Warm, friendly atmosphere. The coffee was great, and we enjoyed morning coffee as we celebrated a birthday. Dog friendly.

A few months ago the store lost its awnings and still has temporary signage and its refurb whilst an improvement was rather underwhelming. But most sad is the lack of attention outside the front of the store which is never swept before the tables and chairs go out. The pictures are BEFORE the front door was opened. Previous review below Lovely shop although it needs a refurb. Lots of community feel here. Toilets are generally not great. Fresh pastries and cakes are lovely. The coffee is very good and they take genuine care in it. The manager is on it and makes sure the team are epic.

Typical Caffe Nero in the lovely suburb of West Bridgeford.

Mixed bag, usually Cafe Nero is my favourite chain coffee. In this venue the latte was practically an espresso, so little milk in it that the cup was half full. The white chocolate mocha was not white. There was a considerable queue at 10am and Google maps claimed it was less busy than usual. Cleared tables were not wiped. Food was nice, staff were ok and location was pleasant but the coffee is the most important part of a coffee shop for me

Really lovely on place...enjoyed the coffee nice and hot. Staff clearing the tables quickly. Toilets clean but only one toilet for men and women..need more really.

Great cafe. We parked at the large coop nearby, parking is free up to an hour. The cafe has toilets upstairs and disabled downstairs, there’s a ramp for wheelchairs too to get in the building. There’s seating outside, ground level and upstairs. We saw people with their dogs sitting outside, but then people had their dogs inside while they ordered, so that must be ok. Great location and lovely town.

Batista that was working there, a guy longish hair and glasses, was so rude to his staff that just asked me what I wanted to order. Then had such a weird attitude with me, like I was just a huge inconvenience being there. So I didn't even order, gone to 200 degrees and won't be returning to that cafe Nero ever again!

Pound drink from app. Nice.good quality.Staff nice. Very busy though. So you can wait. 50p carpark across road. Don't double park . Warden got me. Overall ok

The toilets are not clean. A health hazard

One of the better neros in a nice location. Sitting out on the street in good weather makes for a great west bridgeford atmosphere. Lots of friendly regulars. Nero is better than the other chains anyway.

The coffee shop is dirty , tables aren’t cleared often enough and has a table ever been wiped?? Is that too much to ask just clear the cups and lates and wipe the tables easy!!!

Come here regularly/ Friendly staff. Good with the student discount. Tea and lattes are nice as are the shortbread and carrot cake pieces. Outdoor seating is pleasant. The chocolate cookies I would also recommend. For me though, slightly too expensive and queues sometimes are long. Also, too many slated caramel products - personally, I hate that flavour.

Passive aggressive staff telling people to buy anther round or vacate tables. 20 minutes after arriving and having finished my drink was told the same. Make it a policy so there’s no ambiguity and people won’t feel as put out when bluntly told by staff with zero people skills to leave. Won’t be visiting again and would recommend revisiting this as a policy and telling people up front.

Male staff member that was cleaning tables was making patrons feel very uncomfortable. Just 20 mins after being there, had only just finished our drinks and he very rudely advised we’d have to top up our drinks ASAP or get out. I understand when places are busy it’s difficult, but there’s ways and means of going about things and he was extremely rude - absolutely no customer service skills. There should be a policy for busy times if they’re going to go round harassing people. Very anxiety provoking and I will not be returning. As a separate point, when I was queuing to order drinks, the trainee barista was looking down scrolling on her phone whilst there was a queue of people waiting…

We come here all the time and it's always busy and the staff are lovely

Great coffee but every time I come in to get take away in the morning the male barista is so rude to me. There is no need to speak to me in the way he does, put me off coming back every time he does it.

It's OK, girl that served me had a little attitude which I decided to by pass.

Long queues and staff working hard. 20 mins is a long time in a queue for a coffee. (Staff working non stop and very polite dispite the pressure)

Lovely food and drink but visit spoilt by disgusting ladies toilet. At least 3 people told staff but nothing was done. It was 2pm and toilets hadn't been checked since 6.15am. Very disappointed. ...

One of the most spacious Nero in Nottingham. Staff were very friendly too.

Ordered The Batman Hot Chocolate- a limited edition hot chocolate. It was very well made with excellent decoration however staff service was slightly wierd. For example, we asked for water and they said that there was a water station, but if we needed a cup (I don't know, if there are cups there then no) and also told we couldn't order the hot chocolate with oat milk, but then she said that it was vegan anyway! While this probably doesn't make sense, the drinks were excellent but the staff needed a bit more customer service training.

It's what you expect however staff are really nice.

The fifth star is only missing because of cost. 15/12/21: visited again and sadly cappuccino was only warm and barista said it was because there is a lot of foam (there is always a lot of foam in a cappuccino). Seems to have slipped a little but it is close to Christmas.

Early morning, this Cafe Nero is pleasant and spacious. At other times it gets overcrowded and can be claustrophobic. Staff team are very friendly and enthusiastic. Usual selection of eats, in the morning with plenty of fresh pastries. Drinks to usual Nero's high standard.

Cafe Nero in West Bridgford centre is pretty much the same standard as every cafe Nero, in that it's good coffee and first class service.

Ordered via the app for a ‘click and collect’ all worked as expected. App updated me once the coffee was ready and I could collect quickly from the store. The WB store has fantastic friendly staff and always great coffee. Ideally situated near the park.
