The Willows in Redbridge

My daughter got married at the Willows last week. I cannot recommend it enough. The whole experience was most memorable and magical. The Venue, the food, the service , everything was exceptional. Sunaina was most amazing, she personally made sure everything went smoothly. We were very lucky to have her in our corner. The manager was also most helpful. I would definitely recommend this Venue.

Too much noise of fire works, my babies woke up crying. Think about around your location.

You will never find place like this. Their idea of structure is same as use in back home state Punjab, enough space for parking as well like 200+ car parking. Management and staff are outstanding. Very fabulous for booking for marriage, meetings and funeral programs.

We held an annual awards party at this absolute stunning venue a few weeks back, the venue was incredible … spacious, clean and truly beautiful. The caters were second to none, with all guests enjoying the meal, efficient bar staff and a dedicated support team ensuring our night run smoothly. This place is awful for communication. They tell you to sign up but never inform you of what’s going on at the venue . Seems very unorganised . It’s a shame as the venue is nice.

We attended an event at this venue and really enjoyed the open space. There is ample parking space and the ambience was lovely. There's a beautiful fountain at the entrance and the lights around give this venue a luxurious feel. The north Indian food was amazinggg and the staff was very helpful. Would highly recommend this venue for events and food.

What an amazing venue! We booked both the hall and the upstairs terrace for a family wedding, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space was spacious, impeccably clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly on our big day. They even provided extra security for the car park and attendants for both the ladies’ and gents’ restrooms. The team was incredibly accommodating, walking us through each step of the process with great attention to detail. The event manager was onsite throughout the day, ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this venue for any special occasion!

Chattagram Samity organized a grand Chittagonian Mezbani event at The Willows on Forest Road, catering to 7,000 people. The event, held during Sunday lunchtime, attracted a diverse crowd, with attendees willingly joining in and enjoying the experience. The venue featured a beautiful water fountain and had a large parking area, making it convenient for all who attended.

We have a fantastic time at my daughter's wedding at the willows. It was caribbean and nigerian fusion. The venue was perfect. Lots of space to accommodate a large wedding. The staff were professional from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend this Venue. Very Large grounds for the firework display. Having the additional balcony space outside for canapés was great. The whole day was truly amazing. I want to thank all the staff st the willows for making my daughter's wedding amazing.

Excellent hall for parties. Really good space for DJ and dance floor set up. Entrance looks posh and upstairs terrace is good. Caterers Turmeric Root were excellent yesterday as well.

This place is massive & very good to large n small group party booking , building is well equipped with all facilities

Large venue in a fairly secluded area, with ample parking. Well maintained. Only disappointment was that there are no lifts for the 1st floor where drinks and canapes were being served, so some attendees had to remain downstairs.

Amazing place surrounded by lush green fields, beautiful facility with spacious halls and massive parking area. This is ideal for any event may it be a wedding or birthday party, sport event or just a social gathering, you wont be disappointed.

DON’T TRUST THE GUARDS. I went there for a wedding and my daughter lost her gold chain. The chain was with the DJ person. When he announced about the lost chain the security guard took it from them. When I asked the security guard he said they gave it to another person. I don’t trust them. Why that person didn’t get it from DJ????? When I ask them to see the CCTV they are not ready to show me. When I call the head office they are saying they will show it only to the police. That was my relatives wedding. So I know everybody there. If they don’t have any thing to hide then why don’t want to show me the CCTV??? I WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. And the food were awful 🤮

What a place, Loved Everything about it. Halls are spacious. Vibe is very raw and amazing.

Beautiful venue. Staff were lovely but were unnecessarily rushing everything despite having booked the venue for half the day. Great place to hold weddings, photo booths and bubble tea are great additions.

