Tim Hortons in Renfrewshire

Staff leaving meals sitting out getting cold before calling on customers. Items always missing from order- today it was two hash browns. Place is also too cold to sit in. This place used to be a good breakfast alternative but not this location.

Tim Hortons is a great coffee shop that also provides fresh hot food. The menu is not as vast as other fast food outlets, this allows quality to be maintained. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Flavourless breakfast bun , mc ds across the road is much better.

I never got my food and its not the delivery drivers fault its JUST EAT that keeps giving them the wrong address and now im out nearly £14.

My favourite restaurant by far. Anything coffee or baked goods related is a 10/10 and once you find a favourite as far as regular food goes you'll be golden.

Bad language barrier, staff didn’t understand the “double double” shot for hot drink

All the Food was freezing, the milkshake was all watery looked out of date, even the hot choccy was freezing? I want my money back

So much better value for money and tastier than Macdonalds, we only go here now for cheeky breakfasts and / or lunch. Food is always delicious, and the coffees don't taste fake like most other fast food places. Easily 8/10.

I sometimes go here and the drinks/food is a hit or a miss. Don’t mind too much as the staff are nice. That is until you meet a staff member called George. I was stuck in the queue until 11:31 and he says the meal deal stops at 11:30. Come on I was in queue. Then says he can’t do it because the system doesn’t let him. I call him out because they have always honoured the deal up until 11:45 at least. Don’t lie to me George. Drive around and get the boiling hot coffee. I ask for a paper sleeve to hold it but he walks off. I manage to catch his attention and he hands me one then walks off again. Where are you going in such a hurry George? I get his attention again and ask for my receipt and suddenly he has gone hard of hearing. Ask twice more and he finds it. I drive away and find out survey link isn’t working and turns out I got the wrong coffee as well. Thanks George for the latte I guess?

Such a rude staff you'd ever encounter with. Prices were different from their other branches, don't know if it was a mistake or whatever and upon asking staff kept on repeating about the prices being same and didn't bother to listen what I had to say. Quality also doesn't match their other branches. Pathetic!! Not recommended 👎🏼

love the food and delivery is always on time

I went in for an iced coffee and donut, tried to sell me a burger, then a box of donuts, then tried to get me to buy tim bits. Although friendly, i did not appreciate the constant selling. Ended up changing to takeaway incase they tried to sell me something else. Felt uncomfortable

they gave us a box of timbits aswell, very nice 👌

Contrary to the nearby Tim Hortons in Paisley, this one is far more efficient and speedy.

At previous visits this place was absolutely fine, but today it was pretty rubbish. Made to wait a good while for food to get ready, by the time we eventually got it the food was frozen cold. With the drinks requested milk for both of them and was barely given a splash in each drink and then when asking for some milk for both drinks was given half a shot of milk to put into 2 medium drinks. (The coffee was still full of granules that tasted very bitter) If it was a busy day we could understand it but it was a quiet day with only a few customers and one of the self-checkout machines was broken. I now understand why the shop was so quiet considering how unhelpful the staff were.

Deplorable service. Guy didn't even say what the cost was too busy taking next order on phone. At drive through I presented my card he said your card did not go through. You have taken my money twice. Did not realise this until I got hone. After I left drive through we parked up to eat and you forgot to give the fries/chips. Gad to walk back and now this. Worst service ever

Food arrived cold! Had to be re-heated

Paid £19.99 for assorted donuts for the family and we were given only 2 flavours. For the price I was expecting more than 2 flavours.

Fast food outlet with drive through. An average selection of ultra-processed savoury food, I had the breakfast £1 deal available with a hot drink, (bacon and eggs are not processsed). An awesome selection of obesity inspiring so called sweet treats.

Shocking service, food and cleanliness at this branch.....place was dirty, safe don't seem interested n very slow in doing anything, no napkins and potato lattices were stone cold.....chicken wasn't much warmer!!

There really isn't any atmosphere in these places. Had to ask for table to be cleaned before sitting down

If i say i dont wish anything else then i dont wish anything else so dont ask me after it if i want x y and z. The only place that does this and it infuriates me.

