Terrible service, ignorant staff, an charged us more then what was on the menu and only said “it’s gon up”

Delivery was fast. Burger was pretty good! Not the best, but decent enough. Chips were mediocre and don’t waste your time on the brownies, you get 3 bite sized chunks that are from Costco, with a teaspoon of ice cream and sauce. Not worth the cost, far from it.

Such a great restaurant, ordered from here countless times, yummy and hot food, quick delivery and the delivery person is always so friendly no matter who comes. Thanks!

Cookihut is really reliable. Their food is consistently delicious, very quickly delivered and always still hot when delivered, and the drivers are always really friendly!

Pizza was under cooked dough was still floppy, chips and nuggets were nice and garlic bread had a strange texture

Frappe container was split and leaked all over chocolate waffle

Had some great takeaways from here but this was poor. I live less than a mile away but it took 15 mins from the notification to say the driver was on the way. Chips were cold and soggy, garlic bread was soggy, ordered 20 chicken nuggets but got 8. I’ve requested a refund from Just Eat.

Smash Burgers great as always, tried a cookie pie this time and it did not disappoint, great taste and decent portion!

the milkshake came all busted open so mu cookie was soggy so i couldn’t eat it and I lost a milkshake as it had leaked all over the bag ☹️

Absolutely terrible, we ordered a wrap, natcho burger and curly fries. The wrap had no flavour and all I could taste is the bread, the burger was burnt so much it was hard to cut and the fries was stale. I really wanted to find a great burger place like munchies but with extra options but I can't wait to get this out of my body

The Philly cheese chicken was absolutely divine and definitely shot it's way to the top of best menu item

collected the waffle which was meant to be ready at 20:20 but was ready for collection about 2 minutes after order which shows it wasn’t fresh made, which is also backed up by the fact it was cold after a 5 minute walk home even when it’s over 20 degrees. barley any sauce or kinder bueno was even on the waffle

Ordered a cookies and cream frappe. It came half full and it was just ice and milk. I also order a chicken and BBQ wrap which has lettuce in it. It had barely any lettuce and had 2 scrappy pieces of chicken.

chilli con carne pizza was very disappointing, it wasn't chilli con carne it was just chilli sauce with a bit of minced beef on top 😒

Delivery driver was so good, a credit to who he works for

Order arrived on time however had a missing item. When phoned up to tell them, the man assured me he’d put it in, but obviously we didn’t have it so not sure where he’d put it 🤷 felt like he was accusing me of lieing. Eventually he agreed to bring another burger but the attitude of delivery was disgusting. No apology , when had to all eat separate. Never had a bad meal food always class. Just feel let down by the service tonight.

Excellent delivery. However we ordered wraps for the first time and they were tiny! Basically one chicken select with Mayo and lettuce in one (smaller than a mini wrap from kfc!) and a donner wrap with 3 strips of donner meat on!

Mistakenly put the wrong address for delivery and deliverer had no issue coming to the right address. Food was still warm & spot on, probably the best burger I’ve had in a very very long time…..customer service is unmatched, driver was ever so lovely and didn’t make me feel bad about the wrong address.

Not sure how this place has so many good reviews but I can’t say the same given the garbage I got. The 1/2lb chicken burger was stone cold, and that wasn’t chicken it was processed and cheap. Also not sure how you can charge £14 for the 12oz smashed burger meal and have zero cheese on the burger? It was so dry I didn’t finish it. I thought give them a go given the good reviews as I was passing by, total waste of £20 and my cheat meal for the weekend. Wouldn’t recommend at all if u want a burger.

Bang on time ! Food was amazing wasn’t sure about the chips having spice on them as didn’t say that on the menu so think they need to add one with plain chips as my kids didn’t like them! The cookie dough was amazing !!! All fresh and still hot when arrived.

Overall really good the only thing is that one of the pizzas on the menu it said it had ground beef but when it arrived it didn’t have any but apart of that it was all good

Really disappointed with our food after reading positive reviews. We tried here for the first time but the burgers were really bland and had no flavour as if there was no seasoning, felt like our order was not worth the money we paid. Very over priced at almost £10 for a basic burger, side of fries and can of Pepsi. Cookie dough was nice though and came with a tub of ice cream.

Chicken wings are coated and deep fried , but burgers are top notch. Sort your chicken wings . Oh and the Sundae- gorgeous . X

First disappointing order I’ve had from here. The food was going cold and had sweated in the packaging. The chips were undercooked too. I live one mile away and, from the notification that it was on its way to the time it was actually delivered was over 25 minutes. From the quality, it seems my order was sat in the car this whole time. Hopefully a blip but it was poor tonight.

We ordered quite a lot but our chips where ruined and both our milkshakes had leaked all over the chips leaving around half of each left but apart from £20 down the drain the pizza and burger was nice and the cookie dough was banging

Food was brilliant but i placed a order for a half pound cheese burger but recieved a quarter pound cheese burger. Chips had salt on them even though i said no salt. Qulaity was great just didnt get the right order and too late to sort it out.

Smash burger patties were very dry and plonked on the bottom together with no cheese in between, and then a mountain of lettuce above and a minuscule amount of cheese above the lettuce, just not constructed very well. Peri salted chips were nice. Good delivery too, would order from here again but just not the smash burger.

Great food. Quite pricy which lets it down. The cheesy burger is very cheesy as described, personally a bit sickly towards the last couple of bites. Finished it though! Waffle was great but only 1 scoop of ice cream included. Chips were soft and limp when arrived.

This takeaway is usually spot on! This is the first disappointing one I’ve had an hope it’s just a blip. The burger was great as always but the sides seemed like they’d been kept warm as they had sweated a bit and the chips were floppy and missing their usual paprika seasoning. I probably ordered at a busy time on a Saturday evening.

Food normally brilliant but this time it come and was missing items so contacted restaurant and they sorted it but some of the food come and it was cold, the doner meat was grilled and burnt and cold and so was the chips

ordered within last ten minutes of closing but they still accepted and brought it within ten minutes, amazing food as always couldnt recommend enough!

Firstly I received chips and cheese sauce as a £7.50 meal, when I called to let them Know they did bring me the donner meat that was missing from my order (by which time the rest of my food was cold) however the donner meat brought was over cooked, covered in grease and smelt like it was off, will not be ordering again I can honestly say it’s the worst food I’ve received and it went in the bin

Weve ordered from here quite alot and its been outstanding food! Unfortunately tonight it was horrid, cold pizza, cold chips. Pizza tasted funny first time its been horrible. Hopefully wont have another problem like that again :(
