Staff at meeting point are rude rent a cops who make as if we are doing them a favor by being there. If you get there before 10pm at night u should get a lower entry fee. Staff at entrance more concerned about who's got a drink and has peanuts for Staff. Bar Staff highly under trained, I understand turnover of Staff but make sure they are trained first, ordered normal cocktails which they took 30min to make as they had to ask SNR bartenders how to make them, of which the SNR all looked hungover or to busy with their own drinks to care. Bartenders always on cellphones and having fat conversations. For the price you pay for entrance and drinks the facilities should be better maintained. You have staff in toilets asking for tips while they spray u with cheap cologne and wipe your hands yet you have broken stalls graffiti every where and no provicy as no doors lock. Music was fine but don't think you going there for a conversation as that won't happen. If you are looking for a young drunk crowd and lack luster staff it's a great place to spend £150 per person just make sure to wash your hands. I have run nightclubs and this well known establishment is lacking a real manager. Don't waste your time just because it's called TigerTiger.. amazing building and structure with the wrong staff and management

I haven't been to pubs a lot but I'm pretty sure this is not how it should be run. Absolutely no management whatsoever. The bouncers asked my friend to step outside because he was drunk and asked us to look after him. After an hour of waiting and him sobering up, they refused to let him in and we (who stepped outside to keep an eye on him) didn't even have any drinks and as soon as we re-entered the pub, the manager asked us to pay again and when we showed her the ticket, she said she didn't care and since we exited the pub, we have to pay again. The alcohol is overpriced as well. Would not recommend to anyone.

I guess I expected a little more, everything was below par, maybe I should go to Prague to see what the club should look like. The music was worth nothing, the service, let's leave it at that. I definitely wouldn't come again...

Club experience was poor, Dj wasn't mixing too the full effect felt lazy honestly... Security was cool, door lady was rude and uninviting. Bartender didn't listen to requests. False advertisment on the music. One of the worst nights out I've been to in London. I wouldn't normally write reviews on clubs as I'm a dj but this one deffo is avoid like the plague situation. Oh yeah to top it off they raise prices after 10pm so a virgin cocktail will cost you nearly £20. Save your money and club abroad london is dying in the club scene.

My friend was banned from here last week and when we went to the line... the bouncer, bobby, well very respectful and polite when refusing our entry. A true gentleman bouncer.

A big disappointment, sigh. Not worth paying a single penny. The security staff is really rude, we had a genuine concern and they didn’t empathise with us. Do not appreciate the way they spoke to us. We are people who paid and didn’t go there for free, we deserve respect.

Nice pub to visit at night with normal price

Everything about this club is worst. We bought our tickets from skiddle and were told that they don't sell tickets there and we had to pay extra to enter the club. They have been doing this scam since past few months. And when you enter, nothing is good. Stay away from this club if you don't want to ruin your experience!!

They are not even sure about there tickets. . We bought tickets on skiddle app and then they faked that these tickets are fake. . We spent almost 18 pounds on tickets and then had To pay 30 pounds for entry before 11 pm. . They were valid before when we paid it and then they were saying its not scanning . headed there for a university party the other day. i came for the dancefloor which was actually only available if you book in advance which was highly disappointing. Music was good but the venue was very mid and it was big with very little people so you can imagine how the atmosphere was. Didnt really enjoy my night

The entry staff lied to us about the club night and charged us entry fee of £10 pounds but all the dance floors were closed inside and there was a private event happening. When we asked for a refund the bouncer acted in a very aggressive way and even pushed my friend out even though he didn’t have the authority to do so. Pathetic, don’t recommend.

Was totally Gob Smacked with the way Tiger Tiger is charging ridicules £25 entry fee on the doors on a normal weekend and was told we don’t get a stamp if I needed to go out of the club and to get back in I would need to pay the £25 again! Hello people, Please do not attend Bollywood party of this venue as the Bollywood club room is super small and air conditioning will not work in that room. You will definitely feel suffocating and might get fainted. I thought of writing this venue for all the Bollywood people who think this club is good. This is extremely bad club for Bollywood party. They don’t play latest Bollywood track as well. I attended Bollywood part on 10 Feb 2024.

