Such a relaxing atmosphere, never seems to be overcrowded, unless we've just been lucky. But we had plenty of room to move around and lots of space to have a conversation without being on top of the next table. Ate here a few times, lunch, dinner and breakfast on different days and all good, but the full Willow breakfast is wow. And the gamon steak is delicious. Im looking forward to going back next year. Staff are so polite and really go out their way to help. Great place.

Lovely place. Never too loud as with other Parkdean bars / restaurants. Food is always great. The cooked breakfast is one of our favourites. Fabulous staff team who all work so hard, yet still have time to check on customers. A credit to the park.

Lovely, fresh-cooked breakfast. Four clean plates! Excellent and helpful service too. Check the app for gf options as there are more than on the menu. My gluten free (coeliac) breakfast was brought separately to ensure I got the right one. Definitely recommend and wish we’d came earlier in our holiday so we could come again!

I’m not one to usually leave a review for anything, but our experience here has been fantastic. We came here a good few times and each time it has exceeded our expectations. Sean is lovely and works very efficiently even when he’s the only one serving/bartending/food running/clearing tables. No matter how busy it gets he makes sure to always be kind and polite. The food here is incredible, we had the Willow burger and sirloin steak - it’s some of the best food we’ve ever had. 10/10, a very welcoming place.

Good range of drinks and food, catering for gluten free well. Callum was great at checking in and ensuring all the orders were correct.

Food is great, staff are friendly and helpful. The steak offer didn’t work on the app, so ordered at the bar only to find that fillet steak is not included in the offer even though it is more expensive! Fillet “STEAK” is a steak is it not!!! Steak = sirloin, rump, fillet, T bone… This should be advertised as “sirloin steak night” Would have stayed and spent more on drinks and maybe dessert but felt let down. Burgers are excellent as is the tagine. We shall be trying the breakfast before we go home, let’s hope that isn’t miss advertised too.

Stopped here couple of times for dinner. Had fish and chips one night and pie and chips another. Food is very pleasant, hot food and lots of space in the bar to sit without sitting on top of the next table. Beer garden lovely on a nice sunny day. Friendly service. Felt it could of done with an extra pair of hands behind the bar at times. Most of the time there was only one. But great service nonetheless. Fab.

Visited for breakfast as staying nearby. Fabulous breakfast. (Although no mushrooms, wasn't advised at the time of ordering, which was a shame) Food arrived promptly. 2 members of staff on duty, which probably wasn't enough considering the amount of tables that needed clearing. Nice ambience, love the Willow bar. Will no doubt be back again soon.

Ordered breakfast when restaurant was virtually empty. No more that 4 tables occupied. Breakfast took an hour to arrive which had a significant impact on our day. No table numbers or clear ordering system so every time food is brought out, staff have no idea which table it is for. I can’t imagine what it’s like when it’s actually half busy, Drinks are the only thing that is served quickly. Still waiting for food as I post this.

Stayed at fallbarrow park for 7 nights and I just wanted to say that the food was amazing at The Willow pub. At times it took a while for the food to come but it was worth the wait as the food was so nice. The pork belly starter and the chicken skewer in particular was so nice, definitely restaurant standard. Would be very happy to eat here again, even if I wasn't staying at the park.

What a cracking little restaurant this is. Although it's based on the Fallbarrow Holiday Park it is open to everyone. The food has, on every visit been excellent, and I am writing this having just enjoyed one if the best fillet steaks I've ever had. Prices are very reasonable, the staff are lovely, very welcoming and personable, the chefs clearly have high standards. The restaurant itself is modern, benefitting from a recent stylish renovation. From somebody who has spent many years in the hospitality industry, I would just like to take the time to say well done, you got this so right, and special thank you to Sebi and Jade who looked after us

Called here for a takeaway lunch, used them several times before. Service was disappointing to say the least. Not a please or thankyou from the ladies working in the shop - even when I pointed out they'd only charged me for 1 flat white! Previous reviews also highlight the fact that the staff are miserable, they respond but do nothing to address the concerns raised. Also, I would've thought that as u was the only customer in the shop on a very wet day would have been positive for them - obviously not! Not sure I'll return here.

Visited here with my Dad today. Asked for a tea cake and then a scone both not on the menu anymore. I had a bagel with salmon and cream cheese paid over £8 and that was it no sides, no even a bit of salad - didn’t taste great. Dad ordered pancakes in the end 2 tiny pancakes on a dish - still hungry when we left. Not great service either. Disappointed!

Terrible customer service! The young girl at the till clearly did not want to be there. She was huffing and puffing at customers! Yes, it was very busy as yesterday, 15th October was a beautiful autumn day but I would think they would be glad of end of season trade! I could not sit down because they were so busy so opted to ask for take away coffee and cake, only to be told by her 'I'm not doing take away'. Really? The local co-op is closed for a refurbishment and they really could capitalise on that if they employed more capable, less miserable staff! Shocking!! Won't return!

Stopped to have a tea, latte and a slice of carrot cake. Great service and a huge slice of cake that we shared. Great value for money.

Called in for a coffee and snack after our frequent walk along the bay and round back into Arnside. When this first opened I was a little wary as we are used to small intimate tea/coffee shops in Arnside. However this was our second visit and as we entered we were greeted by obviously the front of house guy “David”. Wow does this guy know how to do it Welcoming ,friendly, Northern (always a bonus). Had a lovely coffee and Hubby had a great crisp bacon bun. The vibe in this cafe/restaurant is great., modern but great service. We live quite locally and are encouraged to go in the evening now as well. In our opinion the best restaurants are always about the front of house and Crossfields has it right. Everyone in this place has a great view of our beautiful Morecambe bay.
