Didn’t need to go inside to feel unwelcome. Me and a group of friends (5 total) were on our way to this establishment, when suddenly we were approached by what a presume was a flier boy for the place. He was wear a tiger tiger hat and shirt, he started offering us some papers he was holding quite aggressively, we ignored and I turned to him then turned away making a gently mouthed “No” (wasn’t audible) since I’m a shy person and dislike conflict, but clearly he took offence to it since he started shouting at me across the street… throwing insults about my appearance and slurs. Because of that we decided not to go, I’d rather not be verbally harassed by flier boys who can’t take a no for an answer to papers… and wouldn’t want to be inside a place that presumably hires such rude and unruly people.

This night club is very bad more security outside than inside very staff first and last I go there was a big masive fight Asians again it was awful was so scared no security to stop it straight away and is so expensive joke

Quite pricey compared to other night clubs in London. Also, the staff is bit rude.

Super kind and friendly staff, but expensive cover for a pretty lame dj inside. The “6 rooms” are each either super full or super empty. Not very aesthetically pleasing on the inside.

Well what can I say, Tiger Tiger is in the upper echelon of night clubs/ bars/ restaurants in London. The staff are incredibly friendly, the security makes me feel safe and the management are on hand whenever a problem arises (which is rare if ever). I’d highly recommend a visit if you’re in the West End area! No party like a Tiger Tiger party!

Useless - has the character of the crappy places you accidentally ended up in as a teenager, complete with unhelpful, incompetent bouncers. It’s a mystery why it even exists, given its decent location but complete lack of quality.

Overpriced, rude staff acting like you’re doing a favour being there. A scam and totally not worth it, go find somewhere cheaper and friendlier.

After 2 years I gave them a chance and I returned with my friends and we were disappointed with the service and the atmosphere it was a Saturday evening my friends are tourists as well as me and the waiter took some time before to take our order so at the time we arrived there weren't many people. Still disappointed, we stayed more than an hour and changed clubs. I gave it a second chance because I had already had a bad experience with them and this did not miss a second bad experience. Good luck to those who come to this club.

Club and music is alright, but drinks are a rip off - don't fall into the trap of buying vouchers while in the queue! So expensive but weak, literally giving you ice with water. Better to go when there is theme night for good music. Quite compact seating but this is common in London

I went to this club few weeks ago. I would recommend not to go there and waste of your money. Terrible atmosphere. They have terrible security guards. Before I even enter to the club, I had a bottle of coke in my hand, the security guy who was searching everyone snatched the bottle of my hand and dashed it in the bin without my permission. When I asked him, he aggressively told me “if you say anything I won’t let you go in”.

A Night to RememberI recently had the pleasure of spending an evening at Tiger Tiger London, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we walked in, the energy was electric, and the vibe was just right. The decor is chic and modern, making it the perfect spot for a night out with friends.

Security wouldn't let me in because I'm black. That's what security told me. I complained to the manager and the manager laughed at me and did nothing.

The manager and security guard were very aggressive and started insulting me for asking for explanations.

Don’t bother eating in here, was terrible food, dry and bland! The curry was more like soup…really disappointing. …we used the accessible toilet and it was in a disgusting state!! Wish we’d gone elsewhere.

Visited on 16th Aug. One of the manager/assistant manager came across extremely rude with about 20 odd guests. We were not sure but might as well be on drugs or drunk for I haven’t been met with such aggressive person in a club who is supposed to be sober. Avoid and a definite no if you are with female companions because you might end up confronting the same guy…. Edit: Funnily enough I found video of the said manager in the video below, so adding for caution for whoever visits. I would urge management to take strict action against this person, there is something wrong….thanks to management team and do your diligence while hiring mentally unstable people, I am kinda scarred tbh.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Tiger Tiger. We were required to purchase vouchers in advance to receive a free drink at their venue. However, when we arrived, they refused to honor the vouchers and insisted that we pay for the drinks. This left us feeling frustrated and misled, as we had followed their instructions and expected to receive the promised benefit. It’s unfortunate that they did not uphold their end of the deal, and I would caution others to be wary of such practices.

I had an incredibly disappointing and disturbing experience at Tiger Tiger London. The bouncers at the entrance were blatantly racist and discriminatory, refusing entry to our group simply because we were all men. Despite being well-dressed and polite, we were turned away without a valid explanation, while other groups that included women were allowed in without any issue. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and has no place in a city as diverse as London. If anyone knows how to lodge a formal complaint about the racist and sexist practices of this establishment, please share. No one should have to endure such blatant discrimination in 2024. I would strongly advise avoiding this place until they address their discriminatory policies and staff behaviour. They literally killed our mood and night. Even after seeing so many bad reviews the management is not replying or taking action.

