Tidworth Fast Food in Wiltshire

Shocking delivery, hour and 10 mins late. Chased twice & told it'll be fresh food, it was luke warm food and soggy wrap. Save moey and go to sultans at the legion!!!!

I think the use of ‘fast food’ could be challenged under trading standards. Nearly a 2hr wait for food,!! Keep being told ‘it’s on its way’.

We ordered takeaway and it was fab! The meat was well cooked and they have the best crunchy chips ever!! Just need a loyalty card and I'd be over the moon!

I can’t emphasise how bad these kebabs are. Went back a second time just in case first visit was one off but no, still poor. The chips are over cooked & on one occasion tasted really bad. The chicken is cheap meat & greasy, the lamb is dried out and likely has been cooked & then kept a very long time. Avoid.

I ordered a lot of food for my staff new year get together and they delivered amazing pizzas, kabab meats chips etc all hot and perfect thank you very much from the Queens Head in Ludgershall

After seeing the bad reviews of the tidworth kebab house I was hesitant of coming however , the minute I walked through the door I was greeted by H with a lovely smile and amazing customer service . I only had a portion of chips but they were the best portion of chips I had ever had !! The chilli sauce was to die for ! With a wide range of cold drinks to select from I was simply spoilt for choice ! The food all round was just impeccable, very hot and cooked in plain sight you couldn’t see how fresh and how much care the kebab house take to ensuring that your food is up to an outstanding standard! I would highly recommend , there’s something on the menu for everyone !

Tidworth Kebab House used to have amazing service - hot, fresh food in under an hour, even through the height of the pandemic. Lately it has taken over an hour for mediocre meals and you have to constantly call to remind them of your order. Tonight our order has taken well over an hour and a half and required two calls to prompt them. The first call was 15 minutes after our expected delivery time and we were told it would be an additional 20 minutes. The second call was 30 minutes after that expected arrival time. It's really sad to see a local business lower their standards like this. We will not be returning and can only hope they raise their game in the future.

Whenever I find a kebab shop, I always keep a small bit till the morning. If this piece of meat is covered in FAT, then I will never go back, as the kebab is not cooked properly. The Tidworth Kebab House not only cooks everything to perfection, they are also so welcoming. I now go there on a regular basis.

Food was descusting i called up to ask for them to redo some please never spend money with them dont make same mistake as me if u want a easy night in no cooking this is not the place to order from u get bad food n no care for what they feeding you NEVER EAT FROM HERE NASTY FOOD RUDE PEOPLE

The food was 15 minutes late and was freezing cold. I called to get a new one sent as that was unacceptable. guy on phone said it would be another 40 minutes. wasn’t good enough as we already waited too long and he got aggressive on the phone, Told me he won’t be bringing another one and hung up on me. will never use this again. they also got my order wrong.

Placed an order for 2 pepperoni pizzas, hardly any pepperoni on them. Also ordered a chicken doner wrap special (in description there was no mention of chips), most of the box was made up of chips with a thin top layer of stringy rubbery chicken and the taste was horrendous! The only 2 items that were good was the cheesy chips and the cheese burger (can’t get them wrong at least). Also asked for 2x cans of fosters and I was given 2 cans of EFFS Draft Beer. On pointing this out to the delivery driver who calls his boss I am told “they have supply issues due to the virus they haven’t got any Fosters so substituted it” with something they do not show on there web page, and claimed it’s really good and others like it, the wife took 1 drink and the rest was poured away as clearly it’s nothing like what we asked for again (Draft beer isn’t a replacement for a lager drink). All in all I won’t be ordering from here again, the food was below sub standard And they make changes to the order without checking with the customer first. Strongly encourage others to avoid as well.

Terrible service! Ordered a delivery on tuesday, it was nearly an hour late! They forgot our drinks. Said he would go get them, he never returned! Stole my money! I called, phone has been engaged since Tuesday. I sent message and they finally delivered our drinks today (Thursday). And guess what, wrong drinks! I sent another message and all they said was 'enjoy'! Shocking shocking company, very poor service. Over priced kebab food! Disgusting! Will never use this place again. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Have used periodically over the last 3 years of being in the area. Up until 2019 it was very hit and miss, more often taking over an hour and a half to delivery approximately a mile. Typically would be stone cold on arrival, I only have lettuce so cant comment on the rest of the salad, but yellow bordering brown lettuce seems pretty standard, not my preferred way to have lettuce (maybe it's a green/yellow vs yellow and brown spotted kinda thing). If ordering more than one thing expect to eat separately from loved ones or friends, it's the true wagamams experience here! Into 2019, I have ordered maybe 5 times to date. Each time has been... erm an experience? Or maybe ordeal summaries it better. Cold food, half orders and incredibly rude staff. Tonight compelled me to leave a review, after an order arriving half complete. The driver approached the door already apologising for the partial order stating to call the shop. I called and was initially advised in a friendly manner 10 minutes, which I was fine with... 35 minutes on I called again to find out the where abouts of things. I was advised it was on the way (hold in mind I am about a mile away). 1 hour on i called, still friendly but a little more firmly mannered as to where the rest of my order was, the guy on the phone hung up at this point after confirming my address and missing items. From personal experience - Do not have delivery, even if you are fortunate to not have yesterdays returned microwave reheats, it will take more time to deliver than you walking there - Do not pay by card! Unless you want to raise a Chargeback through your bank as they will not refund you any failing - Thoroughly inspect your order before paying. And I mean thoroughly, i have had things I am allergic to in my order, things I never ordered, things I did order but wasnt expecting to be decomposing between bread - Do not expect any form of customer service after payment is taken Before I would advise people to use at their own risk and manage expectation, over the last 6-9 months I would advise just to not eat there at all. Rude, beyond poor service and 80% of the time beyond acceptable food (if you even get it)

Called kebab tonight Didn't here a clear answer on phone Asked if that was the kebab shop And got abused by some thug. Sadly never again. Please remember You are serving the public Do you even wish to have a business?

