Second visit, this time I sat in and had breakfast. Can honestly say that I wish that I hadn't. Hash brown was nigh on raw, and the sausage, egg and cheese muffin tasted weird, (but that could just be me)...... I had a strawberry lemonade, are they supposed to be flat ? There was no fizz in mine. McDonald's is far better.

Popped in for Breakfast which was very nice, reasonably priced with helpful and polite staff.

Just had first delivery from here, never had Tim Hortons full stop but will again, the burgers, fries and cooler drinks were lovely. Will be using again for sure. Quick delivery too 👍🏼👍🏼

Best fast food restaurant hands down. Definitely could be cleaner but the amazing food and drinks does make up for that. 9/10 - would recomend. Pricey but worth it!

Only had a coffee. Tastes a bit better than Starbucks, is a bit cheaper than Costa but doesn't taste as good. Drive through staff member could do with working on their customer service, "please" and "thank you" make a big difference when you've been sat in a queue for a while. It hasn't encouraged me to go back and try the food. Sorry Tim I must place your establishment in the same category as Papa John's. 😬

Had a box of donuts brought home - definitely style over substance. Actual donuts dry & chewy with over the top decoration making them just 'too much' & impossible to eat.Morrisons cheap ones actually better.

Went here for breakfast. Wrap and coffee were good and at a reasonable price. Quite busy and long wait for service. Good mix of tables and seating as well as some outdoors, but not clean or cleared.

Easy to order using the automated board. Service was slow even though it wasn't busy. My daughter enjoyed her burger. The chips were lukewarm and looked like they had been out for a while. The seating area was a mess with uncleared and dirty tables and bits of food on the floor. The toilets were disgusting and obviously didn't get cleaned or checked throughout the day. First time visiting and won't be returning.

Went in here for the first time, restaurant layout better then McDonald's or KFC, the food tasted better, the service was OK, can't really comment on the atmosphere except to say it was a good visit, as for value for money, it is .ore expensive then McDonald's or KFC, but it tasted better and it was a much better eating experience then the other two. Huge car park. Nice staff.

The food in this restaurant is OK however, I've visited several times and the cross cut wedges are always stone cold. I wouldn't say avoid this place but I wouldn't spend too much in here as it's not greatly different from McDonald's. The iced coffees are very nice if you're a fan of those better than most, maybe 4*+.

Love Tim Hortons! Food is always as good as you'd expect. Only downside is it can take a while to come out and service isn't as good as you'd hope.

The staff were very accommodating and kind and polite and the food and art ice was very quick and good quality. One member of staff made a special effort with my children today (Rinu) which was very kind and made for a nice atmosphere here today 😊

We visit Tim Hortons regularly and the food is excellent, service is fast and staff so friendly. Today we ended up having 2 breakfasts, so greedy but delicious!!

Drinks are always good, the burgers of any variety, whether chicken or beef are low grade and not good. Best thing is Ham and Cheese toastie so go with that. KFC or Popeye's are never in danger when they compare themselves with anything chicken from Tim Hortons.

Terrible - I stopped as KFC was shut, I ordered 3 chicken tenders - they were tiny (see pic for scale to my little finger) and so dry.

Just came to Tim Hortons, Plymouth, tried paying cash but they insisted they only take card payments....I'm sure they are not allowed to demand this by law. Won't ever be coming here again. Ridiculous

I had a great experience at Hortan recently. The staff was friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was inviting, and the food was delicious. I will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend Hortan to others looking for a wonderful dining experience.

Garbage was overflowing when staff standing around. Absolutely unable to put our cups in the garbage having to leave them on top.

Good lord I love a Timmies breakfast in the morning. If I don't start off my day with a wrap in one hand and a drink in the other from our lord and saviours organisation built on his blood sweat and tears, then is existing really worth it?

The burgers are the cheapest of the cheap as in poor quality. It’s what you expect from a kebab shop, low quality grey soft meat that barely resembles beef. Tastes like you can buy a box of 50 for 5£ from a discount retailer. Tim Hortons is not like this in Canada. Do they think British people only want cheap greasy burgers? And lattice fries were cold and stale as they were last time. Thought I would give this place another try but never again. Shocking.

Really nice food and always quick. Shame it's not in the centre but worth going. Good selection and so much better than particular other day food places!! Always a positive experience and wish there were more in the south west!

Really enjoyed my drink. Only downside was straw disintegrated before I had finished my drink.

We love the Ice Capps. Brilliant breakfast deal. Shame the daily deals have stopped, hope they bring that back as would go more frequently again.

I had never heard of Tim Hortons before today, it was a complete fluke that I was in Plymouth at all. I needed a pee.... that's the honest truth, so I popped in, used their facilities, then decided to see what they were about. Milkshakes, doughnuts, burgers, chicken wraps etc etc I decided on a chicken wrap, some lattice fries and a strawberry milkshake...... price was great, food was even better...... Tim Hortons, I will be back 😁

The first few times we visited we enjoyed it (for fast food). The chicken sandwiches were really good, as well as the fries and Timbits. However, something is going very wrong lately. It’s never as busy as other fast food places but the staff get orders wrong (gotten mine wrong a couple times and have seen other customers complain as well). They are unfriendly and seem to really hate being there- fair enough for fast food, but service is worse compared to places like McDonald’s which are constantly very busy. I can only guess the working conditions must be poor. The coffee drinks have been dreadful and lacking flavour. The timbits are still ok but not worth going out of your way to get them. Worst of all, my chicken sandwich today was raw in the middle! Only realised when we got home. Won’t risk getting food there again after today.