I booked a table on 31st December of 2500£ They called it “VIP” No seperate entry for table holders. They almost took 1.30 mins to allocate the table to us,they promised different table they gave us a different table, we ordered drinks it another took 45 mins just to get bottles of champagne,very poor service, no seperate team for table, i almost fought with entire club to get my services what i paid for, lastly when we ordered vodka it literally came after 2 hrs, I understand it was new year’s eve but still so poor service when you pay 2500£? They promised sparkles and lot of things with champagne bottles but nothing turned up, i would not even suggest 1% to anyone to go this place,it’s not worth, the worst club in london.very poor staff and very rude.Only the Security Staff was good .as i tipped them all lol

This pub was quite disappointing. My friend and I were unfairly harassed by security, who asked us to show our chats to prove we knew each other, which was invasive and unnecessary. Despite purchasing tickets, we were kicked out without a clear reason, making us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. The staff was inattentive and rude, making the atmosphere uncomfortable, and we had to wait a long time to place our orders and even longer to receive our drinks. The place was dirty, with sticky tables and unclean restrooms, indicating that basic hygiene and maintenance were not a priority. The overall vibe was dull and unwelcoming, with the music being too low to enjoy and the seating uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this pub.

I took soft drink there but they fill full glass with ice and less coke. Toilets were not well maintained, I was unable to lock the door. Moreover, they were just playing old hindi songs... They can play new punjabi haryanvi and hindi songs...

Spent £20 per person to get in just to have our chewing gum and painkillers taken and thrown in the bin, was in there for all of a minute and a half and the girls in our group were harassed and when we informed security they simply didn’t care.

You have to buy the ticket online in advance, so it costs 5 pounds, which is absolutely correct, but you have to arrive by 11:00 p.m. Anyway, after midnight, you can "drop in" from the street for 20 pounds. The security guards pay close attention to any disturbance. There are also female guards who check the ladies before entering. An ID card is mandatory, otherwise you will not be allowed in. At the entrance (if you bought your ticket online, they let you in through a separate gate) they sell drink coupons (£25 for 5) with which we bought 5 gin and tonics, which is really worth it because the normal price is 10 pounds for a gin and tonic. There are 3 dance floors inside, with different styles of music, but 2 have only Indians, Indian music and they are very smelly (sorry). Of course, this is not the fault of the place, but they could use an Old Spice :). Popular dance and RNB music played on the 3rd dance floor, most European people dance here, it is directly from the street entrance. The climate here is good and the ceiling height is high, so the air is also good. In the toilet, the "toilet boy" encourages you to tip by card every time, but after a while it can be a bit overwhelming :( Pretty girls walk around the dance floor with trays, selling Jägerbombs for £5. They are kind and smiling, but you don't have to take it from them :) There is a smoking terrace fenced off facing the street, you can go out there to smoke, but if you go out into the street from there (a guard lets you out), you can't go back.

The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. The security guards were so kind and kept checking in with my and my girl friends. The worst thing is the men that go - you can't do anything or go anywhere without some man touching and grabbing at you. We go to dance and have fun with friends but every single man who goes to tiger tiger seems to think youre there for them.

i payed £20 for entry so wanted to make the most of my night. I went to the toilet and everything was fine. I went into the same cubicle as my friends (which i didn’t know wasn’t allowed) i also have a disability and wasn’t aware of any disabled toilet so require someone to be with me as i struggle to sit down and stand up by myself. the woman who works in the toilet selling sweets proceeds to scream at me and my friends and smack on our door extremely hard. I would understand if she dealt this situation with calmness and reasoning however when explaining the situation to her she proceeded to tell me i didn’t have a disability and complete disregard my struggles. It was a really humiliating experience especially when she managed to open the cubicle door and i was on the toilet. The bar and security were so lovely about this situation and were really apologetic which made me enjoy the rest of my night better. I’m just disappointed that this member of staff was so rude and ignorant of my condition.

The place is at a good location, but not well maintained. The toilets are super yuckkkk!!! Didn’t expect that!!! The kitchen was closed for refurbishment so I understand. But they don’t let you re-enter if you exit. That means they expect you to dance and party there for 5 hours straight without food. Really???? If kitchen is closed, the least they can do is allow re-entering so people can fuel up with food and come back.

Absolutely terrible!!! We stood in line to enter, they had us for about 5 minutes checking every last corner of my colleagues' bags and to make matters worse, when I approach the bar to want to order (immediately after having paid for admission) they tell us that the last ones are already made. orders and they don't sell any more drinks, I told them that it's good that they give us back the ticket, since it doesn't make sense to me that they make us pay for a place that doesn't sell drinks. They refused, they did not apologize at any time and to make matters worse the security coming out pushed us so that we did not "block" the exit passage when there was no one and we were waiting for the girls to return from the bathroom. A terrible experience and I will never return to that place. It's a shame that a place that used to work very well is now one of the worst in London.

