Have been ordering from Barolos for over 10 years, however, recently service has been poor. Most recently waited over 90 mins for a delivery, when contacted they claimed not to have received the order. No effort from the woman on the phone to resolve. Will not be ordering from Barolos again.

Had a really nice burger here, my mum got a pizza and my dad got kebab it was all so good and it was such a nice meal, we had been lost on where to eat at the time decided to go in and see what it was like and was not disappointed at all!

This place is backwards! With no online ordering system. They also charge a handling fee for letting you pay by card.

Absolutely delicious pizza! I shared one of their special 20 inch pizzas with my partner, it was SO GOOD!! we got another the day after to show my parents how good it was! Staff are lovely people who were almost as excited about the pizza as I was, can't reccomend enough, delicious tasty and moreish can't wait for the next time I order one 💞

We have been regular returning customers since they opened in Bingham, have tried much of the menu but do usually stick to our favourites, always great quality and service, which we’ve found to be consistent over the years, would gladly recommend

They do nice food apparently but can't order online or pay by card for delivery. And this has not changed for years .I don't do cash and phone calls are a nightmare when you place a big order anywhere. Following a bit of an exodus of places nearby, I thought I'd drop these guys a polite email to suggest / ask about their plans to catch up with what customers expect. Didn't get a reply - Not even a polite 'never'. 6 months om and no change. If they had a modern way to order Id have spent thousands with them over the years. I just don't understand it - if it's cost, pass it on!

So infuriated that in this day and age you cannot pay by card I'm sure lots of business is lost because of this get yourself sorted out

Placed a order was told they was really busy food would arrive 60-70 mins. I called up a hour and a half later to be told they driver hasn't even left yet, nearly a 2 hour wait for a couple of pizzas terrible service

We came to Nottingham on holiday and wanted to try some pizza so we searched and looked at some places and chose barolo. I'm so glad we didn't go anywhere else. The pizza was very fresh and tasty, my son loved the burger and the curly fries were amazing and the portions are so generous.

Totally disappointed that the meat is halal, I never realised and no idea why it is, can't eat that nasty stuff, shame

The pepperoni pizza is absolutely incredible, you have to try it.

I like pizza. A LOT. I've had take out pizzas from all of them around here & Barolo is hands down simply the best. The choices, the dough everything. Staff are all really nice, complimentary bottle of pop with decent size order. 100% recommended.

Great menu, and always good food. We order from here a lot. Only grumble is that paying by card over the phone is a hassle and discouraged by them. And be warned they get very busy on the weekends. But that shows how nice the food is!

Had the oreo and biscoff milkshake , both one of the best milkshakes we have had in a long time 10/10 would recommend

Me and the fiancée were very impressed with Barolo. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and the customer service was excellent. The food was also cooked to perfection and was delicious along with decent portion sizes for the price! We will definitely be returning and will recommend Barolo to anyone!

Kebab was tasty but small for the price, a hair found in pizza and when mentioned it took a long time to get the issue resolved. Pizza base was also very doughy and raw, they told us they cook it like that because they are busy. The price for extra spinach was a bit steep for what we got, and the tiramisu was stale.

Lovely takeaway, never had any problems. Highly recommend the spicy calzone!

Best pizza in Bingham without a doubt! The staff are friendly and welcoming both in store and on the phone and they never fail to provide a brilliant service:) . The kebab is amazing, the burgers are massive and the pizzas are so fresh and tasty ! I I Would highly recommend a visit to Barolo ! :)

It amazes me how a pizza take out place can mess up a simple margarita pizza that badly. Chewy, under cooked dough, non existent tomato sauce, cheap cheese, and the additional bacon topping is not even bacon, might be some sort of bacon sausage. It was my second visit as I thought maybe it was my fault for choosing too many toppings last time. Nope it's definitely the place, I highly doubt they have tasted a real pizza before. Appalling.

Good variety and a very popular place for Pizza. Pizzas are full of flavour and the sides are equally delicious. Update a few years later - still amazing!

They take young lads on as "work trials" and then don't pay them, or pay them for an evenings' work with a small pizza. Disgusting.

They gave me the wrong drink without ringing me before hand to tell me, I also asked for no salad on my burger and got salad with mayo and I don’t like Mayo…. Complete waste of my money. When I rang them they where very unpleasant on the phone shouting and swearing even though he was the one who didn’t take the order down correctly.

Had a pizza, kebab and chips, the chips where cold and chewy the pizza was probably the worst I've ever had and the kebab my partner had there was hardly any chicken, it was dry and the salad was just onion lettuce and one piece of (the only fresh bit) tomato, worst 20 quid I've spent in Bingham

Had a massive cheese burger, it was really big and really tasty and good value for money too. Definitely going to go back, I'll get a Pizza next time as they look like they have a large selection. It's a good place to go to if you have a group that want different things, pizza, burger, kebab. All the options.

Hi there! not often I do reviews but must say try the Italian beef cannelloni its amazing! I've tried all sorts from barolo and all very good. Arrives on time and never been let down. Try something different and have cannelloni with garlic bread. Can't recommend it enough.

We always order from here. The lady that answers the phone is so polite and always repeats the order and tells you how much. Really good customer service! The food is always delicious never had a problem. 👍

Fantastic food, couldn't fault it.

First time using this place. Will not be trying it twice. Told 45 minutes......it took 2 hours!! Waiting for a pizza, I live a mile from the shop. Phoned twice and got fobbed off. No discount offered and I still gave them a tip. Being busy isn't an excuse. You had my details, you could of phoned and explained the delay.... the it will be 10 minutes... after the first hour is just poor.

Best pizza in Bingham. Extremely consistent and the owner and his staff are polite and welcoming in store. They work extremely hard to provide a great service. We're extremely lucky to have them in Bingham.

amazing place my dad is a regular and they are polite to me and him i would recommend it they can make mistakes but we all do so dont think everyone is perfect cus here not and they still do amazing food and take there time to make it

just had a kebab from Barolo. i ordered a large and it was a poor size for a large, i would say it was a small. and £3 more then i pay at village and half the size. apart from that food was ok. delivery was perfect! i was hoping to be as satisfied as i am with thier pizzas!

Had our first takeaway from Barolo, kebabs and burgers. Food quality was very good and portion size was good for an adult. Delivered on time and hot. Price was probably a little higher than others in the area but justified by food quality. I would like to see children's size portions on the menu. All in all very good and would definitely be using again.

Ordered to papas chicken burgers they were horrible bun smelt mouldy salad was brown and soggy chicken was like rubber and also ordered chips with cheese the chips were cold and the cheese did not melt at all and tasted off.

Placed an order for collection double cheese chicken burger with salad NO SAUCE and 2 pizzas First of all the 2 batterd chicken breast in the burger was different sizes so one was rock hard and the other was soggy I asked for no sauce and got a weird sauce on it which I'm allergic to most ingredients that go into sauce and no it wasn't the cheese as you stuck that in between the hard chicken Breast! So chucked it away And to top it off both pizzas were closer to black than ready they were burn and left a horrid taste in your mouth ,managed one slice as was so hungry but chucked the rest I only come to Bingham once or twice a month to see family and certainly DO NOT RECOMEND PLEASE USE THE OTHER PIZZA TAKEAWAYS AVAILABLE!!