One of the most poorly managed establishments I've witnessed in London... I purchased 10 entry passes for myself and my friends. While my friends were admitted early, I was delayed due to work. Upon attempting to enter at 1 am, a security guard demanded a video call with my friends inside, despite their lack of cellular connection. It was evident that the management lacked basic reasoning skills and common sense.

food was cold and the chicken was undercooked the peas wich came with were still frozen the fries were almost as cold as the peas the toilet was extremely gross there is a camera in there if you turn on the sink it comes back out at the bottom and your inside a club

Denied entry as a single gentleman rendez vous -ing with friends that were already inside (& we wanted to meet there). The bouncer violated me as a tourist and did not give me a valid reason for not being let in, smells like an ego trip probably induced by drugs. Vaya cutrez de sitio. Nos gastamos 20£ en entrar, sin derecho a nada. Nos pedimos una cerveza, no tenían ninguna, solamente una, que era la peor. Nos la pusieron en lata y en un vaso de plástico, supuestamente en la “mejor discoteca de Londres”. Muy feo y cutre. Después de echaron por ser gay, me acusaron de haber tocado a otro chico que no había hecho, una acusación bastante grave, sin dejarme explicarme y sin coger mi chaqueta. Crowd were mostly men and foreign, do not go unless you’re a dude looking to unleash some energy while making the 20% of the female population uncomfortable with your weird dance moves. We were dancing in a circle and 2 random men came joining us although we avoided all eye contact. £10.5 EACH for a single Jaegarbomb?? Buy 3 shots and you can get yourself an entire bottle and mixer outside, im sure blasting and dancing in your own house feels better than this atmosphere.

I attended tigertiger for my friends birthday. There was no que which was quick on service to get into the club but when being searched by the female bouncer she had turnt round to me (the only one within our girl group) asking if i was pregnant. And searched me but i just thought it was a rude thing to ask especially given we were a group of girls and im the only one to be asked this. Made me feel very uncomfortable and insecure. The club overall was a great experience the music was very good not very crowded but there was a large group of us and made the experience better. The bar staff were lovely it was just that one female security guard.

I booked a table on 31st December of 2500£ They called it “VIP” No seperate entry for table holders. They almost took 1.30 mins to allocate the table to us,they promised different table they gave us a different table, we ordered drinks it another took 45 mins just to get bottles of champagne,very poor service, no seperate team for table, i almost fought with entire club to get my services what i paid for, lastly when we ordered vodka it literally came after 2 hrs, I understand it was new year’s eve but still so poor service when you pay 2500£? They promised sparkles and lot of things with champagne bottles but nothing turned up, i would not even suggest 1% to anyone to go this place,it’s not worth, the worst club in london.very poor staff and very rude.Only the Security Staff was good .

I don't even know where to start on this one. It was my friend's birthday and his wife booked Tiger Tiger for 12 of us. When we got to the front of the queue - the main bouncer pulled out a BREATHALYSER and asked my friends wife to blow into it. She refused as we've never heard of this before, was told we wouldn't be allowed in if she didn't. Apparently she was 'over the limit' and was told to have a coffee and come back in half an hour. I spoke to another bouncer , told him we're on a night out and not a driving test (!) She'd literally had 3 drinks all night. He let us in eventually but I genuinely wish we'd have been turned away. We got in - oh the smell 🤢🤢🤢 We went upstairs and were met with a massive stench of BO. It actually smelt nicer in the toilets. We ended up changing our table to downstairs where it was bearable. The bar - I know we're in central London but the pricing was ridiculous. £20 for a double vodka and coke. £15 for an espresso martini served in a plastic cup with a straw !?! I asked for a beer and was handed a can of lager and a plastic pint pot for me to pour my own drink for £8. The staff were slow, rude and clueless. We left around an hour after arriving and will not be returning. If anyone is even considering this hole of a venue PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!

Absolute garbage , bartenders con you by charging for a premium drink and end up serving you Bells . Sound quality is awful and toilets are horrible . Drinks are overpriced , no beers pumps work and only one beer served in all 5 rooms. Stay away .

