Ordered and paid for large drink. Got medium. And late.

on time however 2 coffees were spilled with less that quater of the cups left and both donuts soggy mess as covered in coffee. reported to just eat straight away with pics and heard nothing back paid 20 quid and order was ruined defo wouldn't order again

Come here pretty regular, last night was almost closing, grabbing food on the way back from a gig (Christmas Chicken meals!) and we were given a free box of 6 huge assorted donuts with our order! Mint!

Probably best customer service in Paisley. It's nots hard with some of the competition but employees here always stand out as cheery, happy to help and deserve alot of recognition. Was here last few days and 'catorina' I think particularly deserves praise for exemplary attitude towards customers and should be getting fass tracked for promotion.

My delivery order was disappointing, the lattice fries were cold, the strawberry lemonade refresher was warm (?), the iced capp did not have whipped cream, and i did not receive my dip.

Very busy and limited spaces, which makes the space noisy. I usually use Tim's for a bit of work. Found it hard at this branch due to the noise levels.

A quiet Thursday evening, so no surprise there's not much atmosphere. Good service though, and tasty hot chocolate and caramel apple fritter.

This branch of Tim’s seem now incapable of making drinks correctly.they always forget to froff drink and add caramel and extra shots. This time I put in notes to froff and still receive some flat coffee.

As always best fast food place never been disappointed here. The timbit's are superb as is the coffee. So much nicer than some other fast food places. breakfastwas superb as is the value £1 if buy coffee pumpkin spice chocolatewith double espressowas superb. As was the wrap and pancakesn Open one in glasgow east end please lol

Amazing food, I would highly recommend, I had the bacon roll and so good. Mouthwatering flavours from that bacon.

Service average. Staff friendly. Quality good. Took nearly 5 mins for coffee, despite the amount of staff in the kitchen area.

Stood for 5 mins at till waiting to order - totally ignored by the staff. Not even an acknowledgement of my existence, never mind a "I'll be with you in a minute. Had to use the loo, wish i hadn't - absolutely disgusting, piss and pubes all over the place. And to compound it, no soap in the dispenser.

Used to come here regularly for a quick grab of some fairly tasty fast food but after today won’t be back. Waited half an hour for vegetarian breakfast wrap to go, and as it’s vegetarian it’s made fresh. The wait times have gotten increasingly ridiculous in here but I know I always wait longer for the veggie stuff so I wasn’t too bothered by that, although it does make the general atmosphere a bit cagey. When I got it round the corner to where I was going to eat it I discovered the wrap looked like it had been dropped a few times in the kitchen and booted across the floor for good measure. Completely inedible as the wrap had disintegrated and genuinely can think of no reason why it looked like that that wasn’t completely off putting. Such a waste of money for what amounts to a dogs dinner. Lesson learned, I won’t be back

Found the restaurant very dirty. Chairs and tables were all filthy. No one cleaning tables at all. Do you really want me to tell you the state of the toilets were in after hearing how dirty the seating area was?

Order came after over 45mins and half was missing and wasn’t the correct meal. Called and was advised I could get a refund to my just eat and that they couldn’t send the correct order. Shocking customer service and zero accountability would avoid.

Coffee was great, also got a few different types of donuts. The plain sprinkles ones were extremely dry but the rest were good. Staff were extremely friendly, the guy even came over and gave us a free latte as he made an extra one by accident

Suficientemente decente pero muy similar al jugo diluido de limón de Robinson, que me gusta, pero no pagaría £ 3. 89 para. Esperaba un poco más.

Omg the double cheeseburgers are absolutely delicious.. Always made fresh, toasted bun and chunky onions, best fastfood in Paisley by a mile 👌 .. And the staff are so friendly and helpful.. Highly recommend this branch..

missed most important part of my order

I have been here a few times of late. It is comfortable and one may order at the screens - no queuing, thankfully. The problem with Costa and Starbucks is their annoying queues and overcrowding. The balance here seems to be great. One thing I don't like is how there are no seats outside.

Every single order from this place is spot on. We have to leave a few notes on our orders and they always do their best to treat us!! Thank you so much to the staff on the late shift, yous are stars!!

Food was great, on time with what it said on the app. Only thing was the drink had spilled in the bag n leaked through but that wasn’t a problem just for the future.

Two out of three doughnuts missing, no coffee and all the hash browns were stone cold, squashed flat and in bits. Fairly regular customer in person and with deliveries and missing items has become an occasional feature with deliveries.

Service was really slow and we where given the incorrect order.

It was my first time visiting Tim Hortons, and sadly I don't think I will venture back unless there's little choice otherwise. We were up at a decent time on a rare Saturday off for me, and after visiting the local car boot sale, we were out in time to still get breakfast somewhere. I noticed the advert for £1 breakfast when you buy a coffee, so decided Hortons was the best choice. I ordered my meals on the screen order facility, nice and easy. I didn't get a receipt though so I had to remember my order number. I noticed the queue of people waiting on their orders all holding receipts. I thought if it was similar to McDonald's then the queue would soon disappear. The two staff at the trays who were handing the meals over looked confused a lot of the time, staring at the screen and moving cups from one tray to another. Slowly meals came out one at a time. I noticed the coffees coming and the initials of each drink were written on the tops. After 10 minutes I saw mine coming out, and they were sat on a tray, so I assumed mine would be out fairly soon. Each number was called, still quite a few away from my number. People in the waiting queue were sighing, a couple of customers went to ask where their orders were, couldn't hear what the explanation was. No attempt was given to tell anyone about a delay or a reason why things were taking so long. I understand that they are all made fresh to order, unlike some places where they have food ready made up, but considering most breakfast items are similar, surely some provision can be made to make some items ahead so that when an order comes through for a muffin, or a wrap, these items can be placed onto the said bread and quickly wrapped up. Maybe even if there's a person who can say, your order may be 20 minutes or so, or sorry about the delay, we are exceptionally busy today, short staffed, machine broken whatever. So anyway, after my coffee sitting for a while 15 minutes my breakfast muffins came out. That must have been at least 30 minutes I stood, uncomfortably staring at my phone, or watching the servers standing looking around or pacing back and forth. On to the actual breakfast, it was very nice, I could even say identical to McDonald's. When they say £1 breakfast though, it can be quite expensive depending on what coffee you order, so if you want just a bog standard Americano, great but a caramel Machiato would work out nearly £6 I didn't take any pictures because it took so long to get it! I wish I had just gone to the drive through, I bet they got served quicker!

I'm one of the regular customer. This is the place I take my breakfast everyday. I love Tom Horton.

Poor service, slow and rude. Coffee was very cool which I didn't realise until I'd driven away. I won't use again.

The food is nice enough here and the staff are friendly enough but it took nearly half an hour for my order. They seemed to only be making the orders as they were ordered - not sure if this is their normal way but I always saw Tim Hortons as a “Fast Food Outlet” and there were so many people standing about waiting. All it ordered was breakfast wrap - it didn’t feel/seem that complicated. Drive through is normally much quicker so maybe have to go back to that next time. If you’ve got plenty time and/or are sitting in, then maybe this isn’t a huge issue.

I did not get the order right as mapil and caremel was not there got extra mapil. it's not the first time this has happened this year.

Coffee is average tasting, plenty of sweet things, sugar overload! Can't see myself as a regular, may appeal to others though. Dropped in today. Staff service ok. Forgot how bland and average the coffee tasted. Seriously you guys need to sort a better blend