My daughter got married at the willows this weekend over 2 day period. I have nothing but positive feedback for the place, people. Management team and the professionalism of everyone who works there. The team cannot help you enough, all I say to anyone reading this review. The ONE I will definitely say is you will not be disappointed if you ever book an occasion at williows. My wife and I recently celebrated our wedding at The Willows, and it was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived until the very end, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Easy to find venue. Beautiful on a nice sunny day with the fountain. Spacious, clean, and very accommodating! We had a fabulous time getting married here 👌

I went for an event and the event was great. However I am disappointed in the staff by the gate. There was no parking so myself and a few guests parked on the street. These gate staff watched a ticket inspector issue us tickets of 65 pounds and they watched. They didn't even have it in them to have the MC of the event announce the presence of the ticket inspector or notify us prior to parking. Not expecting them to take on responsibility but some kind of kindness would have been helpful. I was disgusted that honestly didn't say much to them but felt they could have been a bit more human. Honestly its like people just don't care anymore and it is reflected in the staffs behaviour. You literally watch people get charged and do nothing when you clearly didn't provide sufficient parking or advice on alternative parking. I will honestly advice people to not use this venue. They only want your money and will never look out for you or your guests.

Wonder full place for a wedding reception

Absolutely fantastic holi event held there with food stall, live music and of course plastering everyone with coloured powder provided by them. Will definitely go next year if they have it there

Although the occasion before was a sad event, the venue was really nice to celebrate together. It was a big space, people were able go outside on the patio, the bar area was not really crowded. It seemed to have a big kitchen which made food prep and serving very easy. My only critique would be that the 2nd floor bathroom is very small, only two stalls, although there is another bathroom on the main floor.

Best place for arranging weddings or birthday parties

This place is amazing, we celebrated the life of my dear baby cousin on the 16th of March. And just driving into the grounds I was astonished, it is beautiful, lots of areas to capture little Kodak moments with loved ones, spacious, clean and very tidy, large beautiful and well equipped kitchen and bar area. I really loved this place and would 100% recommend.

The willows is a perfect setting for your event with beautifully manicured grounds with an impressive glass entrance and water feature making a wonderful first impression. Sadly our event was a funeral. We were given the Premier suite which included the outside terrace. The space exceeded our expectations and we were delighted to be able to decorate it bespoke to us. The addition of the video and audio system was perfect to entertain our guests. However the most important takeaway from The Willows is the kindness and support of the team. Their nothing is too much trouble attitude and empathy made an emotional experience bearable. This meant so much to us as a family. A fantastic venue that had a great modernised look to it from the outside and classy on the inside. It was spacious, allowing a large amount of people to move around freely without restriction. A venue to be considered for all occasions, and one I will return to in the near future.

The willows is a beautiful venue on stunning grounds. Striking fountain at the entrance. The venue is a good size. There was a kitchen and a bar. Great for all occasions. Definitely recommend booking.

Beautiful venue, nice welcoming staff. Great for wedding receptions, parties or staff events. Lots of outdoor space, good parking and kids friendly. 1 or 2 chairs could do with some maintenance but overall a great experience, would definitely recommend.

The venue is in a good location, with ample parking. Access control and manned security on site. For safety. New Years Eve dinner dance wrists bands required , making sure the guests are registered accordingly. Unfortunately the event management team over sell the seat occupancy with tables then over crowded with random guests on your family table. The VIP guest charade is fraudulent You don’t get any special treatment or privileges as we found out by paying unnecessarily for the title. The doors opened at 18::00hrs Appetiser was welcomed by bites by 18:30 There was a big gap before starters ,21.14hrs that was delayed due to guest’s confusion with tables assigned or arriving at table which were full already with guests. The performers were good ,but guests seated at the back were impossible to see any acts due to guests standing and not managed so everyone can watch the act. The food was average, basic wedding menu was presented with quantity not quality Waiter service under manned , desert was provided but there was shortage during delivery. Rear doors are opened for the firework display and guests are told by security no one is allowed to the cars during that period which isn’t mentioned prior to performing We were extremely disappointed as we travelled from Leicester for the show Overcharging guests was not a good start to the year

Had a wedding of 550 guests at Willows and the event was successful thanks to the Willows team. Erika was the person we were dealing with and she was very helpful and organised. The operations manager on the day provided excellent service and the security on site did a really good job. They were a very easy team to deal with.