The worst club I have ever visited. The service is very bad and the 1.8 star review I see while I am posting this review is still better than what this place deserves. It’s hard to point where they do a bad job specifically as the bad service is all over.

I had visited this pub on of this month. I had ordered two drinks with them at the till single vodka and single chivas. Bartender told me it 12 pounds altogether (i aksed him first and no response i had to ask him again). Upon checking my card transaction i was shocked to find they have charged me 35 pound for two drinks. Moreover they advertised on their website that drinks prices are only 4 pounds for a single shot if you are a student. My friends were students and they showed their valid id card to my suprise the manger advised that they forgot to remove it from their website. I have called the pub no response i have messaged them no response. The worst bollywood pub i have ever been to. Trust me dont go to this pub, you can literally see the news that they served cleaning liquid instead of tequila and almost killed a person

Het had veel weg van een vrijdagmiddagborrel voor het Pakistaanse ICT bedrijf wat zich in Londen huisvest. £9 voor een blik bier is redelijk gortig al zeg ik het zelf. £5 voor het ophangen van je jas laat je twijfelen of je hem wel ophangt of die dag erna gewoon een nieuwe haalt. Die blonde vrouw met de jagerbombs was wel een hoogtepuntje.

Definitely not what it used to be

It was a very bad experience. It is truly the worst club I have been to. Dirty floors, poor management, expensive drinks (£15 for a shot & coke), and most of all, aggressive and unreasonable bouncers. If you are a girl, you have one set of rules, and if you are a guy, you have another. Very simple. A few girls pushed the line, and the security flirted with them. We pushed the line to our friends (literally near the back of the queue), and we got asked to leave. Mind you, we asked the people in front if we could move in front of them, and they were fine with it!!! Sounds unrealistic, right? That's exactly what we felt at the moment as well. We eventually begged the security and had to pay him £50 to be let in( ridiculous!!!!!!) as we did not want leave our friends by themselves inside. The security guards look down on you and don't even treat you with respect. Poor!!!! I was unable to take a picture of the security guard, but I did find another person's review that had his face ( skinny european guy). Many reviews of security being racist and rude show what type of place this is. Not worth your time and money. After all, they did serve their customers caustic soda.

How come the bartender try commit attempted murder, the club should be closed down effectively. Should they fail to do to that more customers will be sent to the gulag. This was THE place back in the day. We went last night (Friday) and can't believe how this place has gone downhill. 11:30pm and all floors were EMPTY (except top floor). £5 for cloakroom.. probably the most way they make their money. A double drink was £17. The venue was Indian HEAVY (staff and clientele). I like venues with good diversity. I used to go here almost every weekend back in the days, but we won't be back here ever again. Only place worse than tiger tiger is loop bar

I visited club on Friday it was so crowded after 11 pm. There are 3 decs of dj playing different types of music. Luxe and tiger club merged. Entry fee is 20 pound. Do not go single , either you go couple or group. Music was okok not that good and club was full of boys almost 70%. Not worth spending 20 pounds for such music and boys to see..

They do scam the guests a lot. They advertise on giving the student discounts but never give them. They give venues for private hire, but sell the guests discounted coupons outside which are not accounted on the private bar sale. They have variable pricing for the same drinks and charge more when they are high. There is no complaint taking mechanism, which is very comfortable for them to do whatever they want to do.

I have been there with my friends and the security guys seems to be racist and grumpy. All the security people were responding back very rudely. I have been asked for identity and after showing it they asked me to get in, there was a person in front of me blocking the way so I couldn’t move forward, and the security guy telling me with a loud voice to move forward, I said hang on a minute a person on my way(who is going through Identity check) so can’t go ahead, and they stopped me aside and spoke to me very rudely like he is giving a warning to me. Then another guy did a security check on me with a grumpy face. I haven’t noticed name of the security but he is white bit heavy. With that initials bad experience I dint like the ambience too. So I strongly don’t recommend!

