By far this is Tim Horton’s Best location here in Belfast / North Belfast / in the heart of Glengormley. The staff are kind and welcoming. TH serves fantastic chicken tenders & their strawberry frap is a must have, then timbits for desert. Just not very happy with the fries today, it was overcooked (as compared to Tim Horton in the City Centre). But still worth coming back. 👍 I’m a huge fan of Tim Hortons and it’s sister companies e.g. BK.

This the best location to pick up a coffee or a snack. The restaurant is quite big and has drive through option too. You can use the self service kiosks or go to the till to order. Staff is also super friendly.

This is my local coffee shop and staff are always very professional, especially “Tanvi” is super friendly, always smiles, delivers an exemplary service and a dream team who go the extra mile.

I ordered french vanilla latte and it was properly made and everything was apt about the coffee .. I must say coffee of this particular Tim Hortons is always properly made as per the requirements .. Also I took Tim bits they are also good and freshly baked here .. All in all everything is good 😊👍🏻

Ordered only 2 lattes, Got 2 large disgusting drinks of what looked more like dishwater than a latte. And For what I paid for these 2 coffees + delivery, I could have ordered from somewhere else and gotten a better quality coffee for less.

Very nice meal most especially the chickens and burger. Try it....you will love it..

Never got my food, got the wrong order and just threw it in the bin. I’m absolutely appalled and I can’t even get a refund nor got in contact with the shop itself or and email from justeat! Will never get anything from the store again! Not happy one bit

Great place and staff. The large open plan makes it a great place to have friends and meet for long conversations. Great for families too.

Was missing the kids’ drinks and one set of Tim bits, but all arrived quickly and hot. The important things arrived.

Don’t serve coffee in the mug or cups even it’s on the menu offer. Windows and floor very dirty. Furniture needs updated.

Treated myself this morning with a Tim Hortons Breakfast meal. I went through drive thru & ordered a sausage & egg muffin stack meal. First thing I opened to eat was the hash brown and noticed a dark hair sticking out of the hash brown 🤢 Whole breakfast straight in the bin.

Donuts were substitutions. Unfortunately it was for autistic children with very specific tastes. I understand the reasoning behind substitutions, but they should give an option if you want a substitution. You pay extra for specific donuts. Honey crueller in this instance. I could have saved money ordering a random 6 pack and might have had a better chance of getting a donut they prefer

Today I came here around 7 in evening it was busy, I was with my kids they are fond of your Toasties so it took little time I understand that but you guys are awesome they offered mini donuts to my kids, it's really appreciated, there are very less restaurants I saw who always tries to make customers feel welcomed this is one of them so wanna come here again & thanks million to you guys such an wonderful food nd hospitality.

Friendly staff, very efficient service

I am a Canadian, and we just visited this branch. The attitude of the staff is VERY RUDE. They almost shout at you! They should visit Canada 🇨🇦 to learn how to treat the customers. Also, they hade a few mistakes, such as: when we order two cappuccinos, they gave us brewed tea. Also they were out of half of the donuts, and it was just 10 AM. They shall regularly bake them to ensure constant supply. + May 2024 update: the self-order kiosks usually do not have printer papers; thus no receipts are given. Is this to save costs??

I'm like 99 percent sure I orded 2 breakfasts a coffee and ice coffee . my order came I got one ice coffee one breakfast and 2 apple fritter bites , I don't even like them . order was left on the door for a hour , I can't hear the door in different rooms so why could I not have been rang ...

Great breakfast as always and great service!

This location is pretty decent, my only complaint is that their toasted sandwiches have definitely gone downhill quick, almost not even "toasted". And can I not mention how much onions (which I am not particularly fussed on) they threw into my burger? However, I can't complain about their donuts and sweet treats, it's what they're famous for.

Always forget the extra sauces that are added to the order and have to be paid for. Wrong items delivered, rarely do I get the correct doughtnut(s). Ordered a ham and cheese toastie and the cheese had gone bad, had to throw it away.

Was served by a lovely polite girl at the drive through today. Her name was Diksha, she was nice and attentive, smiling and chatty. Food was definitely good specially donuts. Friendly Environment.

Good but takes a while to restock some items like marshmallows after they run out, friendly staff who remember your order.

Amazing menu and doughnuts. The only drawbacks are the lack of sufficient parking spaces and the drive-through doesn't have a menu until you arrive at the ordering stand. Maybe place a few along the queue, so we can be better prepared to place an order when the time comes. Otherwise fresh, tasty and highly recommended.

I really enjoyed it's a very friendly place to eat and the food it's very good.

I was very happy to receive order early, disability means slow to door, at my request delivery driver's knock loudly and leave order on ledge.

The only good thing about here is the coffee and donuts. Staff come across as being quite rude with absolutely no customer interest

Of all the Tim Hortons store I have visited it is the most consistent with service ( staff are always friendly) and quality ( best medium original icecaps). Never had a bad experience at this particular store

Best Tim Hortons around! I've visited lots of Tim Hortons in NI as I am often on the road for work but the glengormly branch is by far the best! This is for the most part down to the fabulous staff, in particular Labh and Mams who not only provide excellent customer service but always have a smile and a bit of chat especially during the busy morning breakfast shift. All the staff I have come across in this branch are polite, professional and friendly and really go the extra mile to make sure all the customers are satisfied. They also make the BEST coconut caramel lattes I've tasted.....I think I'm addicted!!!! It's rare to find a fast food place these days where the staff actually care about the customer experience! Well done Tim Hortons glengormly....these staff deserve a bonus!!!

Was served by Natalie today at the drive through and she was an absolute delight! Very polite, friendly and her service and manner were lovely. A nice change from the usual drab attitude at drive through services. I offered her a tip which I was disappointed to learn that she couldn't accept, I think great service like this deserves a tip. Tim hortons you should be very Happy that you have a great girl like Natalie on your staff! Thank you Natalie for making my morning!

I had heard a lot about the hot chocolate and FRENCH VANILLA of Tim Hortons and I wasn't disappointed, definitely their best drink. There are healthy breakfast options as well, the lunch menu is quite small. I would love to see more options in the lunch menu, but apart from it everything else is great

The drive thru service is very convenient and quick, definitely saves a lot of time, It took hardly 2 mins to collect my breakfast meal. Not to mention the food was delicious.

Bacon roll and hash brown for £1 when you buy a not drink- coffee in this case and everything was delicious. Order arrived very quickly and the staff could not have been more pleasant. Will be back.