We went to order and they told us that they couldn't sell us anything because the bar was closed. I don't understand why they make us pay to enter when they are already closed, we complained and they didn't give us anything back apart from the fact that they were very rude and treated us badly, the security said that we couldn't even stand on the street outside the bar to wait for my cousin who was in the bathroom to leave. We were there last Saturday. I would like to suggest everyone kindly avoid this club. Their security is very rude. They demand money for vaping and they use very bad language. One of them is in the picture below

I was seated on a sofa inside the club when a security officer approached me. Without any prior warning or explanation, he ordered me to come with him. Despite my confusion, I complied and followed him outside. Once we were outside, I politely asked him to explain what had happened. Instead of providing an answer, he slightly pushed me from behind and forcibly ejected me from the club. Shocked by his behavior, I confronted him, saying, “Bro, this is not right.” He responded aggressively, and use abusive language His response was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Seeking assistance, I approached a tall white security officer and explained the situation. He informed me that someone had reported over the radio that I was jumping on the sofa. I clarified that I had been sitting on the sofa and dancing momentarily, and suggested that the CCTV footage be reviewed to verify my account. Determined to address the misconduct, I approached the first security officer again and requested his details to file a formal complaint. He repeated, the same abusive words dismissing my concerns entirely. Seeking further assistance, I approached the security head. Unfortunately, he refused to listen to my side of the story. Instead, he introduced me to a Punjabi lady who was responsible for checking tickets. I explained everything to her, and she listened patiently. She advised me to go home, indicating that any complaint against the security staff would likely be futile and could result in a one-year ban for me. The entire experience was extremely distressing. The security staff’s behavior was not only unprofessional but also aggressive and dismissive. I was unfairly treated and humiliated without any valid explanation or justification.

Avoid at all cost don’t waste your money here. We were there last night, their security started throwing people out of the club without any reason. They were just abusing their positions. The guy in the video is one of them. I myself work in the security industry but he was not professional, man is not even a bouncer and his attitude was on another level

After paying £20 to enter the Tiger Tiger London club, I was contacted by an Asian SECURITY GUARD, who looked to be in his early twenties, after an hour. He gestured for me to follow him and led him out of the club. He told me that I was smoking inside the club and demanded an additional £20 for me to enter. This is their ruse to force people out; all it takes is another £20.00 BRIBE to get in. Next time, I WILL RECORD A VIDEO and submit it to THE SUN and DAILY MAIL. AVOID TIGER TIGER LONDON

We had booked two tickets for today’s Desi event , But the security guard there misbehaved with us and she pushed me up. I was pregnant and I have a lot of pain in my stomach. She was very rude. She was talking very Rudely to everyone like we are animals. I want to take legal action against her.

Poor place and worst service . Pay 20 for entrance sold my friend 25£ 5 tickets but don’t tell you can’t drink anything you like only beer and Jin . Atmosphere is always good. The place where Bollywood parties are planned is small always full with people. The vibe is very good. DJ's always wonderful. Wish they do the Bollywood party in more spacious place. Drinks at reasonable prices.

Worst eever place to come clubbing lied online about pricing and everything got charged extra at the door for having a valid ticket and then proceeds to have all rooms locked off when all 3 rooms were supposed to be open and can’t do anything within the semi room allowed to us with limited space and would definitely not recommend to anyone. Stay clear horrible experience which cannot be redeemed and wouldn’t wish anyone else to experience it.

The staff came up to us asking if we were students at the bus stop infront of them and we said yes, he said it didnt matter and told us to come in so only 2 of our friends decided to go in and see how its like. After we payed he asked for an id that we were 18+ which we clearly didnt have as we told him that we were students. We asked for a refund and he said no and blamed it on our fault for trying to go into a bar with no id. Dont go to this place they just wanna rip ur money off from u xx

