He estado aquí varias veces cuando asistía al hospital Royal Free enfrente. La comida está bien, no hay nada que gritar. Lo bueno es que puede tener una oferta de comida que incluye la cena y el desayuno.

Este es el restaurante del Premier Inn donde nos alojamos, aunque desde el exterior da la apariencia de ser un restaurante independiente. Hacen un trato de comida por 26. 95 que permite una cena de 2 platos y desayuno. La comida es muy buena y ofrecen un excelente desayuno estilo buffet. En general, es un valor excelente. . . .

Este es el restaurante del hotel Premier Inn. La forma en que se establece por separado del hotel da la impresión de un restaurante independiente. Visité para el desayuno, que ofrecía una selección razonable por un buen precio. Desafortunadamente cuando visité, ni la máquina de café ni la máquina de agua caliente funcionaban, lo cual es un mal espectáculo durante el desayuno.

El restaurante está compuesto casi exclusivamente por nuestros amigos de otros países de la UE, además de algunos escoceses. Sin duda saben cómo preparar un desayuno inglés clásico y hacerlo bien. Elección de una docena o más de productos alimenticios recién hechos. .

Décor triste et fade, malgré de grandes baies vitrées,mobilier à rafraichir.Carte bien trop longue pour que ce soit frais.Plats sans âme ni nationalité, du facile à manger et à mettre dans une assiette .Service très aléatoire, avec du personnel pas débordé et visiblement mal encadré, se permettant de faire des remarques aux clients.

Hier haben wir am 1. Weihnachtsfeiertag ganz gut gegessen. Da alles andere geschlossen hatte (sogar Mc Donalds :-) ) probierten wir das Thyme aus welches ohnehin in unser Hotel integriert war. Der Service war total nett und auf zack, hat uns sogar auf Angebote hingewiesen. Ein sehr gelungener Abend und das Essen war auch ganz gut. Dadurch das die Küchenbesetzung auf das notwendigste reduziert war, hat alles etwas länger gedauert aber war nicht schlimm, denn wir waren ja praktisch schon im Hotel.

Ate here in the evening as part of a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast meal deal. Very tasty food and plenty of vegetarian choice. I could have had meals several nights in a row and chosen different veggie options each time. Service was friendly and welcoming.

Their buffet breakfast really is fantastic value - as much as you can eat so you'll leave with a very full tummy! Unlike most buffets the food manages to stay hot and good quality. Love all the pastries etc too.

We stayed at the Premier Inn in Hampstead. Breakfast was provided by Thyme restaurant, and it was great, as were the ladies on duty that morning., very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really comprehensive, all you can eat, full english, and cooked to perfection. Just the job.

I have written a few bad reviews of this place over the last months / years. Since it has got rid of ‘Eric the manager’ it has definitely got better. Better service and better food. Meal deal with breakfast good value for money.

I recently had to attend the Royal Free Hospital. This restaurant adjoins the nearby Premier Inn where we were staying. The staff could not have been more friendly and when they knew we were attending the hospital made sure we were warm enough. This they did with other people in a similar position to ourselves. The service was quick and the food piping hot - the Chicken Katsu Curry was so hot I had to let it cool down so I could taste the sauce. But our favourite was the Chicken Makhani Curry which was delicious. The food is very good value and a deal of "30% off Mains" made it even more so. (Katsu Curry £8.74 & Makhani Curry £8.05). We shared a side of skin-on chips, but at £1.99 that hardly broke the bank. The starters were also delicious and the desserts looked tempting, but we were always too full to try one. I am so glad we decided to ignore the recent negative reviews and try it for ourselves, and we ate here for the 3 nights of our stay. The buffet breakfast was also very good and up to the usual Premier Inn standards for choice, etc...

beware - what is advertised is probably not what you'll get served! No Sweet Potato, no skin-on fries, no apology. Inexperienced staff run this place.

Thought I’d give this place another chance after my previous bad reviews. The food is quite good but the service is absolutely awful. Last night there were 4 tables being served that’s all. I was given a menu with various ‘new ‘ additions. I decided to try some of them. After ordering the waiter came back to me to say they didn’t have the new items I’d ordered !! I think the only reason this place is still open is that us hospital patients can’t walk to other places to eat ! The restaurant needs a proper manager and some caring staff. Could be a lot better.

