It's a rare thing to find a buffet restaurant that produces really nice food but this one is it. We arrived on a Sunday night after travelling for 2 hours and they made us very welcome.

Amazing selection of food, staff were always available and helpful. Lovely atmosphere and food was of excellent quality. Highly recommend

The food from Tiffins was delicious, I had the Tiffins special dinner which was a mixed grill of tandoori meats and prawns and I ordered the garlic king prawns. Both meals were delivered hot and the flavours were amazing. The portion sizes were also good value and as I was on my own I split my food to eat over two days to make it last. I also got a naan and salad and sauce which I wasn’t expecting. Definitely will order here again over other local restaurants!

Food tasted bland, not enough selection either. The restaurant just seems so cramped up as the buffet area where you grab food is just one small straight line. I also think £20 is a bit too much for one person. The staff were very kind and informative though.

Driver was lovely when she dropped off the food 10 mins before the expected time and it was piping hot. Everyone enjoyed it thank you

Absolutely stunning food!, good portions, well presented with the nice green leafy bits on top of. The Currys, and poppadoms were all intact (not like the other places where they arrive crushed) I ordered 4 but found 6 in the bag! Loads of meat in the beef madras too! Definitely ordering from tiffins from now on! And delivery was early thanks really enjoyed my meal 😋

Used to go regularly to dine in but haven't been in a while but use to order my Indian from somewhere else as a takeaway but decided for once to try tiffins considering the dine in was lush so thought id do a takeaway so i ordered from Tiffins last night and omg its a good thing I did the food was absolutely delicious very flavourful and big portions and a decent price not expensive like other Indians would 100% recommend to anyone as this place is really good

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The food was excellent. A lot to choose from too! The atmosphere was great. Overall, my wife and I had a great night and would highly recommend it.

The only reason we have been here is for family (who do use regularly). It is what it is - cheap & cheerful. Staff are very friendly & accommodating, The place is clean and modern. The buffet food is a pale imitation of real restaurant dishes and even those are not my style - I much prefer either authentic recipes or fine dining versions.

Meal was excellent. Arrived hot and both me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed it. Excellent value. Will definitely go there again.

Lovely food as usual. Friendly staff and no waiting. Food always topped up and not left empty, if it is, not for long. A bit busy tonight but not chaotic.

Food was delivered early which was great as we were hungry. The food was hot and really delicious with substantial portions. We always order from Tiffins as it never disappoints.

Used to be really good here. Found food tasteless. As if chicken has just been added to some sort of curry mix. Staff seemed welcoming but also generally fed up to.

Came here today for the first time. I couldn't get over how delicious the food was and how hot the buffet food was, usually food isnt hot at buffet resturants this was hot and delicous. Lots of different currys to try and i loved them all. Can't wait to come back.

I have had many meals from tiffins but my last one was a disappointment

1st time there will be going back

One curry was swimming in oil. Tried to stir it in but it was far too much. Lamb was fatty and chewy... couldn't eat it. Not a lot of taste. Rest of the meal was good... just a shame about the 1 curry and had to throw it away.

Tiffin Restaurant Advertises Children Eat Half Price my Boy is 9 and my Daughter is 10 and they charged them the same price as adults the manager said when we’re busy we don’t offer the half price for children, This is Sharp practices of deceiving good paying customers who spend £130 and I also gave a £5:00 Tip for the staff. Greedy Business Practices.

I can't speak highly enough of this place. The food, staff, atmosphere, layout and everything else about this place is just spot on. My 18 month old daughter absolutely LOVES coming here. The staff are all soooo, so friendly and always make us feel very welcome. Not only that, they always go above and beyond. The customer service really is impeccable. The food is always fresh, hot and full of flavour. The variety is brilliant and they cater for everyone. Plenty of veggie options, salads, currys, starters, breads, sauces, desserts, icecreams, etcs. Most definitely worth every penny. Their drinks are considerably priced too. I'd recommend this place to anyone. We'll definitely be long term, returning customers. Super excited to come here for our for Christmas meal away from home this year. Thankyou to all the staff at Tiffin's, you're all amazing! ❤️

Food was awful tonight. I really hate to complain but we had missing items and what turned up was just curry powder. Ive eaten here so many times but won’t be back sorry

I did not book but did not need too as there is loads of seating area's,the food,desert is lovely,I treated myself to a fuzzy shark cocktail first time I have had this drink it was very nice,the waitress was quick to take your dirty dishes away,was a great atmosphere as there was a birthday party there,my family have had parties there also so its a good choice for a big group also.I recommend Fuzzy shark,chocolate dessert with a plum,I only like mild chicken curries so I recommend all of them with mushrooms,cucumber,onions,basmati rice.

10 mins early & piping hot on arrival :) Coming from Cwmbran to Newport did not think it would be that hot, i planned to heat up in micro anyway, but i didnt need too :p Thank you Tiffins! Will deffo be ordering again soon

Took 2 hours after I ordered, delivery time got change 3 times

Disappointing . Chips tasted like cardboard and a week old . Jalfrezi wasn’t very nice no peppers in it , bahjees burnt . Not the best we’ve had from here tbh

Chips wasnt cooked properly and 1 of the chicken pieces in the korma was cold so i spat it out and didnt eat the rest. Not happy. A wasted meal.

Had a great meal with plenty of choice at a reasonable price.

Place was busy they had a birthday party in. There was plenty of staff on but most of the male staff seemed to just stay at the bar. The one female staff member was the only one that seemed to actually be bothered with the paying customers and fair play she was really good. Even though they had a full party in the trays were being taken and refilled quickly. Food was delicious and will be back again soon.

I have been coming to Tiffins for years with my family and every time has been a lovely experience. The staff are always friendly & welcoming and the food is amazing. The tables are always clean and the seating is really comfortable. I highly recommend visiting here!

All you can eat, always a challenge but I feel I happily rolled out of there. It's priced around the same as any other all you can eat, with the main brunt of expensive alcohol, but I've never been to an all you can eat where the alcohol isn't that pricey side, they gotta make the profit somewhere. Food was delicious, as always. Fresh and rotated where needed. The staff were polite and courteous, and it's always family friendly. There were always various options
