Had my wedding party here absolutely brilliant the buffet was outstanding thank you so much for making our day special 😊 x

Came for Saturday breakfast - busy with a large group of cyclists, unpretentious breakfast food, friendly staff.

Booked a room on booking.com Didn't get to stay there. Staff were very apologetic and tried there best to get us a room somewhere else .

Demi dale brilliant cook didn’t know her name but had to ask her personally because the food was brilliant I asked for chips and cheesy garlic bread and it was amazing cooked perfectly and great texture especially the chips. This is an absolutely amazing place to eat and stay I definitely recommend to all.

Not been in for years and was pleased with the decor and drinks options. Had to wait to order while three staff were chatting bt the lager was good. I understand that the hotel is good for events.

Breakfast this morning 20th April absolutely perfect good sausage and bacon good service couldn't fault anything. Best Breakfast in Doncaster

Very clean hotel room with excellent customer service. We were worried our hotel room would be noisy as it was above the pub, but it was really cozy and quiet in our room. The beer garden was excellent with good food and live music (which created a great atmosphere.) We were impressed when we asked for a French wine and the bar staff went out in the back just to see if they had one (and offered us their last bottle). Overall, excellent experience. We would highly recommend.

We’d booked in last Sunday as a party of 10, having called earlier in the day to double check our booking. We were told on arrival that there was nothing in our name. Staff then tried to rectify the situation by moving other diners away from their seats, despite them having to carry their meals (which were going cold!) - created a very negative atmosphere. Staff didn’t seem to be in control of the situation at all and after 10 minutes of guests and staff arguing we walked out. The outside area wasn’t welcoming with lots of aggressive swearing, kids vaping, and music was far too loud. The interior was quite grimy and the pub seemed very understaffed for a peak time on Sunday. Definitely won’t be visiting again and suggest others avoid as well.

6 of booked in several days before for sunday lunch at 3pm . Arrived half hour earlier to see no carvery left . No text no phone call to inform us . Why take booking ? Dont bother folks . Very poor

My single room was not lovely and could have done with a bit more furniture, but it was clean and the shower was warm and I got a decent sleep. The breakfast was brilliant! Perfect in every way - piping hot with expertly cooked good quality ingredients - and cheap too - set me up for the day that has! Thank you.

The staff are brilliant. They pulled out the stops at breakfast. The room was clean, TV and coffee making things. Price was good and the location was good. The car park has plenty of room. Thank you to the staff

Had an amazing night for my Dads 80th. Thanks to all the staff who made us all very welcome. Great buffet food and atmosphere!!

Had the carvery yesterday and the meat was overcooked. Roast potatoes were awful. Bad day for the chef, will try again in a few weeks to see if it's any better.

Cold room had to ask for heating, stayed two nights both nights no sleep until after 12 am due to music and quiz

Visited for Sunday lunch . Would highly recommend for a lovely , tasty homecooked experience . Everything was delicious and piping hot . Plenty of meat and great choice of veg including leeks , cauliflower cheese and garlic roasties. Service excellent and a warm and friendly atmosphere.
