Great food and good friendly service.

I had a special curry x 2 and mixed sweet and sour balls from here last night because my usual Chinese was closed (westpool). It was watery and flavourless. I definitely will not be ordering from here again. It was a complete waste of money .

Thought we’d try this local Chinese restaurant as we’d been let down in the past. Tried the combo meal; wow! Nice mixture of tastes, quantity too much for us - doggy bag. Nice food, great service and overall experience was that we’d go back soon.

First time coming here as often drove past and looks like a regular takeaway. Restaurant old fashioned but cosy atmosphere with authentic decoration. Staff were extremely polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Had a set meal and the food was superb and very tasty. Will definitely come back again and again Julie amd craig

Can speak about the food as I never had a chance to try as soon as I walk in to the empty restaurant I was told they are fully book a ghost booking discrimination at its best racism full on the Owner should clean his breath smelled like dog

Me and my partner always ordered from this resturant. It was quite frankly the best chinese I have ever had. Really gutted we have moved city and we can no longer get it delivered. Will definately be coming to eat in rather than takeaway. Would highly recommend this to anybody.

What a little gem. Doesn't look much from outside, and thb, it's not stunning to look at inside either, but what it lacks in "fur coat" it makes up for in "knickers". (Sorry, a bastardisation of my wife's favourite saying.) The food is spot on and plenty of it. Fast, friendly service and reasonable prices. My new go to for eat in Chinese. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Our go to Chinese restaurant in the area, they provide a full range of dishes at reasonable prices, and the food is good. Sometimes it can be difficult to get through to order on the phone but it's worth persevering.

While on a Mum & Daughter Weekend staying in Penkridge, my daughter Cait & I called here for a meal on April 6th.. My friend April & I had stayed nearby 2 years earlier & had a superb meal at The Wing Fat after discovering it on our walk around Penkridge so I decided to treat Cait (19). Cait & I had The Szechuan Banquet which is supposed to be for 2 people, this would have fed at least 3,we couldn't finish it all & were offered Doggie Bags but declined. Halfway through our meal I had to go & get milk,the staff were absolutely fine about this...I left my daughter as a deposit...Only joking!! The food was delicious, Restaurant was clean & staff so accommodating,if we come over fm Sheffield & stay nearby we will be back.. Thank you to all staff at the Wing Fat,really enjoyed our visit to your Restaurant.xx

OMG where do I start ordered a takeaway speacil curry from wing fat the meat was cold with hot curry sauce poured over the top the peas where rock hard when I tipped it on my plate it was still in the same shape and it was in the container this is by far the worst food I have ever had from any Chinese tastless slop a waste of money and will never order from there again.

Having eaten Chinese takeout from my early teens and coming from the midlands I am fussy. This is BY FAR the best I’ve eaten. Visited twice, a year in between each visit, amazed both times. Anyone giving this less than 5 stars does not know Chinese food.

First and last time using here. Ordered a collection, food absolutely awful, salt and chilli chips rock hard and like they’d been cooked multiple times, ribs looked cremated, curry tasted like powder, cold spring rolls, bland chowmein. Took it back and got a refund.

Food was cold and over cooked and bland would never go or recommend

We ordered and we were confidently told that there was a 40-45 minute wait, so we went home and arrived back at the right time only to wait another hour which was more than a little annoying. The icing on the cake was being told just before we were about to receive our order that what we had ordered was not available and that we could have something else at which point we had to just agree as our bellies were rumbling! This takeaway used to be great but since it seems like new management has taken over it, the service and quality has really declined so please don't be fooled by the ratings!

Gave it a try for a change Chicken chow mein way too salty. Sweet and sour chicken was apparently ok. We will be returning to our usual Chinese though.

Every time i go get food they always say 40 or 50 min waiting time today is the 3rd time i been told this to me they just do not want serve me so all i can say is boy cott this place

No point having a phone if they dont answer it or message box is full

Visited my son in Penkridge and decided on a takeaway from The Wing Fat, we picked quite a few items totalling around £45, enough to feed about 6 people. The food was excelent, could not fault any of it. We will be visiting there again on our next monthly visit.

Excellent food here as always, see you again next year.

Chinese near my home, food was good quality and really good value..

House special fried rice was good. Beef fried rice was too salty. Sweet and sour pork is not bad.

Lovely meal and have to say it was served hot which makes a change these days. 5 meals all came out together. All staff were very friendly. Will go back even if it is 11 miles away.

Not ordered from Wing Fat for a little while now due to timings and delivery so thought I'd give them a second chance. Ordered at 6.30pm and told hour and a half or "earlier" and here we are again, WAITING an hour and fifty minutes later. Using other places after this. Have also been told that if I want to order again I'll have to take down my review. Sizzling Wok & Evergreen it is then...

Consistently excellent, fresh food. I have been visiting here for many years and haven't had one bad meal. Way, way ahead of any other Chinese in the County and probably beyond. We drive from Perton now because we refuse to go anywhere else.

Ordered a meal to pick up. Was told 25 mi utes but tokk 50 in the end. However I must say the food was really good. One of the beteer Chinese meals I've had. Food was fresh and hot even after a 15 minute walk home.

The food was delicious and came out piping hot. Although service was slow the staff were more than happy to help. Unfortunately if you have a baby they do not have high chairs available hence why I've only given 4 stars other than that really good place to eat if there is a group of you.

Wow, what a place to come and eat at. Doesn't look out from the outside, but the food is the best around. Shown by the constant take outs leaving the front door too.

This is definitely worth a visit if you like good chinese and reasonably priced. We used to live quite close and alwsys went once a week. We live in Dubai now, but always go when we are back for a visit. The staff are lovely and the food outstanding.

Excellent service, food really fresh and the staff are never hassled despite getting extremely busy. The young lady who usually takes the orders for takeaway food is faultless - professional, organised, and friendly.

A little gem of a traditional Chinese restaurant hidden behind a small shop front. Every time I visit I comment on home superb the meal was. Very varied menu and large portion are served. Most people are offered a doggy due to the quantity . The staff are very friendly and always willing to advise on the menu selections. Easy parking just across the road so ideal for that special treat. Best to book in advance.

Dreadful delivery service,wen I rang to see where my food was the woman on the phone had a really bad attitude,will never order from here again and neither will my family or friends as I told everyone how rude the LADY was on the phone,POOR POOR POOR garden shed business

Desperate for somewhere to eat so many pubs were not serving food when we saw this small fronted little gem. The food was plentiful and delicious, with a huge choice and the prices were very reasonable. Very speedy service and so welcoming.

6 of us went for a birthday meal 02/12/15.....was a bit reluctant as when last ate here several years ago was disappointed....but impressed... staff really friendly and food good.

The best Chinese around, the staff ain't 2 bad either lol
