Three Fellas Burger in Cheshire West and Chester

The food used to be amazing from here, but past 2 times it’s gone down hill. Ordered tonight the burger was pink in the middle, the chips was not cooked in parts and was all sloppy and cold. I tried to call the shop a few times but had no answer paid over £30 for 2 meals for them to be like this!

No option to remove sauce online stop being lazy and give the option no1 wants to ring up that's why they order online

Food was 1 hour late, inedible chips, cold, tasted like cardboard. Chicken was dry and nearly cold Burger was lukewarm to say the least. Really disappointed. Had to throw most of it out. Said that we hadn’t put address down properly on deliveroo however we did and pinned it. Address also in notes and contact number. Advised driver couldn’t find us. Had to call 3 times in the end to for updates.

Good quality food at reasonable prices. Chips are really good. Staff are friendly.

Burger was really good . Fries not up to same standard sorry, maybe a little longer in fryer to harden up and they are a bit on the chunky side of chips .

Order delivery from here regularly. I am not exaggerating when I say this is the best food you can order in the whole of Chester. Clearly quality ingredients, quick (and cheap - £2 extra) delivery fee and the food comes piping hot. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else if you’re looking for a takeaway, I’d bet a lot of money you won’t be disappointed. My only hope is they don’t start to cheap out on ingredients, as this is what currently separates them from the competition. The one potential improvement from a person with a nut allergy - I would love to order the milkshakes, but unfortunately when I’ve asked in the past I’ve been advised against it because they prepare the nut-free milkshakes in the same equipment as the nutty ones. If they could separate the “may contain nuts” from the “contains nuts” stuff, I would order a milkshake every time.

Damn! That is a tasty burger! Travelling back from Wales to Glasgow took a lot longer due to being diverted because of flooding. Decent quality food, but so flakey with their opening times. Always closed when you need them. Had multiple instances where we've had to go elsewhere for a birthday meal because they're inexplicably shut.

Absolutely fantastic food and service! Tonight was our first ever order, mix of beef and chicken burgers for 4, along with 2 portions of dirty fries. We all agreed the best burgers we've had all year. The chips arrived piping hot and crisp as well (crisp is so rare these days). So glad we found this place - even better as this was a birthday treat for my daughter. Sorry, no pics - we just tucked in! Will definitely be back again soon

Best burgers for sure. Beats all the other local competitors, probably not fair to name and shame so I won’t but I’m a burger lover and tried everywhere in Chester and this place tops them all. Just walk past and look in and you’ll see the hygiene is phenomenal, the staff are very friendly and the food is bang on!

Top Quality Food. Great range of burgers (even my girlfriend loves it and she's vegetarian). The criss-cut chips are a favourite! Try the house sauce, you'll never look back! Highly recommend!

I went in to get a milkshake and it was one of the best milkshake I ever had and the staff who is called Natalia was so nice and made a great milkshake thank you for you're great customer service.

Order x2 burgers and fries through just eats. The burgers were badly made up. The base of the burger buns were very soggy . The burger contents kept falling out and apart . Awful to eat . The fries were cold soggy and not seasoned. Very dissapointing indeed

very good burgers, great taste and great value with large portions. the fries were very nice as well. a bit far from where we leave else would definitely take the kid there instead of the usual fast food chains.

We had it as a take away the delivery came fast and the curly fries were good. The burger however was not nice at all…it was SO peppery. You couldn’t even taste the burger it was that peppery.

First time trying this after my friend recommended it and WOW 🤯😍 quite possibly the best burger I’ve ever eaten!! (Got the crown burger) Two perfectly cooked patties (noticed a sign on the window saying the meat was from the butchers next door so a sure sign it was top quality meat straight away) fresh salad to compliment and the brioche bun itself was lovely and soft…. don’t get me started on the chips OMG firstly enough to feed the five thousand and gorgeously thick with just the right amount of red salt! I can’t stop thinking about that burger seriously! 🤤🤤My new obsession for sure!!

You get what you pay for in my personal opinion. The staff are friendly and kind considering my last 2 orders have been close to closing time. Sorry guys! Overall I think it’s a great place to grab some food!

Very disappointed with my burger, it was very saltey and really greasy, minimum salad. The whole burger bun was flat. For the price I was expecting a lot better. Will NOT be getting another one.

The best burger I’ve tasted so far. I had ‘The Bacon Monster’ and it did not disappoint, 3 juicy beef patties, bacon, egg, cheese and a host of salad. Then a ‘Three Fella’s Beef’ for my partner his was just the same. We made them both meal deals and a portion of onion rings. All freshly made while I waited. Also it’s great to see the support for other local businesses, with the meat sourced from the butchers next door. The lady that served me was very pleasant and I had a nice chat with her. Definitely returning soon.
