Great place. Good fun and Natalie in particular was friendly, fast and good chat.

Came with some friends and it was nice. Beer garden is great. Got served by Natalie and Margot and they were great!

Sunday Roast! We had a delicious Sunday roast and beer at this cosy Southwark pub on Bermondsey Street, behind London Bridge. The belly pork was cooked beatifully and the Yorkshire pudding was excellent. We thought the meat portion was a little light on but otherwise it was reasonable value for London! The service was excellent - but so it should be at 12.5% of your bill!!

I don't often write reviews, but we had such a lovely lunch here today that I felt compelled to write one. Two of us had a window seat to watch the world go by, a bottle of wine and the mist delicious ham egg a chips. The secret apparently is that they cook the ham on site. for such a simple dish, it was top notch. By far the friendliest, most attentive service I have had in a long time. Thank you

I had a lovely time at The Woolpack, where the welcoming atmosphere, great selection of drinks and food made for an enjoyable visit. Margot was particularly attentive and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel really well looked after. Her friendly and helpful approach added to the experience, and I’ll definitely be returning soon.

This is my favorite pub in London, beers and food are amazing and there is a covered garden at the back, perfect when it is raining. For winter they also have external heater.

Flat asahai served to me despite pointing out it was flat. He then pretended to serve me a fresh one and was same flat beer. Walked outside to garden and someone even said avoid the asahi as it’s flat. Walked back spoke to manager and got fobbed off.. AVOID. Edit… No. My voice was raised due to the noise, there was zero aggression and when the chap said my voice was loud, I apologised as I didn’t realise he could hear me and lowered my voice. The same chap then walked off uninterested when I didn’t accept another flat beer as resolution so I left, not what I would deem aggressive behaviour.

We had a few drinks in one of the more private outdoor areas. It had a heat lamp and kept us warm

Big fan of this pub the music was awful on Saturday night and we didn't even stay for one drink because of it.

Have been here a few times at Christmas time to celebrate with friends and it’s always such a lovely experience. The food is always great and the atmosphere is vibey but the standout is the staff, they are all so helpful and friendly, special shout out to Alex for being the best!

I love this pub, we come every year for Christmas as a group of friends but it’s also up there in top London pubs with a cosy atmosphere. Staff are always lovely and just so attentive. 10/10 lovely

We were on table 30 a party of six, Mia was our waitress and she was wonderful and attentive five stars for Mia.

We hired the Renaissance room for a work event. Great communication before the event, night went really well, food was great and service for our bar tab was fantastic. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Did the Woolpack on Friday night, Great Beers and what a bar and outside area. We were def the oldest ones there, great vibe and friendly.

We used The Woolpack for our work Christmas party last Thursday, hiring the function room upstairs. It was excellent, a decent sized room, which created a great atmosphere for around 40 people. The food was great and we had Alex looking after us and providing bespoke drinks, he was superb - friendly, attentive and professional. A wonderful evening and we would definitely recommend.

The staff are fun and so accommodating! We love Mia! Food was delicious!

Love coming to the woolpack, their food is always great, staff and service so good and also very dog friendly! Alex was super friendly and great with the dogs! Mulled wine is also amazing!!

Really lovely for a festive drink or cosy meal. Thé fairy lights, warm toned lighting and Christmas decorations made for a lovely setting no to catch up with an old friend. The service overall was friendly and attentive. Dan in particular gave a warm welcome that was really appreciated.

Really cool place but sometimes at lunch the wait for food is over 45 minutes… it’s also not your average pub prices for everyday lunch if you work or live nearby. The beer garden is decent sized and lots of people come to this place at all times. Would recommend for catching up with friends and colleagues.

Cuando reservé originalmente la mesa teníamos mucho que resolver con ellos sobre la comida, sin embargo, con un par de conversaciones con la encantadora Daniela, ella fue capaz de acomodarnos perfectamente. Toda la oficina estaba muy impresionada con la comida y todo estaba delicioso. Fuimos por unos platos de Navidad, el camembert y los pavos uno y todos quedaron muy impresionados con la rapidez y eficiencia con que todos salieron. A todos les encantó su comida y gracias al Woolpack por asegurarse de que todos tuvieran las comidas correctas. Private event for work, as always it was great service and food was very good. Alex was great.

Always buzzy but never a queue at the bar. Our default stop in the area. Tardis like back garden with covers and heaters out back. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Grab a Scotch Egg if you're lucky enough to be in before they're all gone!

Great, proper, London pub! Came for lunch last week, with an old friend that has just moved to London from his native Hungary! The staff were so friendly, so accommodating, and especially patient with my companion, for whom English is not his first language! Great food, Guiness was perfect, and a wholly enjoyable experience. I will certainly be back and recommending to others.

Always an amazing time at the Woolpack! The handsome Tai and Dan were top notch with their services. The steak chimichurri is my favourite!

Terrible!!!! We visited this pub due its high ratings and the fact that it’s dog friendly. Be warned that if you book with a dog you will be sat in the pub area for dining, there is no table service, it is very loud and busy and the service is very bad. We ordered starters and main each, when the food came out they brought our main with our starter. When we asked why the main was with the starter they said “the kitchen is very busy” and “we just had to have the food in whatever order it came out”. We said we are not doing that, so they took the main away whilst we ate starters. When the mains came out they were cold, dry and had been sitting being warmed whilst we ate starters. We had to send back some of the mains as they were inedible. If you are looking for a nice, cosy dog friendly pub with good food and service- this is not it and I would recommend you go somewhere else.
