Good dishes and swift delivery.

The naan bread was inedible, chewy and cold. The starters were cold, there were chicken bones in 2 of the dishes. The jalfrazie was nice the butter chicken was really tasty but the chicken was not good. Would not order again

Food was good but delivery was 35 minutes late. Arrived almost two hours after ordering.

Shouldn’t have to wait 90mins from ordering to being delivered

Love the food but delivery is always too early or too late. Ordered at 1pm today for delivery at 7.30pm and it arrived at 6.25pm. Luckily we were back home. Once ordered for delivery at 7pm and it arrived at 9

Food arrived 2 hours after ordering. One hour and 20 minutes after expected delivery time. When chased i was given a new delivery time and order didn't arrive until 40 minutes after that time

I certainly would not be ordering again - over 2 and a half hours and numerous phone calls to chase up the mediocre food. ( the first food delivered after 2.5 hours wasn’t even our order ) Very disappointing considering the good recommendations we had before ordering. Such a shame

What can I say it came late and was someone elses order that I personally opened, Touched and was placing it in the oven before noticing the error. The driver was still outside so explained the error. He took it back and delivered it to someone else! Absolute madness that it was allowed to happen by any food standards. Tiffin tried to redeliver 30 mins later which I refused. Justeat didn't seem overly concerned. After many years ordering from this place that's 100% last order from myself.

Wasn't expecting much as I'd ordered before and it was okay but not amazing. Seems like they've improved because this was absolutely delicious. Took a little while to arrive, but still piping hot and beautifully cooked.

Ordered food 3 hours ago and still not here rang them 3 times they have said they are 10 mins away each time it’s a joke

Two hours to arrive and was cold

It says delivered but my food has never came

waited 45 mins for 3 things and my chicken has veins in it

Bhajis were dry and bland, no sauce provided Biryani

Food was good but stodgy. Could tell it had been left a while before being delivered, app also said it set off around 30 minutes before delivery (only an 8ish minute drive) meaning most of it was cold and stodgy

Ordered from here for a long time and food has slowly gotten worse, they often get orders wrong and all the food smells of prawns too like everything cooked in old oil. Lastly, I won’t order from here any more as I think it’s important business and people pay proper tax, and I don’t trust a business who’s card machine hasn’t worked for atleast over a year. Quite dodgy but I’m sure they have excuses. Stay clear.

i am sorry, but this is not biriyani that is being served. bland without salt and spice, no taste of biriyani at all. i know how difficult it is for restairants to have such a poor review and I would not if this atleast passed a minimum bench mark. the quantity was good but the taste was so flat.

The order was late by over 90 minutes. When I rang the restaurant the food was ready waiting to be delivered. It was still not delivered for a further 45 minutes and came cold.

cold starters, very disappointed

Ordered from here three times now, and the food is always delicious. I love their onion bhajis, they are best I've ever eaten. Delivery usually within an hour if not quicker, and would say this is our standard curry takeaway now.

Counted 5 pieces of chicken per curry 😂 Was more like a soup than a main meal. None of the food was good, wouldn't use again

Ordered last night on their app,they took the money turns out that it was shut tried to ring them today and won't accept the call!!!! What a joke that's our money not theirs why did it accept the order when it was shut!!!! I will be driving up their which is then my petrol I am wasting really pissed off!!!! Don't have. A takeaway if u cannot deal with the public and set the website up right now happy

I ordered the chicken korma and garlic naan with a can of coke. The chicken was okay, korma sauce was good and the garlic naan was so tasty. I might order from here in the future if I feel like it.

Really upset ordered delivery last week was great. Ordered again today and paid ordered delivery for them to ring and say no delivery but they had taken my money. Have to apply for refund. Very disappointed had to go fetch it paid delivery if you carnt deliver don't take my money. Hope it's good

Order took nearly nearly 2hrs to arrive ... cold when arrived. Disappointing and won't order again .

I usually enjoy tiffin food but I’m not sure if it’s changed it chef but my onion Bhaji was obviously microwaved within an inch of its life, stale and awful. The starter salad was so passed its sell by date the lettuce had gone brown and limp, and my lamb burns just tasted of oil of cloves, the stuff you put on a tooth ache!! Very disappointed, won’t be ordering there again.

so many Indian takeaways round gleadless never use this one, no onion salad sent and three sauce pots for the poppadoms when two pickle trays were ordered then told to wait twenty mins whilst everyone had poppadoms on plates, after eating dry poppadoms open the mains to out of the 3 rice's we'd ordered there was one to distribute between 6. my wife called to ask and the horrible bloke on the other side shouted you should of checked before. pretty sure that's his job before it leaves!!

I enjoyed my meal but gutted that mint sauce and salad was missing.

can't comment on the cold food that arrived after a 2hr wait. and 14 phone calls. Would try somewhere else if you're hungry

Used to love this place for takeaway but last night we rang up and ordered food was still lovely but prices have gone through the roof - onion bhaji, chicken chaat, sweet prawn puri, chicken saag, mushroom rice and garlic naan £29.00 with the 10% discount for collection- no salad or sauce with starters which are normally included. Garlic naan hardly tasted of garlic, rest of food was good. My partner queried the price at the time and was told it was correct - the big price list above counter had gone and no takeaway menus available. I did a quick check on just eat - my prawn puri wasn’t listed so can’t tell exactly normally price on just eat are slightly inflated came to £27.30 without the puri. Normally our order is Chicken chaat prawn puri lamb madras, 2 other curries and 2 garlic naans and used to come to approx £28. Dread to think what it would be now and not going to find out as they have priced us out. Just found the menu we picked up last time and the price then was £22.65 without the 10% discount for collection so all in all it has gone up approximately £7

Waited an hour and 45 minutes for delivery, everything cold , onion bhaji chewy , chicken tikka hard and inedible , poppadoms crushed to bits .AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Been ordering from these since it started but sadly the customer service has dropped severely. Should have had a delivery within an hour, was closer to two hours, took two phone calls to chase up. No mint sauce or salad with the onion bhajis. Standards have dropped prices have gone up and I won’t be using again. Someone better deserves my custom.

