Incredible dinner, amazing selection. Ordered loads of different dishes and all of them were great. Dim sum also amazing. Thank you for a great night.

My daughter and I ordered 2 appetizers, Vietnamese egg-rolls and vegetable dumplings. Neither looked like the picture and neither tasted like eggrolls or dumplings I’ve eaten before. We had one bite of each and left for another place. Do yourself a favor and make sure you yelp or trip advisor all your food options. This one should be a “no”. Not to forget service was terrible.

This restaurant opens till near midnight when we walked in. There was a good selection on the menu & the service was good.

We stumbled upon this place when wondering if we would find anywhere that would take before the theatre. Very pro-actively we were greeted when looking over the menu and told we would get a table in five minutes. Well, it was more like ten but a table was found, busy but not too cramped. We weren’t rushed but once we’d settled on the menu the food came promptly and accurately. The food was absolutely spot on, delicious and good portions. Not exceptional ‘best Chinese a I’ve ever tasted’ fare but very good for an unpretentious little place. So, food great, what about the price? For two of us, with a couple of drinks £53. That was tremendous value for Gerrard St. We should make a note of the place as I’m not sure we’d ever find it again, which would be a pity.

We used to come here frequently and loved it. Standards are not as good as they used to be. We ordered 5 dishes and 2 of them were not good and we advised this and one of the dishes was removed from the bill but not the other one. Salt and pepper chicken wings, way too much table salt on them and extremely dry. Sweet and sour chicken Cantonese, dry and no sauce. Some of the staff are friendly and have decent customer service however several were rude and did not come across well. Our server who sorted our bill was very good. All in all not what it used to be, customer service needs a lot of work as do some of the dishes.

The food was good but the service was poor. They forgot about us and took a very long time to give us our mains. They never apologised and then gave us the bill without being itemised which included the 12.5% service charge. We asked them to remove the service charge and they refused. They tried to emotionally blackmail us and insisted that we should pay it. We had to call the manager to intervene. In the end the waiter removed it, still complaining and calling us racists. We will never return there.

We had a set menu for 2. Good food, service OK, however, 12.5% service charge added automatically and not stated as optional. We were than asked for a tip for the staff on top! Be aware of this before deciding to dine.

My husband and I went to this restaurant yesterday! The service was very good as was the food it was all delicious piping hot and full of flavour. What really left a sour taste in our mouth was the bill we had expected around £70 but they charged us £86 the bill wasn't itemised we assumed wrongly that the prices on the menu perhaps hadn't included VAT or something but after reading other reviews here it is clearly the service charge. We also left a cash tip! The food was good but sadly now all we remember is that time we got ripped off.

Very delicious dim sum, quick service, moderate prices. Recommend to try out the egg custard tart for sweet. The premises is quite spacious. The seating arrangement is fine. In my view, it is one of the better Chinese restaurants in China Town.

Food was average, decor pretty shabby and encountered one of the most miserable waitresses ever seen. Added a 12.5% automatic service charge on which probably explains why the waitress doesn’t care about customer service. Given the many options to choose from in this area, highly recommended to go somewhere else.

Their prices are expensive and they also add 12.5% ​​of the service (rounding up to full pounds). Absolute tourist trap rip off! Miserable and rude staff, bland food, heated up from frozen, tried to charge us for dish we didn't have. Bill in Chinese, already stuck a 12.5% service charge then demanding we pay extra £5 tip. The place was cramped and filthy, don't even think about going to the toilets upstairs! AVOID this horrible place at all costs!!!!!

The absolute worst service I've received. The woman serving us was miserable, got our order wrong, and didn't apologise or ask how our meal was. The meal itself was just frozen food heated up, bland and very small portions for the prices. They did not provide an itemised bill and rushed the customers. Avoid this restaurant and terrible staff at all costs!

Spoilt for choice when looking for Chinese food in China Town, and if you're anything like me I was worried I'd pick the one rubbish restaurant to go to. Quick service, they sat us straight away and got us our drinks. We ordered some dim sum and beef fried noodles and it came very quickly. The pork in puff pastry was very nice, almost like a take on a sausage roll. The bbq pork steamed buns were delicious. The fried squid with sweet and sour sauce were alright, just calamari rings that looked and tasted store bought. The beef fried noodles were very tasty as well. The waiter tried to upsell me and get me to order more food, which I did not care for. When paying the bill, there was a 12.5% service charge applied which is pretty regular for London now but the waiter handed me the point of sale on the tip page and asked if I wanted to give a tip?? Which again, annoyed me a little. Fairly standard decor and was enjoyable, but if I was in China Town again I'd go somewhere else, just to try something new.

DO NOT COME HERE. Usually when I order 5 dim sum items from other places the total cost including service charge is around £28 max. This place charged £40! No itemised bill, waiter even asked me to pay a £5 tip! I said NO. Food was okay not good. I should have argued but felt very pressured. AVOID!!!!!! Disgusting tourist trap with rude staff.
