I had a fantastic experience at Wild Loaf. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the visit even more enjoyable. The cinnamon rolls are delicious and croissants the best in Liverpool. Highly recommend for anyone in the area it's definitely a must visit!

I had heard of this store, and so ventured over to try it out for myself. First thing I noticed was the turnover of customers for a small drive to, main road location. It must be good to be this busy. The shop itself is smallish with a couple of tables inside with some tables and benches outside. The assortment of breads and pastries looked mouth watering, and the smell devine. I also wanted a coffee, but not from one of the chain coffee shops, so again this store suited us perfectly. The cinnamon rolls caught my eye immediatley upon entering, which was huge, full of flavour and gets a strong 9/10. I had a cappucino which was nice, better than the big chains, but I have had better but still give an 8/10. My wife had a sourdough toastie (cheese bacon and onion marmalade) which she said was wonderful. Service was excellent too and the whole ambiance was very relaxed. Would we go again......? Absolutely, but the only thing that let it down was the lack of a toilet/bathroom facility, so on that basis I would give The Wild Loaf a strong 8 / 10.

Oh my goodness! This place is amazing. A fantastic bakery with a few tables inside and out to enjoy a cake or toastie (or both). The bread is probably the best I've ever tasted - that is no exaggeration! Lovely friendly, helpful service too. You must try it and we will definitely be back very, very soon.

Such a cute, hidden gem and definitely well worth a visit. We went in a Saturday morning and there was a small queue but we did get served quickly and the staff were very friendly! There aren’t many seats so if you want to sit inside you might need to go before they open. They have a lot of choice when it comes to bread, pastries and cakes and everything is from ethical sources and the chocolate is local! The coffee was one of the nicest coffee’s I’ve had in Liverpool.

We just love this place Jess and her team work so hard. The products are truly AMAZING. Breads/pastries/coffee too many delicious items to mention. We have tried EVERY product. We travel up from London to visit family and The Wild Loaf is our first stop If walking from Liverpool One it’s a 20 minute walk/ you can drive and there is lots of parking or you can get the train from Central and it’s one stop away. SO WORTH THE JOURNEY

First visit , called in for a sourdough loaf , ended up buying 2, plus a pastry and 2 croissants. Also had a cheese toasty on sourdough bread to go . The toasty was delish , as was my almond croissant. The BOSS said her lemon meringue pastry was also delish. Really nice place , only small but perfectly formed, it was a sunny day so people sitting outside as well as inside. Staff friendly , helpful and polite . Will definitely visit again.

We have been here a few times now and it never disappoints! The menu changes regularly so you get to try new things and old favourites. Pepper and parmesan loaf is our favourite. The toasted cheese and onion marmalade was a revelation! Service is delightful and they show great patience even if your decision making is slow!

The grilled cheese sandwich was amazing, on sourdough with onion marmalade. Small selection of savoury sandwiches, but both were excellent. Nice selection of sweet treats Beautifully baked sourdough bread for sale too. A little pricey but the quality was amazing.

Never had a bad thing to say about the food or people running it. The Bostock, grilled cheese and loaves are incredible to name a few favourites. Have adapted well to current conditions, doing online orders for click and collect through their website, and are always out to please

Travel over from the Wirral to pick bread up. Normally use Baltic but they had sold out. Found this place on Facebook (can’t believe I’ve walked past it for years). Sourdough is excellent, the Rye loaf is exceptional, teenage kids love it. I suggest they hook up with Greens of Oxton to distribute this side of the river.

tried the doughnuts several times. Always great. price is a bit upscale.. they sell other things e.g. bread, coffee, other desserts as well, but I haven't tried them yet. Need to follow their instagram as the food items seem to change all the time.

It is not easy to find good bread in Liverpool, but this is an excellent place for it. It is also a great place for lunch, only two sandwiches, but the two best sandwiches I had in a while. I strongly recommend that you try it!

I was attracted by the sourdough they say they use... And was not disappointed at all! Actually it is the first place I would suggest to visit in the morning in Liverpool. It is a very small shop, but with a lot of excellent products. It is also charming, in the backyard of some buildings with these lovely red bricks and not far from the beautiful redsand stone cathedral. I am a kind of "French bread foodie" so everywhere I go, I try bread, pastries... I have very high expectations. I tried 3 donuts, a vegan (?) one with mint and lemon, a regular one with cinnamon and one with a passionfruit cream inside and raspberry on the top. This last one was incredible!! Very fresh, natural, perfectly made. The dough of the donut has enough "air" inside to be soft. I could have eaten 10 of these! I asked if I could buy only a few pieces of bread as I didn't want to buy a big loaf as I would have to carry it the whole day, and the woman there just gave me some for free! This bread was among the best I tried, France included. That was very nice, very kind of her so I thought I should write a review about this excellent place. Please keep going on with the nice baking! Maybe you should put some pieces of your delicious bread to try on the counter, I am sure people would be surprised to see how good a bread can be and would buy more of your loaves ;)

Visited for breakfast today, 15th. August, at about 10 a. m. Told they didn't do anything like that, food was just to take away, ie a shop only. As we didn't want to eat dry bread or a limited selection of cakes, we were advised to go elsewhere. Shame, as the other side of the shop could be put to use as a cafe - we were told it was just for "representatives" and the outside benches would be lovely on a fine day. Missing an opportunity.

I stumbled upon this place completely by accident as it's quite tucked away off Hardman Street, but I'm very glad I did. The first time I visited I had a sourdough donut which was absolutely lovely and I've since come back to try their signature bread, the homemade jam and the lemonade. The bread is the best I've ever had and I will keep going back! Plus it's in a great spot with a wonderful atmosphere to sit outside amongst greenery and fairy lights.

Not been here before, it’s off the beaten track in a courtyard off Hardman Street. It was worth discovering, they have a range of sourdough bread, plus donuts and veggie sausage rolls. We bought some of each, see photos. They also do a variety of drinks, seating outside, benches and tables in a lovely garden setting. Will definitely call again now that we have found it. Very friendly helpful staff.

Lovely staff, warm and welcoming reception. Amazingly put together dishes full of flavours. Early dinner atmosphere was spot on. EXCEPT for the slightly too loud house music blasting through the speakers. Definitely a light Jazz, bossanova or lounge music would've made the experience even more enjoyable.

Shocking. Soggy and cold. Let's not mention how expensive it is either