The staff were very pleasant and very helpful, the food was quite good, very relaxing to dine in, the food was quite good, we just got a veggie breakfast bap, veggie egg, veggie sausage & a hash brown with coffee, the food was similar to a McDonalds, but, there were other options on the menu, we didn't want anything big to eat, so the breakfast bap was perfect.

I'll be honest, the donuts are drab, dry, unappetising and extremely expensive for what you get.. Strawberry milk shake thingy was wattery... sorry... too expensive for what you get... think you got to up your game and offer way better produce... if you are charging these prices.... apologies

The food has really gone downhill. Ordered bacon bagels and the bacon was ice cold, let the staff know and they “remade” the bagels and then the bacon was slightly warm and everything else kinda cold as well. Really disgusting, just ate the bagel but still have a stomach ache. Won’t be getting food here again.

Burger was lovely. Beef patties were soft to bite through and were tasty and so was the chutney. Would recommend 10/10!

First time ordering from here and will be the last time as well. food stone cold, managed to reheat burgers but lattice fries ended up in bin. complete waste of £20

Delivery time excellent but items missing and cold food.

Instructions weren’t read. Requested Strawberry Tims Shake with no cream or Syrup over the top instead got a plain milkshake. If I’d wanted just a plain milkshake then that’s what I’d have ordered? Attempted to reorder but delivery good pushed further and further out

Had a delivery breakfast took over an hour to arrive the order was cold and wrong really not happy no number to contact and no email reply

This was in no way the delivery drivers fault at all, i ordered at 12:51 and never received my order until 13:55 for a frapp and a grilled cheese with fries… it said to come between 13:15 and 13:25 and i thought that was fine but then it changed to 13:40-14:00… and to add to that the delivery driver was cycling so when i finally got my coffee an hour after i ordered it the coffee was half melted half normal, quite disappointing.

ordered a large coffee and got a medium one in a large cup .

The new mint choc doughnut was a bit disappointing.

What a disappointment! This is the most unwelcoming Tim Horton’s I have ever been to. I couldn’t get in the usual entry door but there was no sign to say this had changed and staff behind the counter simply ignored my efforts to enter. (Attached photo of signless door). When I finally found the alternative door, 2 staff members were poring over the till and completely ignored me. Neither of them acknowledged I was waiting or said they’d be right with me. I eventually left to go and find a Starbucks. Poor customer service never makes up for the product, no matter how good it is.

Dreadful, was served a lukewarm pink lemonade!!! No idea why it was hot, had to wait on the ice to melt to make it cool , really awful. Only positive was gent who served me was very nice

driver was so lovely! and the food was nice and warm. i love ordering from tim hortons - always delivered in good time and the quality of the items are top notch!

Driver wasn’t too happy as couldn’t find address and sauce was missing too.

Food was stale, no salad on burgers. Very pricey.

Undercooked and uncaring staff. Toasted sandwich was raw and americano without a cuff so burned hand holding it. Miserable staff who clearly don’t care about you. I have yet to receive any quality product and will no longer use this store.

Have been twice now and food is decent without being out of this world. Have tried the burgers but will give something else a go next time. To be fair it is up there with most fast food places though.

There today 16 August, four adults, order was wrong for three of us, burgers arrived in stead of chicken and two coffees short, that was after waiting about 30 minutes, I see it hasn't changed much since my last visit (about 3 years ago) . Ah well Back to Mcdonalds. ps Silverburn is just as bad.

After all the hype about Tim Horton's opening in Paisley, I was so disappointed. The crispy chicken sandwich was terrible...totally without crisp, and the frappe didn't have cream on the top. "It doesn't come with cream" we were told. I won't be back, and I don't recommend it.

Used to come here a lot however recently service has went downhill. Several times receiving wrong order or not all of my order, and staff being extremely rude and staring/growling at me when waiting for my order.

