Shame about pub, sunny Saturday afternoon very quiet and tired looking. Think the pub is missing a trick, Could be a good local with a regular entertainment menu.

This pub is a good place for the young people to gather in Bingham. The pub has been " revamped" to offer a games atmosphere. Not really a cosy drinking space. Wingkings is now operating out of there with a take away and eat in option, so worth a visit just for that. Beer good.

Good selection of lager. Can't comment on the food although looked good.

I'm trying to go to sleep and they are playing music really loud at 23:12 and really bright lights outside even though no one is outside. Taking the absolute mick

Good local pub v popular. Sky Sports T V. Plus dining in restaurant. Big car park on a busy crossroads in centre of Bingham. A well sought after market town with v good acess to all routes. In top ten of best places to live in England.

Terrible beer cold feel to the pub not very hospitality

Sunday pork rib roast, huge Yorkshire pudding a little over done, cabbage a little under done but otherwise my meal was delicious, disappointed that whenI wasn't asked if I wanted a dessert

Wonderful 'early doors' outing for our anniversary. Food fabulous. Love the table service. Not been since before 1st lockdown but will certainly be back.

Very polite and respectful and friendly staff. Wonderful food, the best pee and ham soup I ever had. It was so good that I started to think about marrying the shef. I time remembering that my wife may not me happy about that.

Provided everything we were requiring - decent food and drink, with friendly and prompt service.

Great little pub for a lunchtime meal and one that you should not judge "by it's cover"... The outdoor space is lovely and the food is excellent. Having Beavertown Neckoil on keg was a great little bonus!

Lovely lunch in a very pleasant environment. Teryaki cauliflower steak with Kimchi and smoked tomato absolutely delicious for this non vegetarian. Fabulous knickerbocker glory, a very different (and much improved!) beast from the stuff of 70's seafront memories. Best pub lunch in a very long while!

Really nice and good quality pub. They have a great outdoor space which makes it even better in the current circumstances with Covid-19. They have taken a lot of precautions and when we ordered food they made sure we had filled out the test and trace form. They asked us to stay seated and provided everything via table service. Service was quick and food was really good.

Friendly and chatty bar staff, very nice decor. Went will the football was on and the atmosphere was brilliant such a nice chilled out space. Bonus they’re dog friendly 👍 We will be back.

Really good food, great service, can be spoiled by noisy and rowdy groups at nearby tables but not the pub's fault. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended, great food, fabulous breakfasts and breakfast cobs, great beers perfectly poured, friendly hard working staff, we cannot praise Pam and Alison enough they're lovely....we've been there on a regular basis recently and this pub always excels .....

Food was really tasty however they were busy so couldn't say service was excellent but they tried their best. Would definitely use again.

Outstanding Pub. Definitely elevated pub fare. Some of the best bangers and mash I've ever had. The cauliflower steak was also excellent. Staff is also outstanding.

I went to collevt my daughter and from the road looked a bit run down. However it is beautiful and modern inside an the bar lady was so kind and helpful and could not do enough. The young gentleman was also of service and i will deffinatly visit this public house in leisure period asap. Thanku for your time tofay was much aporeciated.xxc

Understaffed by rude people. Dropped in to watch the football (play-off final) on bank holiday Monday. Place was busy.. waited 10 minutes for a drink then told off by bar staff when I suggested that I was next (apparently anyone can claim to be next) Had my drink, finished it then left and went to Horse & Plough for a decent pint and the BBC website updates. In my opinion a pub needs be more than a place with a big telly showing sport.. but if that is your main (only?) selling point then you should at least ensure you have enough staff on to cope.

Food is enough to make you want to return time and time again but when you add in the friendly staff, good wines and beers and the great atmosphere you've got a great local

Seems to have gone up market. Since last visit a year or two ago. Seems popular with locals. Nice place with polite staff.

Just had another Great tasty meal as always in the pub, sweet and sour turkey 🍗 was lovely and the desert, white and dark chocolate cheesecake was lovely too. So I can safely say that it was a 🔟 from me. Not Len... This is when the pub was run by the landlady Sue. I have not been back since as they have doubled up on the prices so I can not comment on the new landlady.

Tuesday night. Football on. We Went in before 8 45 pm . Bar staff quick to point out not serving food 2 large barcardi's with pump coke 2 packets crisps £15.85' first time in white lion and LAST.

Lovely pub with large bar area that has a large screen for sports matches and a separate dining area if you don't want the hussle and bustle when big matches are being played. Can't escape the noise though as it is open between the two in parts but it adds to the atmosphere. Food is good value with a great menu and bar stocks a nice range of beers, larger and ciders.

Came across this pub by accident and boy what a find! First class food and service. We will certainly be spending some time exploring their menu. Got to be one of the best eateries in the area.
