booked for my daughters 18th meal with family , food and service lovely , paid £50 for decorating which to be honest were clearly not worth the money , as the ballon's were mainly deflated and the 18 was almost down , i pass this place many times and i know the arch was in the conservatory for at least 2 weeks prior, so although food was lovely i feel disappointed about the so called decorations i paid for

Very nice got a nice place in conservitry Lovely drinks with ice. It was a warm day when we were there and the ice was on another level. Please come here. Amazing.

we have been here a few times and the food and service were excellent, but tonight... ,it was a complete disappointment. service was good but food ,well let's say it a ordinary vet would have had my burger back on its feet and in the field with half an hour. there is expected juice from tye burger but not to make my bun top and bottom soaked in blood. Will avoid this place for a while

Food was very nice unfortunately squeezed in like sardines and the roof was leaking in so disappointing. The table was also very sticky.

Service was very slow, took ages for our starter, but when it came we did enjoy them.. mains was ok, but not great..

I went for New Year’s Eve meal & all tables were crammed together it felt like you could hardly move the menu was limited to around 8 items my friend had the parmo & chips & it was pre cooked fries I chose the mixed grill & it came with proper home made chips but certainly wasn’t worth £17.95 as most of the meat was very fatty. I asked at the bar for a coke & was told only Diet Coke despite me saying there’s normal coke next to it I was told there mixers for spirits!! I certainly wouldn’t recommend this pub to anyone!

Christmas night out, seating was cramped, when I sat down I was so close to the chair behind it blocked the walk way, I was asked repeatedly to pull my chair in, this was impossible, I could not get any closer to the table. Food not the best, vegetables well under cooked, I like a crunch, that was too much. As this had been arranged by a member of our team, no one wanted to complain on the evening.

Visited here last Wednesday evening, had a table booked for 3 people at 8pm. Service was fantastic, 4 waiting staff came at various points to make sure everything was OK and all were very attentive and friendly. Food was served quickly and it was delicious, we will certainly return.

I've given a 4 for atmosphere as there was a singer on, who was very good, but was very loud. It was hard to hold a conversation.

We were at the Three Horse Shoes on Saturday night, with a group of seven people the food was absolutely delicious, I had scampi along with my wife it was the nicest I have ever had, the side salad chips and tartare sauce was lovely, will definitely be going back. Top marks from me.

Just had sunday lunch today29-10-2023 and it was fabulous they very kindly made up a doggy dinner for my best friend finn aswell which I thank you for staff are very friendly thank you fully recommend this place x

Just left the pub for the first time and very disappointed. My husband had the fish goujons and chips which were lovely, I ordered a fillet steak. When it came I couldn't chew parts of the meat due to fat and gristle. When I was asked if it was OK I said I was disappointed with the amount of fat on a fillet. I was told she would tell the chef. When we came to pay £57.25 I was asked again if everything was OK and I re-iterated that I was unhappy with the steak and the evidence was on the plate with the amount of meat sent back. If only I had taken a photo. The waitress looked at the owner who said there is no fat on a fillet, which I am well aware of and why I always order one. She told the waitress to speak to the chef and she came back and said he was a butcher and that he said it was OK. The really disappointing thing here was the whole attitude which effectively called me a liar despite the evidence being on the plate. Finally I got an apology from the waitress, not the owner. I would never go back there again because of the whole attitude from the owners. Whatever happened to customer service. Do they really have so many customers they can afford to treat one like this and turn away future custom? They have certainly lost me as a possible returning customer and I will make sure everyone knows how I was treated.

Shoehorned onto a table in a thoroughfare, waited 15 minutes for order to be taken, then 30 minutes later, no starters yet, told the meat one of the party selected was all gone so had to choose alternative. Staff then had to have full blown discussion about whos fault it was, despite there having been significant period of time passed between ordering snd food running out. Nothing else on menu of interest so left to go elsewhere. Sadly, won't be rushing back, food looked ok but not spectacular enough to tempt me back.

Brilliant place for food and drink, went there in August for dinner. Even though they were busy for the night and we were a walk-in of 8 (9 including a child) they accommodated us. I sent my apologies to the kitchen as an ex-chef I know what it's like. But the staff were outstanding and food was amazing. Cocktails we had were tasty too! Much better service than what I received from The Langley Park Hotel.

I've had roast all over the world , this one was by far the nicest I've ever had, only had a small beef and it was more than enough. Tasty plate licking food

Brilliant 👍😊 food was delicious, service was impeccable and they were even nice enough to smile and go along with my father in law's odd requests, like a full glass of just ice as well as the one with his Coke in. Price was spot on as well, definitely will be returning sooner rather than later.

Probably the best pub meal we have had in a very long time.

First visit here for years, although there were over 14 of us we were served promptly, waitresses were lovely and food was delicious. I had a chicken gyros with fries and was perfect. Will definitely be back to sit in the beer garden or the comfy sofas inside.

Absolutely shocking customer service, owner and Daughter arguing at the bar as we went in, overcharged on bill and over an hour wait for food, certainly won't be returning

Poped in by chance, to see how it was , pleased we did 👍, Food was very nice and well cooked, staff are very friendly and helpful, Great value for money, Well worth a visit 10/10.

Service a little slow but obviously everything cooked to order and because of this the food was excellent. Attentive friendly staff and great value.

For pub food this was great. My t-bone steak was cooked rare and was excellent. Value for money re portions was also very good.

