I are regular customers here.The staff are so lovely and greet us with such warmth it makes all the difference.

Waffle fries tasted like they were done in air fryer and was slightly burnt, hash brown was floppy and not crispy, burger was genuinely horrendous tastes like frozen beef patty cooked in air fryer and had very gamey flavour like the meat was left out and oxidised. Caramel frappe was slimey. Overall really bad experience. Just go to kfc or McDonald’s next door

Absolutely Disgusted. I visited Tim Hortons just after 5am back in August this year. I had to park and go into the restaurant to place and collect my order. I was on my way to work. I ended up getting a parking charge/fine through the post. Despite challenging this twice and providing copies of their Opening/Closing times, receipt and bank card payment, I even requested them to view the CCTV footage from the restaurant. I still ended up paying the fine after seeking advice. UKPC are fraudulent, be aware, you cannot speak to anyone at the company. Tim Hortons you have lost more than one customer

Long waiting time but good food. Some one can clean the rubbish bins in side rubbish are falling out on the floor
