Fantastic atmospere at Del's Open mic - The Three Tuns, Gosport, UK

My first experience wasn't very good but I thought I would visit again & was pleasantly surprised. Good service, nice atmosphere & friendly people. Had a thoroughly good time.

Since the new landlady ( Lou ) took charge, the pub has gone from strength to strength, putting the pub back on the map as being a real locals bar, new faces appear ever week, Saturday evening is packed with entertainment starting with a top notch meat raffle with the first prize often topping the £50 mark, bands appear most weekends with open Mic every other Sunday, check the notice board it. Great pub, great atmosphere, great beer.

Really friendly down to earth pub. Good drinks selection and caters to sporting types as well as music types. A couple of swings and slide in garden at rear for children.

Great little pub with very welcoming atmosphere. Added bonus is dog friendly, unlike The Sailmakers !! And the beer is good too! Thanks for the dog biscuits!!

Visit for a quiz night and bingo every other Sunday evening at 8 p.m. Very friendly people and a good evening out. TV for those who require to watch but turned off for quiz. Go every time we visit son.

I always feel a pub should reflect the personality of the landlord, in this case The 3 Tuns does. Landlord, Mark, makes everybody welcome. He is amiable and a very nice man. Quiz nights are a hoot, open mics are worth a vist. All in all a very nice pub. Since I wrote this review a few years ago, Mark has left and Cydnie now runs the place. She has given it a total makeover. Is now doing food on weekday afternoons, breakfasts on Sat & Sun. There is an Open Mic every first Sunday of the month where local talent including yours truly do their thing. 1600 t0 1900. A very nice pub.

The pub has recently been taken over with new management. They have a pub garden in the rear and don't mind dogs as long as they are on leads. Nice for a drink in the sun

Unsure how they servive but at least they do. Unlike most local pubs.

In the past it has been a good family pub, it has changed management this week with a new Landlord and Landlady in place. The pub has a darts team and two pool teams. With entertainment put on over the weekends.

The Three Tuns is a friendly, welcoming pub that makes you feel like you've been drinking there for years after only being in there for a few minutes. It is proffesionaly run and has a wide range of entertainment including discos, karaoke and quiz nights. Would highly recommend a visit.