Amazing meal here, got skins to start, chicken gyros for main and a toffee crunch dessert. Was amazing and highly recommend

Lunch today. 12pm-5pm ...Two dine for £18. We had mince and dumplings with mash, carrots, broccoli and cabbage... absolutely gorgeous. Food was hot, Plates were warm ( we all know a good meal on a cold plate is a ruined meal) ...so happy days there. The dumpling is of the scone type and not the suet type. And is large! The whole meal is huge so be prepared. The mince was excellent and of a high quality, extra gravy if required is of no extra cost and speedily brought to the table. Service was fantastic and swift.. all done with grace,charm and big smiles. Nice to see staff who genuinely care about their customers. Parking is fine with extra spaces round the rear of the pub. Nice interior pub style seating area but this pub has a wonderful conservatory which would be fantastic for family gatherings, etc. But just a great place to sit. I would phone first and book it rather than just turn up as it's very popular. The beer and spirits are very competitively priced so won't break the bank. So...great food, great service,great venue and great value for money...you do the maths... Thank you to the Three Horse Shoes Inn for a great lunch...we will return.

Waited half an hour to get serviced , 45 minutes later, food came , part of order missing took another 10 minutes to sort

Only there for a meal with family but none of us could fault the service or the meal in any way. Thank you.

The meat was lacking any kind of seasoning, was exceptionally dry and chewy. Nobody came over during the meal to check if it was okay. Very expensive for what you get. Large dinner looked exactly the same as the small except the meat was cut thicker. Staff spent their time propping up the bar and complaining about having to do their job.

Been here a few times since moving to the area in November 2022 as its only a couple of minutes walk from pur House, excellent food really delicious huge portions first time ever requesting a doggie bag! The staff and owner are so friendly can't fault it! Excellent value for money.

My wife and I decided to nip in on Saturday afternoon on a ride out and how pleased we were that we did. The decor is beautiful and the staff so welcoming we new we were of to a good start. Great menu and spoilt for choice, I decided on 25oz mixed grill and it was amazing, my wife chose steak pie and I have never seen a pie with as much meat in my life and wife said it was gorgeous. Clive and Lyndsey have done an amazing job here and would recommend anyone to visit you won't be disappointed

Unfortunately I chose wrong. Opted for mince & dumplings thinking it was a safe bet and it was dreadful. Dumpling was like a dry scone, cheap tasteless mince and potato was smash or similar. However my 2 friends meals were gorgeous...apparently

My family and I visited The 3 Horseshoes Sunday afternoon for Sunday lunch !! It's been quite a while maybe 8 years since our last visit !!! All I can say is I'm so glad we decided to give it a try!! The meal was delicious,served nice and hot and portion size was excellent!! The staff were really good , friendly and very helpful!! Needless to say we will definitely recommend and will be back very soon thank you and well done !!

Food was really nice and staff were pleasant but the only downside was the smell. They must of had burners on or something as the smell of incense was awful. Really put us off our food. You could smell it before yoy even walked in the place. Probably wont return because of that.

Saturday 16th December Christmas Fayre What a lovely Evening the 6 of us had. All the Staff the Chef included excelled themselves Lovely Table decoration complete with Christmas Crackers Amazing food and Outstanding Service. This place is a Little Diamond and we will all Definitely be returning. Thanjyou all very much a massive round of Applause 👏🎄🏆

My friend and I have just been for Sunday lunch. We both had the small which was a very good portion. I can safely say its the best Sunday lunch we have both had in a long time. We'll worth a visit

Lovely afternoon spent with friends. The staff are very friendly & helpful. There was 5 of us dining & we all ordered from the regular menu. There is also a Christmas Menu available. We all had a starter & main course which was really nicely cooked & presented.Tables are nicely set out & decorated with crackers. Reasonably priced for food & drinks too. Definitely will be going back. Thanks for a lovely time.

We enjoyed a lovely evening yesterday. The meal was from the Xmas fayre menu & there was loads of piping hot food. Everything was presented beautifully, even the table was nicely decorated. Thank you to all the pleasant & attentive staff & to the chef for cooking such a lovely meal.

First time at this pub Food came very hot but veg was really to hard , mince had no flavour at all ,crumble was more like a pie and again no flavour & didn’t get asked if everything was okay until I had finished Very disappointed

I come from a background of working in some of the ‘poshest’ and most popular hotels/restaurants and I have to say the food quality is on the same level if not better than some of these places where you’d expect to pay double the price. Amazing presentation and very tasty food along with friendly staff. It’s a shame it always seems so quiet when we go as it really is a hidden gem and currently one of my favourite places to eat. I think a little bit of background music wouldn’t go a miss!

Looking for Sunday roast and first few places on route were extremely busy. Surprisingly this place was very quiet with about a dozen in. Nice Xmas decor, welcoming and polite young female staff.Both service and food were very good and filling..pleased we didn't have a starter and no room for dessert. Only disappointment was only two meats on offer lamb or turkey.. although it was after 4pm. Would definitely return and recommend .

Went here today with my husband staff were really friendly & helpful we had the mega mixed grill which we would highly recommend it was beautiful the meats were perfectly cooked & we just couldnt eat it all the service is also fantastic we will defo be back here :) can highly recomend :)

Excellent meal, hot . Downside, soft drinks very expensive so makes me wonder about don't drink and drive. A lot of places now charge a lot for soft drinks.

Staff friendly and helpful food was nice. They do private functions car park clean toilets only thing I think I would say not have candles on leadge it's a fire risk

Just had lunch with some friends and we were all impressed with the quality of our meals. Good sized portions and good value for money. The staff were very friendly and efficient and a very pleasant experience.