The food was freshly cooked and hot, service was adequate and the restaurant was clean and tidy. Couldn't complain at all

Food took a little while but worth waiting for,coffee and doughnuts first class,this was our first visit and definitely be back,burgers much tastier than McDonald's.

First time in one, and the coffee was excellent. Wee chocolate chip cookie went down well also.

Kids meals excellent. Great choice and healthy. Timbits superb.

As always for a fast food restaurant it's very good.

I ordered at 9.30am didn't get my order until 10.45 what a joke everything was cold phoned the restaurant and got a cheeky man on the phone who told me my delivery went out at 10.17 l said it will be freezing time l get it, he hung up on me, wasn't happy at all won't be ordering again.

Last order was 20 minutes late ordered half 9 and still waiting it’s nearly 11 absolute joke. Customer service was a joke they hung up on me. Wouldn’t be ordering again

Stopped for a meal and iced capp before going to the hospital to give birth so my child would be 1% more Canadian :) didn't know Tim's was doing burgers now, it was great, ketchup was great and I don't even like ketchup normally. I got a chicken burger and it was really really tasty. Waffle fries were great. Iced capp was good but overpriced, just like back home. We sat in the restaurant, nice framed picture of Tim Horton there, very clean. Bathroom was super clean also. Staff were nice. Will be back.

Food was amazing! And my delivery driver was very polite and cheery.

Went to this store at around 7pm and placed my order at the kiosk. When I went to the counter I was told they never had 3 of the 4 donuts I picked and was to choose replacements. They barely had anything left and refused to make any more. When I asked for a refund it was made really difficult so I just ended up choosing replacements. They were stale and horrible. No refund or voucher was offered by the company. Very poor

I love this place. Clean inside, nice atmosphere and above all super friendly staff.

I popped in just to get a coffee and some donuts. I don't like the touch screens but used them and the girl who made my order was lovely and chatty. The cafe wasn't busy

Our order had a missing item. When we phoned was told the driver was unable to return with the item, which seems ridiculous.

Food was disgusting and seemed to have been cooked hours before. Mix of twelve doughnuts was really just the 3 types of leftovers from the day, all stale!

Refresher drinks/coolers didn’t taste as good as normal. Lemonade refresher was like water with splash of cordial.

At about 7:10ish I placed and paid for a takeout breakfast order using the in-store touch screen in my local TH Linwood outlet. At the same time group of 3 entered the shop at the same with and placed their orders during the same time. After a delay of 3 to 4 minutes I was informed that a new batch of bacon would have to be cooked for to accommodate my order, why did this take so long to update me and with no option to replace with an alternative from what was currently available? The group of 3 who ordered at the same time a me started to receive their breakfast orders ( in what appeared to be a very random pattern over a period of time ). They then went on to eat and drink their orders. During this time, I received my coffee and side order of a donut lifted from the display by hand and not use of tongs that were sitting in the display. I witnessed a fresh tray of bacon appear in the preparation area, where upon I bacon rolls being assembled until the tray was empty then dispatched to the drive through window to drive through customers who had arrived and ordered well after the time of my order. The grope of 3 had now leisurely finished their breakfasts, sides and coffees and departed. I with my now tepid coffee and side departed without my ordered bacon roll at the same time, the car was parked directly outside the shop door and when turned on the 7:30 news was finishing. During this frustrating delay to my day ahead of a 90mile journey the store staff would appear to be in some heated discussions including shouting into the back shop. I could not make out what the issue was given that the staff were having this exchange of views in their own mother tongs ( this is NOT my cause for concern ). Why when I took the effort to park, enter the shop, and have face to face exchange with the staff was I then treated like a substandard customer and insulted by in full view observing drive through customers arriving well after placement of my order being prioritized. Question – Is this a Tim Hortons policy to priorities drive trough customers over in store customers. Aware that this my local TM store is regularly frequented by 999 blue light ambulance and police teams I hope they receive better service than joe public.

I loved the food however I was missing a couple of items. Ordered Honey Crull and Lemon Sherbet drink with the chicken pieces meal. Neither of those items arrived.
