Cosy little coffee shop based in Canary Wharf. Great coffee served with a smile - had a great chat. They have a cool photography studio attached next door. There are limited seats inside and out. Perfect location for coffee if you’re on the go. There’s a selfie photo pod thing in the cafe too, if you wish to take a selfie with your coffee. ☕️😁📸 Definitely recommend trying this place out. Cortado was perfect, thank you. See you again next time. 🙌🏽☕️

Friendly and welcoming. Attention to detail with the drinks. I'd recommend they let u put the lid yourself, as then you can appreciate the design. It's one of the best matcha lattes I've had. Good quality, and I loved the milk they used. The only thing I didn't like was that one of the customers who already ordered was standing in the way, and it's quite cramped inside. Bringing in her big pram and making it unwelcoming for other customers wishing to order. I wish they had more bakery or food options like egg sando or steamed buns. They had nice seats outside, but the tables were quite flimsy. The girl working was friendly and welcoming. And said hello and that she would be with me in a moment after serving the person before me, which was good.

Quick, efficient and polite service. Their coffee is tasty and their sweets are delicious. It is a small place with simple, urban style decoration.

The coffee is alright, a good spot for a quick coffee top up in Woof Wharf. Their coffee is from Attendant coffee roasters. Limited food options so really you just come here for a takeaway cup of coffee.

The caramel coffee latte hit the spot during a hot summers day! The best coffee in London. Would come back again ☺️

Potter & Reid – Toynbee Street, London Review Atmosphere & Vibe (4/5) Tucked away on Toynbee Street, Potter & Reid presents itself as a stylish yet standard café setup—think wood, marble interiors, coffee, pastries, and a clear focus on Instagram-friendly brunch dishes. From the look of things, the food might be the real star here, with a steady flow of diners enjoying well-presented plates. Coffee Quality (4/5) I was here strictly for the coffee—ordered my usual flat white, takeaway, with my own cup saving me 20p, bringing it to £3.80. • The coffee was well-made, with clear care and attention from the barista. • It delivered a smooth, creamy foam and a mellow, rounded body—balanced and easy to drink. • While it didn’t offer that robust “kick” I tend to prefer for my first coffee of the day, it was still a solid, enjoyable cup. If you lean towards softer, smoother coffee profiles, this is definitely your spot. Value for Money (4/5) At £3.80 (or £4 without a reusable cup), it sits at the standard price point for specialty coffee in London. Given the quality and attention to detail, it feels fair—but not exceptional value. Overall Rating: 4/5 Potter & Reid delivers a good, smooth flat white in a pleasant setting. While it may not satisfy those looking for a bold, punchy coffee, it’s a great option for a second coffee of the day or when you’re after something more mellow and refined. Would I return? Yes—especially to try the food and pair it with a softer coffee experience.