Sans avoir réservé, même si des tables étaient disponibles, on m'a demandé de revenir 30 minutes plus tard. OK. Nous avons ensuite attendu une heure avant de recevoir notre commande ! Nous supposons qu'un petit problème a du survenir en cuisine ou dans l'hôtel pour retarder notre service de cette façon. La nourriture était bonne, sans plus, mais le steak demandé bleu était cuit "à point" ! Pourquoi certains restaurants vous demandent encore le type de cuisson si ils sont incapable de vous la fournir comme demandé. A noter que si vous dormez à l'hôtel Premier Inn, vous obtenez une fois une réduction de 30% sur les plats principaux.

My sea bass en papillon was much better than I was expecting for a premier Inn restaurant. A whole sea bass in 2 fillets served with a nice selection of vegetables, cooked to perfection and piping hot. I ordered a rum and coke with no ice. It came with ice but was quickly rectify. The staff were very obliging and turned the heating on when I asked for a warm place to sit. The prices were very reasonable for London, helped by the offer of 30 per cent off main courses.

Full English breakfast was good and good value. Could eat outside, too. Other meals were also good. Fairly noisy when its crowded.

The meal deal is well worth the money. You are offered a choice of starter and main or main and dessert with a drink included. Children's meal deals with the same options can be added for an extra £5 which we found to be excellent value for money. Children's meals could offer a wider range especially when you are dealing with fussy eaters!

This restaurant is part of the Premier Inn Thyme restaurants and has a great menu. Staff are very friendly and it has a great atmosphere.

I come here most months when visiting the hospital. The food is quite good but service is slow. No idea why as place is usually half empty ! I ordered chicken curry and wanted half rice half chips. Chef said I couldn't have that as rice is portioned out !! Come on, split the portion and give me half chips !! Don't forget, you should be looking after the customer !

I was in the neighborhood and after a long walk I was looking for a place to eat and to take a break . This eatery offers the meal which is wholesome , fresh and satisfying to veg/ non veg alike . The food was delicious .The service is good and the prices are realistic . Great location and access .

I am usually a fan of Premier Inns and use them extensively for all our business trips. I very rarely leave negative reports but sadly I am for this Thyme Restaurant.

We stay here twice a year and sometimes have breakfast included which is buffet style. Most the food was cold, bacon, fried eggs and hash browns, all served at not much above room temperature. To be fair, when I complained, they did offer to cook me fresh ones, but i was putt off and declined. My wife ordered poached eggs, which were then served well over done and she described as 'like rubber.' Not impressed for the prices paid. Other great wee cafes and restaurants near by offer much better value for money and quality. Staff seem nice and friendly however. Just a pity the place can't keep buffet food warm..

Brteakfast was nice at the hotel and the dinner night before at the Retzina Resteraunt nearby - excellent

Had an excellent breakfast here at the weekend, with plenty of fresh-cooked dishes to choose from, as well as fruit, cereal etc. The service was excellent; friendly and helpful, and we felt we could take our time over our choices. Only slight disappointment was the coffee.

I stay here quite often and eat in the Thyme restaurant attached. I have to say it has become more of a transport cafe. I think they need to have some sort of minimal dress code. It is full of people staying at the hotel in workwear, muddy boots, overalls etc. The food is average as is the service. Will probably try somewhere else on my next visit.

Thyme serves the guests staying at the Premier Inn but is also open to everyone else. For only 30 pounds our family of 6 had a good and filling breakfast. The buffet offers a nice variety from French morning croissants/pastries to British black pudding. The staff is friendly and the ambience relaxed and suitable for kids. Definitely recommended if you're on a low budget.

Ate breakfast here twice during my 4 day mini London holiday. Great value for money, loved especially the porridge and the no-gimmicks fruit salad. Very friendly Colombian waitress Maria, special thank you to her for her flexible and easy-going attitude! Bec of her, I came back the next day. :)

Despite being in London and having a fixed menu, it was quite extensive with healthy options, very helpful staff, pleasant ambience hot tasty food.