Went for a friends event at willows, fountain was fantastic, first thing you see, enough parking spaces. Hall is spacious and elegant. only issue was the toilets, you have to climb stairs. Not convenient if you have stomach issues. Overall fantastic venue

I went to charity Latino ball with friend's and family. It was a fantastic night of brilliant entertainment and fantastic food. The waiting staff were lovely.

Wow!!!! Very beautiful hall, easy to locate, very clean and fresh. The environment and the decoration was simple but classy. Very clean ladies toilets with enough toilets that there was no need to queue to use the toilet. Plenty of parking spaces. I am definitely going to use them anytime I have a party or function. Great place.

My sister’s wedding reception took place at the Willow on 10th September 2023. The catering was also supplied by Silantro London Willows done exceptionally well in delivering a service which was to a very high standard. We had over 500 guests and each and everyone complimented on how amazing the welcome drinks, canapés, starters and the main dishes were There was plenty of choice for starters and mains. Furthermore, the portion sizes were good and there was plenty of food nothing went short. The cleanliness around the banqueting suite and washrooms was maintained throughout the event. The guests loved there over 5 different choices for desserts. And the fresh jalebi stand was absolutely amazing.. everyone loved it. I am so glad we went with Willows and Silantro London. Prior to the big day we were invited to x2 taster events.. we got to try different dishes to help us decide on the perfect menu. Thank you so so so much to Mina and the team for making my sisters big day perfect 😍

Went to a wedding here. Lovely and spacious hall. Upstairs there were rooms to prayer or set up anything. Outside view was lovely.

Went here for a funeral reception recently but also been here for a wedding, great venue.

Security gaurd is very rude and push people about. Pooja manager is so disrespectful don’t know how to do the job. The management is very not.good. Food was served cold not cooked properly.

Good parking placr and spacious however the stage must be positioned to be in view of all guest.

I was there as a caterer. The compound is beautiful with the waterfall effect and all. The hall is also spacious. But no matter how spacious an event hall is ,a Nigerian wedding will fill it to the brim. The kitchen not to big either

I would like to thank all of the staff at the Willows for helping to deliver an amazing wedding reception. From the very beginning Mina was extremely helpful and accommodating in dealing with our requests and queries, everything was dealt with in a professional manner. She was clear and concise on each process of the booking. On the day of the reception all of the staff were polite and professional and made sure all of our guests were well looked after. Our guests all commented afterwards on how great the party was and how much they enjoyed themselves and this was partly down to the willows staff alongside the other vendors present on the day. I would also like to say a special thank you to Pooja and Sonu who made me and my wife comfortable on the day by going the extra mile to make sure we were well looked after.

A seamless, stress free process, unlike most families I did not have a fleet of siblings to support my own wedding planning, with my sister booked in for work experience with the NHS and then UCL 3 week intensive medical doctor summer programme I had to go it alone, my father was organising the Pakistan leg of my wedding (my wife was from there and we brought her over) and was occupied with that - Aamina from the Willows made the entire process stress free and seamless, very responsive at almost every hour of the day and a very personable approach, always helpful and offered great value for money in everything she did, a very talented sales executive and the Willows is very lucky to have her, no tension, no aggro - was accommodating all the way and the event ran very smoothly, great feedback from families who felt it was an event with a real touch of grace and class and was a premium, VIP experience for everyone involved. Thank you to the Willows for making my Waalima, my final event of my marriage, one that I hope people will remember for a lifetime, as I certainly will.

Venue was really nice, the look and feel of the place. Stage and tables were excellent. The catering staff and food delivery was very poor and let the whole thing down. I feel if they had someone guiding the staff a little better this could of easily gotten a 4 or 5 star review.

Very nice venue. Went to a wonderful wedding here and there was ample parking. A nice fountain and plenty of space. Due to the layout, it's almost impossible to lose anyone and if you do find a member of your party missing, there's just one direction they could be in which is the entrance/exit.

When the food was served at our tables I must say 'Fatiha' done a splendid job in ensuring that we were well catered for and food and drink were aplenty and all served with a smile.
