Good food here and cooked quick. Good service too.

Took 1 hour and 50 minutes from order to door. The kebab was cold. The cheese on the chips seemed like it was going back into its refridgerated state. Forgot my partners sauce for the kebab. Attempted to call back over ten times to complain but the line was busy and voicemails full.

Lovely service and super good food. Why is the rating so low?.

Amazing service, huge quantity of food and value for money, very quick service and comparing to prices down the south west amazing! 100% would recommend!

Burgers and kebabs are pretty good but the chips are not to my liking and delivery can take a very long time.

Have ordered from here regularly and after tonight I won't be ordering again, I didn't want confrontation but the manager was aggressive shouting down the phone to me after I called to say the food received was not satisfactory and tasted awful and off, the manager really needs to realise being aggressive will get him no where have reported further

This place used to be an excellent kebab, really good value for money however, the last couple times I’ve ordered it has been appalling and hardly any salad, mainly onion and the tiniest dried up pitta bread. I was a regular customer but I certainly won’t be ordering from them any more. Bit of a rip off tbh.

Been here a handful of times for a Donor wrap. The meat is so dry and is low quality. Definitely not expected when you pay over £7.50 for it.

Really friendly staff and arguably the best pizza I have eaten and a fraction of the price of dominoes too. We had the chicken fillet burger and two portions of chips and everything was fresh and enjoyable. Definitely be back.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID Incredibly slow service, I was waiting 20 mins waiting for ONE LAMB SHISH KEBAB. 4 employees working there and while I was waiting for my food 3/4 were making their own meals for their break, which I have no problem with but shouldn't customers be served first? No other customers in the shop except for me, so I should have received my order quickly. The food was falling out the ** very thin** pitta bread two bites in. The meat was hard and the salad was mediocre. Absolutely would not recommend❗❗❗

Avoid if you can.. the kebab was disgusting like it had been sat there for days.. was so hard so inedible really not that there was much meat anyway was just all salad tbh and even that wasnt nice. Waste of money go elsewhere.

Is just a brilliant place the pizzas are fantastic and the place is so clean I could lick the floor and be perfectly fine, the service is unmatched if you ask for no onions you'll get no onions. and this place is just a great place all round

Worst takeout around here now. Classic case of becoming too popular so I no longer care about my customers. Chips were hard and salty although asking for it to be plain. Asked for no sauce on the food, came smothered. Called to complain, guy told me it was a busy night so the boys can’t read each request properly. We are talking about instructions written where allergies are noted. Supposed it was eaten and there was a severe allergic reaction. Food arrived an hour and an half after being order. Absolute disgrace.

Popped in for doner meat and chips. Food was lovely, plenty of drinks to choose from. Staff were very friendly and the place felt nice and clean.

Picked our food up everything was cold. Chips was like they had been cooked about 6 times. Had a portion of chips missing from out order went back up there to get a refund and they said they have a policy where they wasn’t allowed to give us one back as we picked our food up Absolutely disgrace last time we will be using them

Ordered last week and was inedible, tried again tonight thinking it was a bad night and the food was absolutely terrible. Chips the easiest thing to cook were like Last weeks chips refried (used to be the best takeaway around) Will never eat there again, when I called to advise them if the terrible food they weren’t even bothered and just wanted to get off the phone

Kebab is SUPER greasy and gristly. Cheesecake is frozen. All of it is overpriced and low quality. Never again.

Waited over an hour for delivery. When food did arrive it was cold, chips burnt yet somehow chewy! Usually really nice kebab shop but last nights order was horrendous

Always an amazing service. Ordered this evening, delivered super fast. Miscommunication about separate sauce, phoned to tell them and they sent fresh kebabs straight out to Ludgershall. The grandkids and us tried to demolish the generous portions. Delicious as always. Thank you guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Large mixed donner and chips, garlic sauce, cheese and a garlic bread. All the time, everytime.

I ordered from here not last night but the night before for me and my sister and we both woke up with food poisoning the next morning and it’s not just us a few of our mate have had food poisoning from there as well

The food came stone COLD and inedible !!! And I phone up straight away !!! And was told to place it in the microwave!!!! Plus on the phone I was told I was drunk !! ( I don’t drink!!) I just wanted to feed my family….. quick and easy tonight …. As a treat !!!!! BUT IT WAS THAT BAD I GIVE IT TO MY DOG AND SHE WENT TO BED HUNGRY AS WELL!!!!!

Bought their special chicken shish. Not only is it absolutely delicious but well presented! Fries are so tasty, fresh and crisp and as for the chat grilled chicken it's to die for. Well worth the money.

I ordered through just eat the food was 40 mins late and when I had rang to make sure the order had gone through ok the guy on the phone was down right rude.

Haven't received the order I've paid for. Can't get through on the phone, no answer, no answer phone available! Not impressed

Absolutely DISGUSTING how a couple of months ago you could order a special kebab delivered from here for £13 including the delivery fee , food ain't great standard at best but limited here Now minimum order of £15 and £4 delivery, so to get food it's now £19 minimum, even though they multiply the deliveries so probably making £60 an hour minimum off each of the drivers alone lol absolute GREED at a time when everyone is struggling as it is

Prices and quality of food is criminal

I was with my friend today evening. One of the man shouted at my friend. My Frind just hear his shout and come out polity from the his shop. Very very rude man work here, I will think twice to go there again.