Part of the premier inn group with a all you can eat breakfast option and a good array of dinner options. Special offers where you can choose a set course for dinner and have breakfast in the cost the next morning which was excellent and a good way to keep the cost low

Happy hour and burger to watch the football, what more could you want ! very busy but when the food arrived it was spot on, staff seemed to be rushed off their feet but to be honest the service didn't suffer that much

Staff were extremely friendly, nothing too much trouble. Food good value and pleasant., breakfast very very good, great choice.

Decided to pop in here one evening for dinner and were surprised to see they had just 1 staff member on shift in the restaurant for a Saturday night. However he did a marvellous job and food and drinks were brought over quite promptly, he really worked his socks off.

we waited ages to be seated as there was only one girl who seemed to be seeing to this and the place was half full at most. When we finally got seated we had to grab her as she did not come to ask if we were ready to order and it had been over 30 minutes. When we finally got our food the steak was not the best, a bit tough and we were not given steak knives to eat it with. would not recommend the steak as quite expensive for what you get. also our steak sauces got mixed up and we couldnt tell what they were. we were still hungry and disappointed with the main course so decided to have dessert. Again we had to wait ages to be served and had almost given up when someone finally came to take our order. The desserts were fine, no complaints. We do not blame the staff who were there as they were struggling to cope as there were simply not enough to run the dinner service. The breakfast next morning was the complete opposite with loads of staff and plenty of food choice in the buffet which was refilled regularly. I would not recommend eating dinner in this restaurant. we were very disappointed with both the food and service.

This is the most badly designed Restaraunt I've ever experienced. The entrance to the hotel runs right though the middle, every one coming and going walks past your table and each time the door opens there's a cold wind. That door also harbours the smokers so cigarette smoke wafts in.

Great food large portions lovely environment perfect service. Steaks cooked to perfection for every single member of our party. Great value for money with special offers of buy a dinner of two courses and great a breakfast the next morning all for £25. Breakfast is served for those not staying in the hotel too. Breakfast including a vast array of cooked breakfast cereals pastries fruit and dairy all yummy

I would not choose this place over the lovely places in Belsize Village to eat at or just down the road, by comparison it's like a motorway service station. I has the salmon salad which was limp, tasteless and looked if it had been standing for ages. I would not go back.

food is first class , staff really friendly and helpful. A two hour long happy hour ? where else in london would you get that

Ate here this week and I have to say at the beginning that the waitress was doing her best. Food was dreadful (I've eaten at loads of other Thyme restaurants) cold and badly cooked. Main course took an hour to arrive. Whilst there another diner complained about their chicken being burnt and chef told her what do you expect if you order ....ing chargrilled !!

Just returned from a four night break in the Premier Inn next to Kings Cross station and it was superb. The hotel was clean and rooms just as expected for this hotel chain.

Good food at good prices look out for meal deals and happy hour prices for drinks child friendly, great choice for them too

All the staff friendly and helpful. If staying at the hotel then the meal deal is good value. We had a variety of the meals between us and they were all fine.

Great value, great selection and good quality food. This is a little diamond and well worth trying - especially for families. Over the week, I tried the curry, steak, chicken, pizza and the speciality burgers - all very nice and the burgers are delicious.

Stayed at hotel and happy hour of two drinks for price of one from 6pm to 8pm. This included J2Os for kids so they were happy. Good deal on evening meal plus breakfast also made the food good value. Not many places in Hampstead Heath where you can get two courses, including steak, plus a drink for £13. The food was also of good quality. Would recommend a visit. You have to buy the drinks at the bar to get the happy hour deal though.

excellent value for money wide choice of menu and an excellent choice of wines at very reasonable prices. Quality of breakfast best I have had top quality of bacon nice breads etc and a beautiful fresh fruit salad

We were staying at the Premier Inn for 1 night on a Friday and asked if we needed to book a table. We were told no as Fridays and Saturdays are apparently their quietest nights. We went down to the restaurant about 8.30pm and were told they were extremely busy and there would be a 45 minute wait! There were quite a lot of tables unoccupied but we got a drink and waited in the bar.
