Just came here for a little bit of food and went home with full stomach love service by Tracy and the meat was nice and juicy would recommend for a day out or booking

Popped in for lunch. Amazing signature burgers. Trish as always an amazing host. Loved the atmosphere too.

Callum was amazingly friendly and kind, level was service was impeccable. He catered to everyone’s requests even with a 4 year old who was spilling drinks and making a mess, thank you Callum!

Pleasant pub with lots of parking and plenty of outdoors seating. The staff were friendly and the prices were around average.

Came to the pub for a drink and food was welcomed by the manager louise who has clearly done a great job in getting the pub up to an unbelievable standard would recommend to anyone lovely vibe and great food and drink options.

Food was beautifully presented and delicious, service was also amazing! Tracey and Glen were brilliant!

Visited Three Horseshoes last night for dinner with friends. Clearly extremely busy, in fact looked short staffed. However, the waitress (Tracy) was running around like a Whippet and ensured everything was spot on.

Came here on Easter Sunday, it was a good experience at the horseshoe, Tracey was excellent, she was attentive and made sure we had a lovely time. The lamb was soft. Would 100% recommend.

Nice pub, lots of seating inside and out. Lots of parking. The food was ok, I had the vege burger which was nice but it seemed deep fried and very greasy. My friends enjoyed their meals. The service was good.

To be honest I wouldn’t go again! Have eaten at different restaurants in there chain and this has to be the worst, food lukewarm, service very slow and the staff walking round looking miserable!

Out to lunch with a friend last Friday at The Three Horseshoes in Smallford. We enjoyed lovely food served by Tricia who was friendly and attentive.

First time there, beautiful decor, absolutely amazing food (especially the hunters chicken schnitzel) and a very very funny waiter will definitely be coming back.

Food was nice but service was slow and the poor guy didn't seem to have a clue.

Popped in for an impromptu lunch and had a great experience, perfect service from the moment we walked through the door, great atmosphere and the pub looks really nice inside and out. Was seated at a table and introduced to Tracey who would be looking after us, great choices on the menu and we went with a roast dinner each, food was amazing and topped off with a great desert choice. We will be back. A massive shout out to Tracey for her service, it was perfect and we were kept up to date on our order as it was a busy time, checked in perfectly with us on our meal and also has a great sense of humour, good food can make a visit, great staff (Tracey) can top it off!

Went to Three Horseshoes for sunday lunch with family. The roast dinners were lovely and plenty on our plates. Our server Tracey, although appeared very busy was efficient and very helpful with my elderly mother. Totally recommend a visit, though probably best to book as it was busy

We had a great time for someone birthday. The food was great and the service was very good we had some much fun we will be back very soon.

Ordered the Prawn Cocktail. It comes on a plate and never was there a more sad looking dish. I had 4 prawns. That’s it. 4. There is also a bit of lettuce and approx half an avocado. For this they charged £8.25. It was all tasteless sadly. Only positive was that our waitress was nice.

We are impressed by the staff (Tracy) in supporting the guests in dealing with the allergens related dietary limitations of the guests. The quality of the food and the ambience were excellent. One point for improvement: It will be a good idea for the chef to provide a (paperbased) list of normal allergens included in the menu at the table. This will cut down the repetition and also save time for the staff and the chef.Great service. Good variety of choices. Pleasant and quiet environment.

It was nice and yummy. The food scrumptious and the setting was comfortable and warm. The meal was satisfying and I left satiated.Decorations were on point and the pictures were beautiful. The bathroom was clean and neat. Water tasted clean and fresh even though my party and I ordered warm. The atmosphere was quiet and calm which was pleasing. Thank you for this amazing experience! 💗

Ordered food for collection, get incomplete order! When I called them they were rude! I Paid almost £18 for dry fries and incomplete burger! Also this burger is some kind of artificial meat! Awful! Do not recommend!

Came Saturday for lunch with my daughter as it was her birthday. Could not fault the service and the food. Also the friendly atmosphere. Defo come again.

Easy to book online, lovely place, not rushed, good food, plenty of parking and good outside option in the right weather...

Booked a table for 1 o’clock on the 26th January ordered our food took 50 minutes to arrive and it wasn’t that busy. The trio of meats and the beef Sunday dinner potatoes and veg cold Yorkshire pudding think was microwaved because it was hot at the top and fridge cold at the bottom. My guests didn’t complain as they were not prepared to wait another 50 minutes for a replacement meal, after finishing our main course we were not asked if we wanted a desert or pudding . We were just given the bill. Very very disappointed will definitely not be using this pub again.

Went on a Sunday all the food was cold the Yorkshire pudding was burnt on top and nearly frozen on the bottom they gave us the bill as soon as we finished our main meal never even asked if we would like a dessert the service wasn't good the people on the table next to us had the same issues

The food quality was excellent and the prices were reasonable. The restaurant's interior is aesthetically pleasing, and the staff provided friendly and efficient service. Significant improvements have been made since my previous visit several years ago.

