Delicious food. I love the sweet & sour sauce. They give a generous enough serving that I am able to use it with other meals too.

Set meal and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Good quality chicken, good portion size and good value.

Food is always spot on from here and again didn't disappoint..with the exception of the gravy, this was ike a weird soy/hoisin tasting sauce which I didn't like so disappointed. In saying that though, everything else was perfect, our favourite Chinese and delivery driver is so canny and friendly.

Not had a bad order from here. Got a mix of food with it having 40% off. Salt and chilli box was beautiful, special fried rice always amazing and absofuckinlutely huge portions. Crispy chicken and peking sauce also lovely and all extras such as chips, spring rolls and prawn crackers. Loads left for next day, can't fault this restaurant and driver is so lovely too.

Good flavours and freshly made. Really crispy salt n chilli chips and wontons both lush. Staff were friendly, and it was clearly a really busy night with the phone ringing non-stop.

Food was lovely it was just a little outside the delivery window quoted. Been Valentines Day it’s understandable just think next time I order from here I’ll allow more time. Other than that the food was delicious and will make this my number 1 Chinese to go to! 👍

The munchie box was absolutely appalling and for £11 odd I was shocked. chicken curry was decent.

My order was due at 19:00pm when I ordered it at 18:10pm and when reached out to the store at 19:20pm I was made aware that my order will be with me shortly. Already being 20mins late I requested a refund for my money as I was unhappy with the situation and was prepared to just get my money back and order from somewhere else. However they declined giving me any of the money back I then received my order around 19:45pm mark. Opening my food and all the food was just very mid and was cold as well!

Food great as always but arrived 2hrs and 20mins after ordering, an hour after latest delivery time, the kids and us were starving! Was about to ask for money back but delivery driver turned up as I dialled

noodles mushy/slime like. I ordered crispy Cantonese beef, tasted more like sweet n sour had chunks of pineapple in it, beef extremely chewy. I personally will never be back. Also luckily I heard the one knock the delivery driver gave me as they just left food on doorstep and sped off. Nothing but bad everything went in the bin

Went to order and use our loyalty stamp card to find that you no longer deliver to our area. Only NE22 just down the road, gutted as was our favourite Chinese!

Used Uber Eats to order from Tiger Oriental and order didn't arrive, I called after an hour and a half to be told by Emmy the staff hadn't turned on the machine. I asked for a refund and was told to contact Uber Eats but the app just showed the order was still in the process of being delivered so I called the shop back. They told me they would request a refund through Uber Eats at the end of the night. I didn't receive any notification from Uber so called the shop back and they said they would chase it up. I requested a refund myself from Uber Eats and they have pointblank refused, saying my order wasn't eligible for a refund and I should put a vad review on the shop. I have spent several hours arguing with them via the app and Twitter direct messaging but still refused, so now I have reported them to trading standards Do not use Uber Eats to buy anything, and i won't be ordering again from Tiger Oriental as they have done nothing to help 😡

Ordered 18:05 at time of writing at 20:15 still no sign despite phoning - apparently they're really busy - how do i get a refund as we've now cooked some tea!

We ordered the salt and chicken box it was beautiful i requested a black sauce instead of the sweet sour the shop fulfilled my request and gave me sweet sour sauce thank you !! Lovely food i will order again

Normally amazing, but something just wasn’t the same tonight. My crispy house special and fried rice and the bairns special fried rice weren’t as nice as usual.

What is the point of estimated delivery time when it is not honored? One can forgive 10 mins late but full hour? Happened more than once now. Ordered 18:40 order delivered 21:05. Should just stick to collection only and forget about delivery.

I tend to be quite selective when it comes to Chinese takeaways, but I've been ordering from this place for about 2-3 years now. We probably enjoy around 10-15 takeaways each year, and whenever we opt for Chinese, we always choose Tiger Oriental. The food has consistently been excellent. You can request the salt and chili chips to be extra crispy, which we love. We usually go for the set meal for one, which is generous enough to share, especially if you order chips as a side. The noodle dishes have a clean taste rather than being coated in a thick soy sauce, leaving you feeling satisfied without that sluggish feeling afterward. Could also be because it’s not pumped with tons of MSG.

We ordered: chicken curry with fried rice, chicken and oyster sauce with fried rice, spring rolls and chocolate cake. We received all these items as well as a free portion of salt and pepper chips and 5 fortune cookies. The portions were huge, the food tasted amazing and the value for money was spot on. The food also arrived 5minutes earlier than what was told to us. Would highly recommend!

Usually order from here as food it lovely, but tonight was abysmal I placed an order 17:50, for expexted delivery at 19:15. Order never arrived so rang over 3 times to chase up order to be told each time the driver was on his way. Food still hasn't turned up 6hours later.

We only order from tiger when we want Chinese, the food is always great, and usually our orders are on time or early, tonight was abysmal, ordered at 7:30 and didn't receive food till 9:40pm, I called them a couple times to check up where it was and was told they were busy and as an apology we'd get something free sent with our order, when it finally turned up there was nothing free, not even the usual fortune cookies were included, my wife is epileptic and feels unwell now and can't even eat

Soup was great as usual. Very disappointed with the meat tonight, and the chips were awful.