Waited over a hour and half. Opened my meat dish and there was a hair on top. Didn’t eat it and put me off eating the rice and dry naan bread

The lamb madras was nice but my veg curry was made with a bag of cheap frozen vegetables & tinned mushrooms which I’ve never known this from an Indian I expected fresh vegetables used. Very disappointed.

First time ordering from here. Ordered via UberEats, got a call from the takeaway saying I needed to pay the driver and that he was going to cancel the order with Uber. Order gets cancelled by the takeaway I wait an hour and the food does show up I then pay the driver a higher amount than was originally given on Uber and as it was now quite late didn’t want to refuse to pay the amount. I have now found that they said it was my fault it was cancelled with Uber and I still have to pay via Uber, the total amount currently being charged to me is over £110 which is absolutely ridiculous, I’ve tried filing complaints with Uber and they have said nothing we can do, I won’t be coming back here!

Tried tiffin for the first time tonight and we have definitely found our new favourite Indian. The chicken pakora is to die for, and the curries were incredible! Everything was very fresh and came still hot, delivery was really fast too. Thanks for a lovely meal, can’t wait for the next

Everything cooked to perfection, pleasant staff/delivery. We don't have takeaways on a regular basis but will definitely be ordering from here when we do.

That was one of the best Indian takeaways I’ve ever had in Sheffield. So tasty, fresh, hot. The korma was spot on, as was the masala. Chicken was perfectly cooked. Delivered really fast too by Aziz who was friendly, funny and efficient. Genuinely looking forward to ordering from here again.

Brilliant food. It was refreshing to order more traditional flavoured curries rather than your bog standard. Great portion sizes and delivery was on time. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you.

Very nice food, decent delivery time too

Don't order from here if you're wanting a nice vegetarian dish! First time ordering I ordered a vegetable bhuna which consisted of a bhuna sauce with frozen mixed veg. Like you would buy from a supermarket. The dish is described as vegetables served with tomato and peppers. There was one tiny piece of green pepper and no tomato. When I rang the takeaway to give them some feedback I was informed that next time I need to ask for fresh tomatoes and peppers to be included in the dish. I accept that as a vegetarian my options are sometimes limited but this is very poor. My husband's chicken dish was also of poor quality. The starter was nice, bhajis samosa and aloo chop. That's why they get one star.

Food came 45 mins late after 5 phone calls to the restaurant when the food got here it was cold, I showed the driver he didn’t care neither did the people on the phone.

Absolutely beautiful food. The tikka misalliance is so nice. It’s sweet, creamy and delicious. The onion Bhajis are perfected. I will not order from anywhere else now I’ve found this place. The yoghurt sauce is unique and also very flavoursome. My only want would be more meat in the masala.

After waiting for over an hour I was very disappointed in my curry as the lamb was fatty and could not eat it. Chips were cold and the poppadoms had a funny taste. I will not be ordering from here again.

We were very disappointed in our delivery tonight, the food was only luke warm and only got 1 prawn in our balti plaza. The nan breads were dry and tough and no cheese on the cheesy nan. Not happy after waiting well over an hour.

Possibly the best curry iv ever had and the portion for the price was very decent full of flavour full of meat and each individual curry had its own taste not like some tasting the same 10/10 for me deffo be ordering again top quality

Food always tasty but takes way too long for delivery

Delivery was on time as ordered in advance. However me and my partner ordered 2 separate dishes and both tasted the same. Very the base of tomatoe and not curry. I ordered a starter that tasted of that too. Never again sorry. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but just a basic curry I’d cook at home

I don't usually write reviews but my experience of this take away was second to none. I ordered online as I was made fully aware of the wait time I ordered early firstly it arrived on time. The unfortunate thing was that lamb was sent instead of chicken my recollection of this is that I would have ordered chicken as one of us does not eat lamb. We rang to explain they could not have been more helpful without any hesitation they replace the 2 meals. Our meal was delivered quickly and was delicious The onion bahjis are the best We have ordered from Tiffin before and our experience was that the food was good We will definitely be ordering again

Food good, promised delivery within the hour. Had to ring them after 1hr 20mins, then took another 10mins. Had to argue with delivery guy as charged for delivery (we live well within the free delivery area and was spending over £12). Even told him to take the food away before he relented and took the delivery charge off. First time we had used Tiffin and will probably be the last if they pull strokes like this, plus someone else advised us that they never deliver on time. 😐

First time we've ordered . We ordered the chicken tandoori main. .(two huge pieces of chicken on the bone ) Lamb methi , chicken Masala, with all the sundries Was recommend.from a friend to try here . The food was absolutely beautiful ! Everything I ordered was tasty piping hot.. well presented I've got to say it ... the best take away curry we have had for a long time I really don't think I'll go else where for a takeaway and believe me we have had far to many delivery disappointments ! 10/10 guys B e a u t I f u l

Nice tasting food but where is the meat.... if you pay the money it is only fair that you get a fair portion of meat in your food not 4 or 5 bits of it in the whole curry

Great place. It was recommended to me by a friend as I am not from the area. The food was piping hot on delivery and tasted amazing. Try the Kothu with chicken. Very unique dish. I have not seen this dish in other Indian restaurants or take away. Give it a try.
