My local chippy , if you have never had the salt and pepper Shu mei from here you are missing out , delicious. The staff are friendly and the prices are decent.

When in on my lunch break left me standing there for 10 minutes into my 30 minute work lunch so had to leave because the staff wouldn't take my order while completing another and would of been late back to work disgraceful

We was down visiting friends so called in to get some food on the way home, Food was gorgeous everything was piping hot and still hot when we got home and we live 40 mins away but definitely worth the drive down there staff are lovely and friendly

The best salt and pepper chips I've ever had. Big bits of well browned sweet garlic are strewn through the chips and chicken providing a savoury counterpoint to the sweet msg rich seasoning. Sublime

Recently ate from here and was happily satisfied.

Everything on the menu is absolutely excellent. My favourite is mini meal chicken fried rice or egg Fu young but had most everything else 🤣🤣

Been coming for years and never fails. Does what it says on the tin and to be honest have not found better. Nobody is saying this is authentic Chinese cuisine and we don't want it to be. We want Anglicised, Chinese dishes done well and Kev's chippy does this brilliantly. Extensive menu, has more ingredients than other places and because of this effort, I keep coming back. I always wondered what happened to the lad who could wrap a pack of chips in a nanosecond. His hands were a blur! Try them, I recommend them highly.

The only venue I've visited in Liverpool that actually observed covid safety practises of masks, distance and contact. Otherwise, No better or worse than every other bad food outlet in this city which seems to bend over backwards to deliver the worst food I've ever experienced in the UK.

Usually can't fault them but have to complain as my garlic king prawns was disgusting usually it's king prawns in batter cooked with garlic and onion this was prawns in some sort of gravy needless to say it didn't get eaten, but the birds and ducks/swans in sefton park seemed to enjoy it.

What a find ! We were not put off by this little Take Away's looks and keep coming back for more delightful Chinese food. Like 'hot' chips ??? I can recommend their pepper and salt chips ! Spicy with lots of seasoning, even little rounds of fresh Green Chillies. Friendly and efficient staff as well.