Not good atmosphere in bollywood night DJ was also not good waste of money

Came 11/25 to eat and left hungry. The waitresses demeanor was deplorable and her mannerisms was as if our presence vexed her spirit. When we asked about specific items on the menu, each response was greeted with a scowling “I don’t know” and a walk off with the rolling of the waitresses eyes. We ordered drinks and got everything but what we asked for and when we attempted to return the drinks the waitress looked at her watch with annoyance as if her shift was soon over. We expressed our concerns to management and left. I’m not sure if four brown faces annoyed our waitress but if the treatment we received is the norm, management should reconsider their entire team of service. As a tourist, we would not recommend!!!!

Ça fait trois mois que je viens avec mes amis, ce soir c’était la fois de trop. J’ai pris 2 verres + 4 shoots de vodka et j’avais le bracelet étudiant. Le serveur m’a volontairement fait payé le prix fort sans me concerter par rapport à ma nationalité. Il me l’a dit droit dans les yeux. J’ai essayé de lui expliquer mainte et mainte fois que j’étais étudiant et que je possédais le bracelet pour les réductions, il n’a pas voulu m’écouter et c’est moqué de moi avec ses collègues. Je trouve ça inadmissible ! C’est la dernière fois que je mets un pied dans vôtre établissement et je vais déconseillé fortement à tous visiteurs français de venir dans votre établissement. Mettez à jour votre effectif et au plus vite ! Suite à cela les videurs nous ont expulsé de l’établissement alors que nous n’étions ni en colère ni agressif. Très dommage !

Doesn’t say anywhere that your allowed entry if you are a single individual. On top of that security team is very racist and rude . They will think it’s funny bullying you and get aggressive when you don’t listen to them. Wasted my energy and time, hope the refund department isn’t the same.

I recently visited Tiger and sadly, I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. From start to finish, my visit was filled with disappointment and frustration. Firstly, the overall atmosphere left much to be desired. The sticky floors and tables made me question the cleanliness of the establishment. Combined with rude and clueless staff members, the ambiance resembled more of a cheap pub venue than a respectable restaurant. It was far from inviting and comfortable. The main issue arose when I requested a steak to be cooked medium. To my astonishment, the waitress confidently informed me that they could not accommodate that request as their steaks only come in a "large" size. When I clarified that I meant the level of doneness, such as medium or well done, she dismissed my explanation entirely. Her insistence that they could only serve well-done steak was surprising and disappointing, leaving no room for customer preferences. When my food finally arrived, it was apparent that quality was not a priority at Tiger. The dishes appeared stale, lacking the freshness one expects from a restaurant. Furthermore, the food was served cold, indicating poor attention to detail in the kitchen and a lack of care in delivering a satisfying meal to customers. Overall, my experience at Tiger left me thoroughly dissatisfied. The combination of a shabby atmosphere, rude and uninformed staff, stale and cold food, and an overall unappealing ambiance make it necessary to warn others to avoid this establishment at all costs. There are far better options available for a pleasant dining experience. £16 for a house rum and coke!!!

This place really wasn't nice. The upstairs bar where we had reserved a table was trashy with bad music. The downstairs bar was so overcrowded with sweaty people pushing against you. Yuck! Skip this awful place.

Atmosphere was dead, boyfriend ordered a drink but they did not have what he asked for and no alternative. We asked to leave with a full refund (just the 2 of us) so they still would have had 12 people's getting in fee. We just wanted our £40 back and to leave. The bouncers decided to give my boyfriend a shove and things got heated. Luckily we did not retaliate. Never have we been treated so unfairly and inhumanly. I was attracted by an event organized in this club on the 1st of November, I bought the ticket online few days in advance (not understanding why there were different prices and obviously the cheapest ones were already sold out). I paid the highest price, £16.50, hoping the evening would be worth it, when I arrived at the door 10 minutes before opening they refused me entry despite the ticket paid, the reason: "I was not accompanied", but alone (small note, not even the staff could find where this rule was written, they only told me that they followed the instructions received). I was just looking for a different evening to spend in a club. I wasted more than an hour getting there and another hour getting home disappointed by the situation. The staff ignored my requests telling me to request a refund online (which obviously was refused). Club rejected.

They lost my coat and after making me wait in the overly crowded queue for more than 45min… Those ppl have the audacity to come and tell that they cant find it…then why do you even take money for coat reservations.