I was waiting after ordering special kabab. The rude unname man on my way and shouted at me. His complain was I am too loud on the phone, however I keep listening his shouting and did not response anything, later I have asked her name politely but he refuse to mention. I have order 3 pitha bread and found 2 on my takeout. I asked for deliver or pay money back but refuse both.

Went in and ordered this evening. One of the worst takeaways we've had from there. Chicken burger so dry I couldn't bite through. Chips clearly not fresh- dry and soggy. Disappointed! Will not be returning there again.

Not been here in years, but as our normal kebab House has gone down hill, we have been trying different places. This was good chicken kebab and burgers, chili sauce was great too. Will come back here .

Food is nice.. ordered a medium chicken shish kebab it was definitely a small!! But I was nice. Pizza was good too. But no idea what you put in the food because every time I eat from here the next day my belly is doing kick flips and I can't run to the toilet quick enough!

Great kebabs for that occasional treat

Best pizza around, way better than domino's! Chips are also amazing and generous portions. The only fault would be the garlic mayo, it's quite earthy and minty which once ruined my chips. Pizzas used to be 2 for 1 but aren't now so it's a bit more expensive but what can you expect from a kebab house which is one of the last remaining places on earth to stock apple tango!? 🤩 Love this place

I ordered pizza and chips and recieved the confirmation email, waited over an hour then rang them and was told my food was on its way which it wasn't, to then find out 30 mins later the order apparently didn't go through even though I had the email confirming that it had, bad customer service

The service was somewhat slow and at least one member of the staff has no clue how to treat customers politely. Disappointed

Very nice. Massive potions, good value for money and the staff are nice too. If you want a kebab it’ll definitely hit the spot, but my personal favourite are their pizzas!

Been waiting over an hour for my food to arrive. Have tried to ring the takeaway over 20 times and no my phone calls won't go through as if the phone had been taken off the hook. Extremely disappointed. I only live 2 mins down the road

Ordered chicken burger and onion rings gave them ten pounds and got no change didn’t even get my onion rings! Not worth the wait!

Cold pizza, cold chips and for £5 a tray of a hundred cold mushrooms in grease! I live 2 minutes away so it wasn't the journey that froze it all again. Worst takeaway I have ever had!

Order system is confusing so ended up getting two kebabs with so much different sauce they were almost inedible at that point

Waited an hour and a half to receive a cold kebab and apparently it’s I’m expecting too much to expect my food to be hot!!! Don’t bother, food is average and customer service is nonexistent!!!!

Tasty big portions fast service

Placed an order for 2 pepperoni pizzas, hardly any pepperoni on them. Also ordered a chicken doner wrap special (in description there was no mention of chips), most of the box was made up of chips with a thin top layer of stringy rubbery chicken and the taste was horrendous! Also asked for 2x cans of fosters and I was given 2 cans of EFFS Draft Beer. On pointing this out to the delivery driver who calls his boss I am told “they have supply issues due to the virus they haven’t got any Fosters so substituted it” with something they do not show on there web page, and claimed it’s really good and others like it, the wife took 1 drink and the rest was poured away as clearly it’s nothing like what we asked for again (Draft beer isn’t a replacement for a lager drink). All in all I won’t be ordering from here again, the food was below sub standard And they make changes to the order without checking with the customer first. Strongly encourage others to avoid as well.

Ordered a large mixed kebab with chicken and lamb donner. When it arrived i noticed it was just donnor without any chicken. I phoned up to enquire and they said they ran out of chicken. I asked for a refund because it wasnt correct was told to stop being awkward. Very rude. Very inconsiderate. Will not go again. Donner kebab was low quality.

Food is great and pretty cheap, and delivery is always fast BUT I don't think I've ever received the correct order. They always always always forget something!!! It's ridiculous.

Order was two hours late. So three hours in total after order. Which in current situation I can be sympathetic of. But they changed themselves to closed on their website. And turned their phones to voice mail. So after two hours we tried to call. And concluded after many attempts to get in contact thay they had taken the money and ceased service for the day. So we ordered dominoes. Some time later They show up with our pizza (not great tasting anyway). And ten mins later dominoes turns up. Wasted money and ended up ordered and paying for two dinners.

Pepperoni passion (large) Half of my slices had 2 bits of pepperoni and the rest had 1 bit of pepperoni. Ordered at the till stood waiting and when I asked how long it would be turns out it was ready they just didn’t shout out my order. Not the place if you want a pizza. Haven’t tried their other food so can’t comment on that. If you want fast food try somewhere else.

I like the rio drink it settled in my stomach (helped my ibs). Ordered pizza not realises it had pork and boss man chucked a cheeky pork free pizza no charge. Recommend highly #ilovemybossman

Would not even rate this place edible, don’t waste your money. Ordered this evening to receive cold food and rock hard chips. Chicken wrap would not even call it that, looked like the neighbours cat cooked up 🐈 all grease and gristle. I dread to think how I may feel in a few hours after eating few mouthfuls. The one star is purely because I have to!! Oh and it also took a million years to arrive!! Thank local kebab you out done yourself this payday weekend 👌👍