Mixed kebab was cold and very dry( most was burnt) and for some reason very salty, won’t be going again and people save your money and go elsewhere

We ordered the first time from Tidworth Kebab in two weeks, the first order came with cheese despite having a milk intolerance and stating this on the order. When I called I got someone saying well I didn't send an incorrect order, customer service was poor. The second time I ordered, thinking that mistakes happen, they incorrectly delivered AGAIN.... I tried phoning but phone lines were permanently engaged, I then get a phone call back after reordering to say we don't deliver just the (reorder again), I explained the situation and got a reply but we don't just deliver this item..... No customer service and it's a shame because they used to be good.

I am so disappointed guys, I have been using your delivery service for a few months now and it has rapidly gone down hill. Tonight, the cheese burger was dry and cold, the cheese stuck to the top of bap bit not on the burger; so obviously put on as an after thought, the top of the burger bun burnt. The pitta for special kebab, didn't even feel like it had been heated, the meat for the doner, not the best and that's being kind.. We ate the coleslaw and I drank the wine though.. Shame the kids didn't have the pudding to munch despite being charged for it !!! Suffice to say, will be using alternative delivery takeaways

I have used this shop 10 times in the 2 years I’ve lived here! It’s the only takeaway I will eat in Tidworth. Been the only kebab shop in Tidworth these could be forgiven for having high prices and low quality. However, it’s the complete opposite they are really reasonably priced and the food is brilliant! I ordered some food on their easy online service like I have 9 other times. This time I made a mistake and clicked collection, after 30 minutes they called me ( I had already payed online. They had my money, they could of waited until I called them and told me to collect) after telling them it was a mistake they delivered my food 10 minutes later! It was piping hot and even though it was my mistake they still even added a little chocolate slice. Brilliant service!

I’ve had been here a few times now. More because of the convenience of local then anything else. The service is normally quick and the kebabs are actually ok. Seating of around 6 tables inside. I have however noticed each time cone the prices seem to creep up.

Pedí allí en mayo. El kebab era horrible, seco y casi sin carne. La pizza de ajo estaba ahogando en grasa, la carne de hamburguesa estaba seco y el coslaw ensalada fue uno puede comprar en Tesco. . . Nunca le de la orden de nuevo

Had my last food from here this week , my god it's gone downhill big time , the kebab I had was not worth the money at all , best advice I can give anyone is go elsewhere, but each to there own as for me this was the last straw , the meat in the kebab was well under done the salad was well was there any ? It was pants , so for this traveler I will never set foot in there again

Very good food, from pizza, SF Chicken and brilliant Kebabs, and their cabbage salad is the best I've had!

Tidworth Kebab House cooks vegetarian products with meat. Disgusting! Rude staff didn't give a sh1t.

Have to say straight away on how much this place has gone down hill that it is almost at the bottom, had two kebabs from here and both where awful , will not b going back for me it's hit a all time low , it's a pity our forces have to put up with this kind of fast food , so in a word people this place is and has its day and it needs to sort it self out

Have ordered take-away from here on several occasions. Tasty, plentiful food...sometimes a little too much if your eyes are bigger than your stomach like mine!

Sometimes the food is lovely. Other times its skanky af. It's good cheap junk food and great for hangovers or if you fancy a binge. If your wanting 5* food then obvs don't order a kebab 😂

Good food reasonable prices. 2 for 1 pizza deal well worth it. Kebabs and burgers well made and always well cooked. Thankyou

We have been using these for years and were very good however lately very disappointed with missing food from our orders..rushed and bit rude on the phone. Maybe time for a change!.

OK, I get it.. you're expectations aren't particularly high if you come to this kind of place. There are better choices in Tidworth, and this place just isn't to my liking.

£10.50 for two courses. Choice of Lamb Beef or Chicken. We had the Lamb, came with carrots cauliflower & green beans all fresh. Gravy & cheese sauce. Choice of lots of puds, we had Cinnamon Apple crumble. Lovely helpful staff. Definitely recommend & going back for more.

Disappointingordered food given 20 mins to wait, turn up after 5 and it's ready waiting! Get home it's cold and soggy go back for fresh food et home and it's still soggy and tasteless with chicken full of fat. Awful. Never again.

Rude very rude ...I had no idea I was caspa the friendly ghost.Will never return. Stood there for 5 mins and ignored then a female walks in and is served before me then I am still ignored WOW JUST WOW

We ordered a take away from this place, we have been regular clients since it opened despite the fact that they always mess up our order. This time however, the staff were rude and refused to correct our order. The manager was insulting and then hung up on my wife. We will not use them ever again and encourage everyone else to avoid it at all costs.
