The Wellington in Preston

One of the greatest and cosiest place in the Preston area. Good beers, nice quiet ambiance with remarquable brit pop music that we all love from The rolling stones to Oasis...a must go !

Used to be ok, but changed hand several times, told at the bar they no longer serve red wine, but pulled out half an old bottle from god knows where. Then served that and a glass of white in filthy gin glasses.

Visited the Wellington pub in Preston this weekend, An absolutely wonderful traditional pub, lovely decor and such friendly locals, everyone made us feel very welcome! The new landlord and landlady Natalie and Rich have took this oub on 2 weeks ago and are an absolute asset to the place, super friendly and welcoming, we felt completely as ease soon as we got there, we spent most of the day there and thoroughly enjoyed it! The pub is lovely and clean and toilets well kept, Keep up the good work Natalie and Rich,you are perfect for this pub and we hope you are hugely successful! We will definitely visit again!

Visited on a Saturday night. Arrived as strangers but felt like we left as locals. Temp landlord and locals all very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Drinks were great as well. Thank you

Me and my partner visited here today, its not only a lovely pub, its dog friendly with a selection of the best ales and the bar lady (Nicki) was absolutely lovely ♡ will definitely be coming again when bk in Preston!

Not been here for a good few years, got in fairly late on a Saturday night and was quite surprised to see it so quiet. Not as many casks on as usual.

I like pubs. This one has reasonably priced beer and cracking live music.

Great staff very good atmosphere for an afternoon sneaky pint. Not very busy but ale good and locals welcolming. Worth a visitif local or on 68 bus route.

Great small little pub, great as a local. Good atmosphere and never massively busy. Would highly recommend it. Always first on my list for a cheeky pint.

As i walked into the Wellington i was aware its a man pub! Only beer and good banter are served, people are friendly and seasoned drinkers the crisps salty and the beer plentiful! Men who don't know what Google is will drink here men who put the world to rights using only ten beers and a copy of the sun
