The chicken in yellow bean sauce and egg rolls were extremely salty. I've never had an egg roll so salty.

Food was hot and tasty but took longer than estimated and then it said "delivered" when it hadn't (just to be marked as on time). Then, when I phoned the restaurant, they said my food was coming but they were busy and said I should call back in 15 minutes if no food. I did this after 15 minutes and then they said they had no record of my order and to try in another 15 minutes (even though they had no proof of my order). I was on the way to the restaurant when I was told it had been delivered.

Stone cold. Literally not one bit of warmth to any of it. Shame as the food looked and smelt lovely just couldn’t enjoy cold food

Order was sent to the wrong town then when it did turn up there was an item missing. Rang them and was told they would send it out but an hour later still hasn’t arrived.

2 hours to deliver, refusal of a discount for time it took,, delivery driver made me come to his car to receive food, no apologies and barely spoke or looked at me, was looking away as he gave me my food, just an outstretched arm. Unfortunately food was not really worth the wait, 2 dishes quite tasty and containers jam packed, 1 dish we had 1 bite and threw away although that maybe cos it wasn't what we was expecting when we ordered it... Overall not a great experience

This is easily the best Chinese takeaway in Medway bar none. Food is high quality, hot and well cooked. They have a good menu to choose from and everything is delicious. I’ve been back time and time again and the quality and service are consistent.

No chicken balls delivered. This was my first time ordering and I won’t order again. This is no where near what British Chinese food should taste like. And I ordered the basics. Over priced, over cooked and completely missing an over £8 item. The sauces are about the only thing I can give favour for.

Wrong order sent, I asked for no fish or sea food in the dishes, it came with shrimp. None of the food got eaten

food was lovely however didn't pack the satay sauce

Food was a real let down, chips were cold and rock hard like lunch time leftovers, had missing items from the order too. The “hoisin” sauce was more like watery vinegar and petrol mix which I don’t even think was hoisin. Duck was cold and mostly fatty skin. Just an over all let down for the wait and the price.

I didn’t like the salt and pepper wings as they were not authentic. They tasted like the Iceland pre made ones u just oven or fry quickly, I hate them as pizza shops often sell them. You guys just garnished them with salt and pepper! A big no no no for me. Happy with food overall

I am a CHEF and I can honestly say the Food was excellent. Piping Hot, arrived early and VERY flavoursome and authentic tasting. Customer service was also great as I called to find out if the delivery time was going to me as long as it said and by then the driver was on the way. I just moved Medway and have tried a few Chinese with disappointment. Finally I can now be a loyal customer!

Lovely Chinese best that I have found the chicken balls are lovely and chicken chow main and curry sauce is proper curry sauce lovely Chinese

Arrived super fast, food was piping hot! Most likely my new main Chinese takeaway. Crispy beef was a large portion and perfect amount of crunch. Salt and pepper chips were great and lots of them too! would recommend.

Delivery driver had difficulty finding us even though we are on a main road and easily findable on Google maps. Lamb samosas missing from order. Apart from that food was nice.

First time ordering, a little disappointed with the quality of the food, it was perfectly edible but definitely not the best Chinese so we would not order from this place again. Crispy shredded beef was very dry and the chicken satays were not nice.

Ordered prawns in black bean sauce with noodles came without noodles.

I was very excited to order from this new place. I scheduled to delivery for one hour and 15 minutes after I placed the order and delivery was scheduled for 2045 however the food arrived at just after 9:00 p.m. but that was okay I was in no particular Rush but I was surprised that nobody contacted me especially this late on a Sunday evening. I ordered a mixed dim sum starter a shredded chicken starter a chow mein and the Malaysian curry. The dimsum starter was ok nothing special. However the very large dumplings were wrapped I a very very light fluffy and lovely pastry. However it was let down by the fact that I found that some backing paper had still been left in the dumpling which I thought was part of the dumpling and I chewed and chewed until I realized that it was actually paper that I was chewing on. The shredded chicken dish was actually very nice and I enjoyed that. The chow mein was disappointing it had no depth of flavour I haven't tried the Malaysian curry yet I'll save that for another day Overall experience was disappointing. I own two takeaways and a restaurant and I know how tricky things can be however making food and leaving packing paper in the ingredients is inexcusable and that shows a complete lack of attention and care
