Tim Hortons in Glasgow City

Food came very cold and late!! Will not be using just water anymore as this is the third time this has happened

I'm always looking for something different. wow was this different. sandwich was tasty. the doughnuts were amazing. I'll deffo be back

beautiful food and service only issue was I didn't get my diet coke with my order. but can't fault anything else x

The egg muffin is tiny, imagine something 30% smaller than you're expecting it to be. The maple glazed doughnut only faintly tasted of maple syrup. I had been wanting to try Tim Horton's but this one isn't worth it.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Was running late for the train and he told me the time it would take so I could time it correctly! For the wait he even threw in a hash brown which was very kind. Good food and made the train!

Canuck here. I had chicken tenders and their lattice potatoes. Best Tim Hortons chicken tenders. Found the potatoes too soft, I prefer them more crunchy, but that's just a preference thing. Sorry but their French vanilla here is far better than the one I have back in Canada Overall I definitely recommend this place. One thing is that it's more pricey there than in Canada, but it's always nice to have a taste of home every once in a while.

Ended up coming here while visiting from Edinburgh , the worker at the till was super awkward and didn’t understand what we were saying to him about this discount we had , tried explaining it to him but he decided to get rude. Instead of admitting he was wrong he was showing attitude ( 16/12/24) around 6:45 pm

Horton's burgers are the very best on Britain's high streets and are relatively well priced. Portions aren't huge and lattice fries aren't too great, but I really enjoyed the visit as usual. Service isn't fast and was a bit sullen on my visit and the customer areas in the restaurant wasn't very clean.

Service is very bad I ordered veg and egg muffin when I open it’s only cheese and veg sausage no and this is happened twice I think the staff need to wake up in the mornings.

Literally the worst food I’ve ever had. All burnt/bland and just not worth the money. You’re better off going to kfc and McDonald’s across the street

Food is cold & unreadable £5 for two cold cheeseburgers & I have ordered this before & never had any complaints. Thinking food was prepared before driver was at the shop. Really unhappy with this order & a bad review doesn't quite cut it for me!

Atmosphere: Not enough seating available in this branch, for a busy area, should be a bit more. Service: considering the busy hour they managed to keep the pace for the number of assigned staff on the floor could used more support from another personal. Food: As good as remembered, I haven't had this in years and was worth the wait. The only thing should be back is chilli in a bread bowl that they are famous for. All in all this chain is worth the visit. And really worth a try . recommended for breakfast craving.

Downstairs and bathrooms were locked, access code on receipt didn’t work. Service slow. Filthy.

Always quick and alert with the orders unlike their other fast food neighbours. Staff are also very friendly and considerate, out of the similar chains that I’ve visited in Glasgow this is the only one I would return to during future visits and I’m not a Tim Hortons regular.

There is very little place to sit inside. To my taste, the coffee is bitter, but in the same chain in Canada, the taste is the same. And it's good that there are terminals where you can make an order yourself, I haven't seen this in Canada.

Food arrived stone cold. Delivery took over an hour after stating 25 minutes. Won’t order again

Pretty standard fare for a coffee shop/fast food breakfast. The location of this branch in the city centre close to rail and underground stations makes it a good choice. I've went here fairly regularly and never had any problems other than that the touchscreen ordering often runs out of paper for receipts. Tim Hortons hot chocolate is excellent, the prices aren't.

Friendly staff, enjoyed a sausage and egg breakfast stack.

Ordered breakfast wrap meals and hot chocolate with cream. Added notes to request one wrap without egg as we were unable to change this at the point of selecting the meals. Both wraps came with egg. Paid extra to add whipped cream to the hot chocolate and never got it. Useless

Went in to order a meal, and ended up with a crispy chicken sandwich. I paid extra to have bacon, cheese and tomato added to it. Took it back to work, opened the burger and none of the extras had been added. Really disappointed, also didn't have time to go back. The store wasn't busy so there was really no excuse not to be checking orders to make sure they are right. The food I got tasted nice but wasn't what I asked for.

quality of thr burger was a bit to much oil , but overall is far better than macdonalds, courier didn't find address unsure innwhy as gavemplenty of directions to find us, especially if we're in trongate can't miss it , says he was at the back of the merchant unsure in why. please direct your cyclist to correct address. not hard is it

Love the friendly staff and icecaps

Every time I come here they always mess up my order. Their staff needs training. This morning I ordered plain bagel with cream cheese, they didn’t give me cream cheese and my bagel looks like fried and totally burnt. Oil dripping everywhere I have to bin it. Horrible experience!