I regret to share my disappointing experience at Tiger Tiger nightclub on 1st June 2024. Despite passing the initial security check without any issues, I encountered an unpleasant situation with a specific security ID checker. After clearing the security check, the security personnel questioned me about the whereabouts of my partner. I explained that my partner had just entered as we were checked by different security officers. However, the security officer did not believe me and insisted that I call my partner. Even after my partner and I confirmed we were together, the security officer refused to accept our explanation. He demanded that we call each other and checked to see if we were receiving calls from each other. Additionally, he scrolled through my call logs, which is both inappropriate and a serious privacy issue. This conduct is in violation of several laws, including: Data Protection Act 2018 Breach of Confidence Computer Misuse Act 1990 Human Rights Act 1998 This invasion of privacy was unwarranted and highly inappropriate. This is not the first time I have faced such issues at Tiger Tiger. I have encountered similar treatment from the same security personnel on previous visits. His demeanor is consistently rude, and his behavior appears to be racially motivated. Such conduct is not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning. Tiger Tiger needs to address the behavior of its security staff to ensure all patrons are treated with respect and dignity. This incident has left a negative impression, and I hope the management takes immediate action to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Firstly, the behavior of your staff was exceptionally rude and disrespectful. Instead of being welcoming and professional, they displayed a level of uneducated and unprofessional conduct that is entirely unbecoming of any establishment that purports to offer hospitality. When we attempted to address these issues with your staff, we were met with further hostility and dismissiveness. The situation escalated when we approached the manager on duty, hoping to find a resolution. To our dismay, the manager's conduct was even more deplorable. Rather than addressing our concerns with the seriousness they warranted, the manager was dismissive, condescending, and entirely unhelpful. This lack of leadership and basic customer service skills is both alarming and unacceptable. Our group of six had anticipated an enjoyable and memorable Saturday night, but instead, we were subjected to a series of distressing and aggravating encounters that left us all feeling despoiled and incredibly stressed. This experience has not only tarnished our evening but has also significantly impacted our perception of your establishment. I urge you to address these issues with the utmost seriousness. The behavior of both your staff and management is inexcusable and requires immediate attention and correction. I expect a formal apology and a detailed explanation of the steps you intend to take to rectify these glaring issues and prevent such incidents from recurring. The bathroom faucets did not work. Instead, the bathroom attendant poured a pitcher of water over my hands while pressuring me to tip him. I didn’t even get soap because the attendant held the soap and he was busy arguing with someone who didn’t tip him (or tip enough). Most people walked out without even attempting to wash their hands as this man was accosting everyone who came in. Very bizarre experience.

The security guards were such cheapos n especially the guys trying to sell us drinks 5 for £15.. They even used F words n being pushy n insisted us to buy drinks from them which we chose not to and opted to buy the drinks inside n apparently it made them angry. No politeness at all. hello it's been at least 5 years since I last set foot in the Tiger Tiger I really had a good time moccasin correct outfit required but now it has become completely rotten, almost everyone in basketball I even have some seen in tap dancing it was Friday May 3, 2024, how it was and how it became I experienced this atmosphere with the entertainer who made everyone dance on the 80s floor but that was before now it has nothing to do with it. the tiger tiger is over.

The security guards were very rude, pushing and talking to customers in a rude manner, from the entrance up to the end of the event. No politeness at all. Worst experience ever ! The DJ was amazing, the Bar staff were very friendly, but because of the security guard issues this place is not recommended at all!

Nafees Ameen refused entry even after purchasing the right ticket. The manager John listened to him without listening to us. I would like the club to contact me as the bengali guy there is absolutely a useless guy

I booked VIP tickets for my birthday for me and 2 of my friends ,we were refuse entry at the door, we were dressed like gentleman , not drunk absolutely looking alright still got told to go home . I had show my vip tickets that cost me a lot of money , the security staff was extremely rude and gave no explanation whatsoever . I asked for my money they threw a customer service card at me , i got in touch with them and it took them literally months to refund my tickets. What a disgrace !! 0 customer service , security are like animals . I am never gonna return here nor any of my friends and i will continue to spread to word to all my friends and relatives . Worst night out venue in London

The floor has not been cleaned! It is TOO STICKY and they refused to clean it when we complained. Horrible. Will never come here again.

Awful place! Sleazy crowd full of FOBs who gawk at u and try to dance with u forcefully and the toilets are dirty and doors were broken! They charge £20 cover charge and is not worth a penny. Used to be such a nice place

Hi guys I suggest you guys Never try this club they are charging too much money and we try to get refund but that’s didn’t work Security is so rude with people and it’s doesn’t look like a club it’s like rendom public on street We are on time but steel they charge 20 pound for each person and before we bought 10 pound each ticket as well they are making money but it’s not worth it

I would suggest people not to go there as the bouncer get offended for no reason why. I went there yesterday, and I asked about cover charge the bouncer at the entrance asked me to leave I was clueless as I asked the person twice and he felt he is wasting time in us. HUMANITY IS DEAD HERE.

The worst night club ever, new management have ruined the place as tiger tiger used to be really good. We paid 10 to get in and i tried to get my money back so we could leave but they said no, we was made to stay at a place thats was very bad, majority of people there was one race indians but back in the day it was mixed and last night i felt like i choice a place thay was only indian orientated. I would never go again and i would suggest no one else goes as it wast of money and you will have a terrible night.
