Half hour late and items missing. Chili sauce thinner than dish water and unusable! When rang all they said was they were busy this evening!! Not their usual!!!! Not happy at all!! Expected better!!

Despite double checking the order and confirming it on the telephone everything was wrong! Chips were not fresh and they were like eating cardboard. Won’t be going back anytime soon!

I ordered a chicken shish kebab and the photo was advertising chicken , rice and salad and i never received the salad. i rang them and they said rice doesn’t come with it but why they hell do you put a picture advertising rice with that box and also have a option when ordering ‘extra rice’ so surely you should already get rice… payed £16 for a box of chicken with onion and lettuce ?

Fir the second time in a row, I've been really disappointed with the mixed kebab I got. The meat wasn't cooked properly and tasted almost raw and rubbery, especially the lamb, which was so tough it was hard to chew. The chop was dry and not at all enjoyable. The Donner was just as bad dry, tasteless, and really not up to scratch. I ended up throwing the whole thing in the bin again. This is really not okay, especially since I've ordered from here before and expected better. If this is the standard now, I'm not sure I'll be ordering again.

The people in there are extremely friendly and kind as well as giving amazing hopsitality and food making it a great place to be a regular at 💯

I went for a chicken shish kebab which was presented in a tray container with one pitta bread and some side salad. As is common these days I found the chicken to be a little bit overcooked for my liking but the salad and chilli sauce were all very nice.

Easy to order online. Friendly staff when you go to pick your order up and good quality food and a reasonable price. 100% recommend.

Amazing food! Ordered from here tonight, the food came quickly and the quality was amazing! I savoured every mouthful, but was defeated before the end as the portions were huge! Will definitely be back!

I was blown away by the amazing food and atmosphere in the place. Very professional but also friendly and the young man who answered the phones was very polite helpful and overall an astonishing young man with a bright future ahead of him. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a nice meal.

Second time ordering here, delicious pizza and chicken. It's been a long time since I've really enjoyed a pizza from a take away and these pizzas ticked the boxes for me!

Mixed Grill - I just had this to ight and it was absolutely delicious 😋 It's now under new management and I could not fault this at all very good food, hot, tasted fresh, well seasoned 👍🏼👍🏼

Kebab meat very dry and not edible, was stone cold

Worst kebabs I've come across in Yorkshire. Absolute minimum effort was put into it. About a thimble of sauce, no salad and pittas not cut.

I recently visited Tickhill Charcoal Grill and was blown away by the excellent service and delicious food. The owner was incredibly friendly and polite, and the burger and fries I ordered were cooked to order and tasted nice. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a takeaway option in the area. Perfect to accompany watching the world cup in the car whilst parked up.

Overall the food was nice. The chicken was absolutely delicious. The delivery was fast and the man could not have been nicer. The reason I gave it 2 stars is because unfortunately the styrofoam container the chips came in had melted/ scarred from hot oil and chips (a mistake that is easily made, particularly if there is new staff). This is a health hazard and we couldn’t eat the chips as the entire container was like this. We don’t often get a takeaway and was sad to not be able to eat the chips! Hopefully a one-time mistake — I will ring them as well to let the know for future orders.

Website and printed menu advise open on a Monday. It's not today. A simple message on your phone line would help with customer service.

Duplicated our pizzas when we ordered 2 different ones. Forgot our chips. Not amazing food. Unhelpful on the phone so won't bother with them again.

We've used tickhill grill for 2 or 3 years now and I can honestly say we have never had a bad meal. The food always arrives quickly, is hot and good portion sizes of consistent quality, best takeaway around by far.

We was regular customers here, ordered from here over 20 times last few times we've had missing items from our order or they've sent the wrong things. When ordered the man is extremely rude, not helpful at all and just puts the phone down! Ordered BBQ Pizza (That was ok no problems), also ordered Lasagna&Chips with Salad. Food came chips were missing, rang them up he said no problem will send them out... Only for a call back stating adamantly it is either chips or salad and I choose salad. He wasn't having any of it he was right and put the phone down! Proof of what was ordered! VERY RUDE! AVOID!

Ordered Chicken Shish Kofte Kebab, absolute shocking quality meat. Disappointed is an understatement! Looked nothing like the photos they have on there menu. Tickhill take aways need to source better quality meat Instead Of buying the cheapest of the cheap ingredients and charging a fortune for the grub. This place will never see another penny from me.
