food said it would be here then proceeded to push the time back but about 45 minutes, when it finally got here it was cold and the timbits were missing some of them

First visit to Tim Hortons. Had a cappuccino and a maple syrup donut. The nicest donut I've had in my life. I wish I'd bought a box of them! The girl on the drive through was really friendly and helpful

Called in this morning to the Glengormley branch for some breakfast with my nephew Jack - who is a MASSIVE Maple Leafs fan by the way - & to our pleasant surprise he was offered a free doughnut for wearing his favourite Maple Leafs Sweatshirt - we were not aware of this and were really delighted that Timmies( as we affectionately call it) did this - well done to you for this great service - you have made him a very happy chappy not only for the doughnut but for being recognised as a huge Maple Leafs fan - well done 👏 Cheryl Mahood

I’m not a big fan of ordering takeaway breakfast but seen Tim’s new breakfast items ordered the omelette and banaoffe hot chocolate and enjoyed them

Service in this Tim's is always fast, food is excellent especially the breakfast wrap! Coffee is fresh and hot (unless you ordered iced) and we love the French vanilla and hot chocolates! We come here frequently as it's lovely to sit and enjoy a nice coffee in a chill atmosphere

Food was cold when it arrived, coffee was weak and watery and part of my order was missing. Very disappointed. Don't think I'll be ordering from here again

Oh I do love the coffee and the chicken sandwich was good. I bought ground coffee for home, it is so nice.

Wrong fries, missing ketchup, relish on the kids burgers, no cheese on the meatless chicken burger.

A clean, friendly environment- perfect for when I need to stop and catch up on my phone between appointments. This week I even received a random visitor cinnamon donut. What’s not to love?

Took 1 hour and 10 minutes to deliver. The expected delivery time kept getting further and further away. When it finally arrived there was no heat at all coming from the food. I had to reheat in the oven which is far from ideal.

They are very sweet, when they didn't have the donuts and drink I ordered in stock, they compromised with different donuts and drink and then some with more donuts and many timbits. It was so nice

Service was very poor, food was not warm, and when I said so, the servicer just shrugged their shoulders and did not offer to fix this problem 😕

Poor Cleanliness I was shocked by how dirty this restaurant was, despite being almost empty. The floors were filthy, the tables sticky, and even the bathroom was in bad shape. If the visible areas are this dirty, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Definitely won’t be returning.

I was in Tim Hortons this morning at 8-45 and my breakfast order was wrong as the person who served me put on order with sauce even though I made it quite clear to her no sauce . When I complained about it there was no apology for her mistake , they gave me a new muffin but I didn't eat it as i had a terrible taste in my and i asked for and got a full refund but the staff didn't seem to be bothered as the three members discussed my situation in non English which i thought was totally inappropriate with me standing there and i asked them to speak English please as they were talking about me , not be back there staff need to be trained in manners and customer relations .

Had a fantastic experience at Tim Hortons this morning! The coffee was perfect, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit really enjoyable. We didn’t have to wait long at all, even though it was busy, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Definitely a great start to the day, can’t wait to come back!

Wont be back here on a sunday morning as the girl on the till would turn ur coffee sour not helpful at all and looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there

The coffee is grand, food is what you'd expect for a fast food restaurant. Sunday mornings are very busy but not too bad. A nice stop if I have time to grab coffee before church.

Always the place to be on a lazy weekend morning. Tim Horton's French vanilla latte is our family's favorite coffee. I drop by often for sit in and take away. The service and the atmosphere is great. Glad that this place exist in Glengormley 👌👌

hot chocolate had bits inside it. rest was fine. delivery driver was nice.

Served by Michelle, who is always really kind, welcoming and provides the best service with a smile. All the staff are always very friendly. Worth the visit for this reason and obviously the French Vanillas. Highly recommend Tim hortons Glengormley.

Our coffees arrived warm and well-packaged, and our iced drinks arrived safely and carefully packaged. Excellent customer service from the store and from the lovely courier.

Wrap & fries were lovely. Kids enjoyed their donuts but the chocolate brownie one was a wee bit stale

I love Tim Hortons! I have only ever used the Glengormley store. I have ALWAYS gotten the same thing so this is a narrow spectrum review! Lets just say , Ham and Cheese Melt. They have just (i think since 09/09/24) changed the way they make this item. It used to be two slices toast, cheese and deli style ham on inside then more cheese (all cheddar) on top and grill (maybe nuke then grill) and boom. Now its like pulled pork chunks and some cheddar I side two slices and sone more yellow and possibly grated cheese on outside given a quick grill and boom! Before 1100am it comes with a hash brown and after it comes with criss cross fries and a dip. Currently the cost is superb at breakfast. 50p for sandwich and 50p for hash brown if you pay £3.50 for the coffee. £1 breakfasts!

I always enjoy Tim Horton’s - but my straightforward order was missing 3 hashbrowns and food was cool. I rang the number for the restaurant on Just Eat but was only able to leave a recorded message. Nobody phoned me back.

By far this is Tim Horton’s Best location here in Belfast / North Belfast / in the heart of Glengormley. The staff are kind and welcoming. TH serves fantastic chicken tenders & their strawberry frap is a must have, then timbits for desert. Just not very happy with the fries today, it was overcooked (as compared to Tim Horton in the City Centre). But still worth coming back. 👍 I’m a huge fan of Tim Hortons and it’s sister companies e.g. BK.

My fave Tim Hortons Store - Glengormley - staff are always so friendly helpful and patient … the store is super clean and we visit every Wednesday before 11.30 for the £1 breakfast with every drink purchased great offer … have even found a new favourite drink with the staffs recommendations honestly the best Tim Hortons Store in NI

White hot chocolate is my one the favourite a comforting choice for cold weather nade with white chocolate and milk

I would recommend Original blend double double a classic favourite, this coffee with two creams and two sugars is perfect for a smooth and creamy start to the day

This the best location to pick up a coffee or a snack. The restaurant is quite big and has drive through option too. You can use the self service kiosks or go to the till to order. Staff is also super friendly.

I ordered french vanilla latte and it was properly made and everything was apt about the coffee .. I must say coffee of this particular Tim Hortons is always properly made as per the requirements .. Also I took Tim bits they are also good and freshly baked here .. All in all everything is good 😊👍🏻

Lovely atmosphere with amazing menu. Really liked the coffee and doughnuts.

Ordered only 2 lattes, Got 2 large disgusting drinks of what looked more like dishwater than a latte. And For what I paid for these 2 coffees + delivery, I could have ordered from somewhere else and gotten a better quality coffee for less.

Never got my food, got the wrong order and just threw it in the bin. I’m absolutely appalled and I can’t even get a refund nor got in contact with the shop itself or and email from justeat! Will never get anything from the store again! Not happy one bit

Great place and staff. The large open plan makes it a great place to have friends and meet for long conversations. Great for families too.

Was missing the kids’ drinks and one set of Tim bits, but all arrived quickly and hot. The important things arrived.

Don’t serve coffee in the mug or cups even it’s on the menu offer. Windows and floor very dirty. Furniture needs updated.