An ordering machine. Less than 1-minute service. Excellent hot french vanilla taste. Perfect.

My family came to Glasgow from Ottawa and they wanted breakfast. Ofcourse they said Tim Hortons. Comments coming out is THE WORST HORTONS EVER. Coffee and food horrible. Dont go here there are plenty of other coffee shops.

Terrible service, got different donut than what I ordered, I asked for a decaf coffee and what she gave me was definitely not decaf. The employee was rolling her eyes at me while I was giving her my order

I'm really fond of their Caramel Apple Fritter and willing to fork out the premium price for it but not for yesterdays! Very disappointed they are okay with selling stale donuts to unsuspecting customers. Next time you're in there ask them how long they have been on display hopefully you'll get an honest answer.

No breakfast was available and I ordered coffee with milk but received no milk in my coffee. Decor damaged and unclean.

A good visit for Breakfast on what was my first Tim Hortons experience in Glasgow. No issues with the order - all correct and cooked within five minutes of my touchscreen order. Still set on the fact that it exceeds McDonalds merely on the basis that you get your Hash Brown in the Roll (as well as a side) and the option of Brown Sauce. The guy who served me was really chirpy and polite - he spoke to me before and after my meal and genuinely seemed nice. I didn’t get his name unfortunately.

Nice friendly staff specially sanchit and had some lovey chocolatey frappe. Just loved it 🫰🫰

EDIT: Tim Hortons on Argyle Street has become noticeably understaffed in the last few months and the footfall has been dropping as a result.

Just simply the best. Fresh, homemade, quick and friendly service. Timbits, as well as everything else, is the best. Appreciate the sit in area is always clean, tidied up and welcoming.

Every time I visit I get my order promptly and it's made fresh. For a Tim Hortons it's what you would expect!

Honestly, never going into Tim Horton's again. Asked for an original iced coffee, & got a rotten too strong hot coffee. Got a Timbits box, & asked for no dark chocolate - guess what - got 3 of them! 👎

The iced French vanilla is supreme. Also had a vegan chicken wrap which was delicious. Bought some French vanilla powder here as its much much cheaper in store than online.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! We stopped here after coming back from Balloch and this is a very nice place. The employees are very nice and they even let us try a ‘TimBit’.

The breakfast at Tim Horton is delicious. The food arrived early and it was still warm.

The staff was nice but we came for the donuts and these were stale, no better than supermarket donuts. You will find cheaper and better ones at Gregg’s! So disappointing!

As always, delicious! French Vanilla with marshmallows is my favorite here. Service is quick. The crew are all friendly. They just need to clean the dining area a bit.

The service was on point, a quick, cheap low-quality breakfast when everything else is closed was better than nothing. Was expecting something more meaningful, but ended up eating the same menu as McDonald's. (first time here, didn't know) Shout out to the guy who offered to take the order. I was just too tired from Glasgow noise to interact.

Jasbir is a lovely man with wonderful service, welcomed me as soon as I entered and was very helpful. The cafe is extremely tidy. And the atmosphere was welcoming and happy!!! I will be returning here again especially due to the very kind employees! Thank you again Jasbir!

Was visiting from Canada and was delighted to find a Timmies here in the centre of Glasgow. The coffee was delicious and fresh and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Recommend for anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and great service to visit!

My orange juice wasn’t here and no syrup or chocolate sauce on either of the pancakes.

How can I explain this amazing feeling? After 6 months of travelling outside Canada, I randomly stumbled upon this Timmy’s and its extremely friendly team. Sanchit was so helpful and friendly since the moment we entered the restaurant and got our order ready as fast as lightning! The food tastes just like back home 😭

I almost cried when I saw this Timmy's just outside the train station, went in, ordered the good ol' double double and a box of timbits. Coffee and food were great, just as in Canada, but the highlight was Sanchit who took our order, extremely helpful and friendly guy, happy to talk to us.

Great place in the middle of town, good coffees and lemonade refreshers. Donuts and Timbits taste as good as the Canadian branches of the store. Shoutout to Sanchit who was very patient with selecting our donuts and timbits.

Order on Uber Eats this evening. Our box of 6 donuts was missing, a box of mini beats x20, no sauce, it was cold even though the delivery man arrived just after receiving the order. Theft!!!

Grabbed breakfast this morning and Faz served us. Guy deserves a raise :) very genuine and extremely helpful! Made us smile. Ps. The coffee frappes are banging.

Daily deals are advertised, however they are not honoured. For example large drink for the price of a small on a Monday, informed the staff and they said I am not sure. It is advertised in their store.