Delightful Staff - Good Pub Grub

We came for some food & drinks and was greeted by this lovely young lady at the bar! She was very bubbly and provided a great service, thank you Daisy! Will be coming back again.

We enjoyed a very tasty midweek lunch. The gammon steak and triple cooked chips were particular highlights. We were extremely well looked after by very friendly staff especially Libby.

We went for early Christmas Lunch and enjoyed the food and the ambience very much. Tricia was very pleasant and helpful.

My friend and I had a really fantastic night out at The Three horseshoes on Friday night. We booked for their Cocktail Masterclass to celebrate my friend’s 50th birthday. We decided we’d go out for a meal & have a couple of drinks to celebrate. The staff & the manager Callum were fab, really friendly & helpful. The food & the service was excellent & once we had finished our meal we had so much fun making cocktails. It was a great night all round & we both really enjoyed it. Thank you so much Callum & team. Looking forward to our next visit

We came for our Christmas Day meal & we had a wonderful time. We had a lovely welcome from the manager and the food was delicious. It seemed they were short staffed (they seemed so busy!) but we didn’t mind as they were attentive especially Noah & Daisy.

OK but not the best.The booking software was crap to the point it was annoying.

My partner and I visited The Three Horseshoes yesterday (25th December), intending to stop in for a drink after a long walk. Sadly, what we encountered was nothing short of appalling. Upon arriving, we approached the man behind the bar, only to be met with an unnecessarily rude response. We were told that we couldn’t have a drink because we hadn’t made a reservation for food. All we wanted was a quick drink, and we were more than happy to sit outside, where it was very quiet with hardly anyone around. We honestly couldn’t see the issue. To make matters worse, there was no mention of this supposed policy on the website, nor were there any signs outside to indicate it. We walked several miles to the pub, only to be turned away in the most discourteous manner. The way we were treated was unnecessarily abrupt and lacking in basic hospitality. Based on this unpleasant experience, we definitely won’t be visiting again, nor would we recommend it to anyone else. A little kindness goes a long way, and unfortunately, it seems this pub is severely lacking in that regard.

10/10 food fantastic, service brilliant, had a great table in front of a real live fire, so cosy. A last minute idea to have lunch, and really could not of been better, a lovely family meal.

Very comfortable round table by the window for our book group lunch. We had plenty of time to select our choices and to chat in relaxed atmosphere. Everyone enjoyed their choices.

Went with a party for the 3 course Christmas meal. Specified vegan beforehand but they forgot that part, kind of important for me. Tomato and pepper soup was pretty good, given dairy butter with bread though. Had the vegetable wellington as a main which was good, but the rest was lacking, sprouts, half a single carrot (yes really) and yorkshire pudding for £33.50, absolutely outrageous. It turns out the vegan option (which I was glad to see on the menu) was just the removal of the yorkshire pudding, but they gave me one anyway, I had to get them to check if it was vegan (it wasn't) so that was nice. No cauliflower, parsnips, veg, nothing extra, a seriously boring roast! Desert was nice, trillionaire chocolate cake thing, apparently this was vegan so I'm glad I got to eat a dessert. Absolutely insane price considering the anemic main course, and no alternatives in the main for vegan diets (aquafaba as an egg replacement for yorkshire puddings fyi). Colleagues weren't particularly impressed either as far as I recall, overall pretty mid, wouldn't recommend.

I haven't been here for over ten years but brought a friend for lunch and it was very nice, especially the wonderful service from the waitress, Tricia. She was so kind and nothing was too much trouble. The food was good but Tricia made the experience an excellent one. Worth the money and I would definitely come back

Decent pub. Not one of my favourites but I'd go back there for a quick meal.

I recently visited this resturant for a festive dinner with my child, looking forward to a nice evening. Unfortunately, what should have been a pleasant meal was overshadowed by repeated issues with the bill that left me feeling more cheated than festive. The child’s menu, advertised at £12.50, was initially charged at £37.25. After I pointed this out, the waitress kindly corrected it. However, when I checked the updated bill, the child’s meal was still being overcharged at £14.50. The explanation? An extra scoop of ice cream – except my child only had two scoops, not three. After raising this again, the waitress adjusted the bill for a second time, but there was no apology or acknowledgment for the mistakes. It’s hard not to feel that this wasn’t just carelessness, especially when it happened twice. Instead of addressing the issue with understanding, it felt like the restaurant hoped I wouldn’t notice. That left a sour taste, both from the lack of accountability and the suspicion of intentional behavior. A festive menu should leave diners with happy memories, not hard feelings and a lingering sense of mistrust. I’d advise anyone dining here to carefully check their bill and be prepared to challenge anything that doesn’t look right.

A big fan of this place and recently visited their Christmas Market Day. Great stalls for Christmas shopping and was such a lovely festive vibe!

I met the manager. Wonderful person. He cooks as well! The lamb shank was bigger than expected. Enjoyed that and topped off with sticky toffee pudding. Really lovely old pub atmosphere.
