Stayed in one of the beautiful lodges amongst the vines. It was wonderful to wake up on a crisp and sunny morning in such lovely accommodation. The summers here must be amazing. We ate in the restaurant on a Saturday evening and is very tastefully decorated, service is friendly and attentive. The food is superb, very imaginative tapas style dishes, my particular favourites were the orzo with roasted salmon and the figs with Stilton. We walked through the vines to breakfast which was lovely. The breakfast was fantastic, one of the best we’ve ever had. Smoked salmon was amazing, never tasted salmon like it. All in all, a beautiful place in a fantastic location, friendly staff, great food and excellent wines. Can’t wait to go back

Our first visit and what a lovely idea to have menu solely compromising of tapas style sharing dishes. Very friendly welcome and a great table location in the very spacious restaurant. The menu choices are quite extensive - try the charcuterie platter with the breads - all very good and then we had a couple of dishes from the sharing menu with the posh fries! Very attentive service without being overbearing or rushed. The wine list, of course, has all of their own wines but also some guest ones too, all sensibly priced.

This was a meal to celebrate two birthdays and what a celebration we had! This was fine dining tapas style which was informal but in very exquisite surroundings. The view of the vineyards was beautiful. The tapas menu was far reaching and exceeded our expectations regarding quality, quantity and taste. We all enjoyed ourselves very much indeed and loved this new tapas idea. The wine was superb and being allowed to try the wines first was a bonus. An excellent venue with very happy customers.

Very good and broad range of tapas. Very well cooked and nicely presented. We had this with the wine tasting which is served at the table. A brief description of each wine is given ( thankfully not too much ) and then you are left to enjoy your tapas and wine at your leisure. A pleasant dinning room and nice service. Good value and good quality.

Went with several other couples to celebrate a birthday as soon as we could book tables (and rooms in the hotel) after the end of lockdown rules. Restaurant has changed to a tapas menu post lockdown, and none the worse for that, great variety, beautifully prepared and presented, lovingly served. We had early evening slots for service which allows more time to savour the food, (and wine of course) perhaps a good idea to order slowly and not get all dishes at once so that you can create a good atmosphere. Sharing platters offer fantastic choice and value. We were well looked after by the excellent service team.

We stayed in lodge room with dinner and breakfast.Having a table with a gorgeous view over the vineyards and countryside is a winner and a great start. The waitress was excellent and the food pleasant if not special. Starters of beetroot infused smoked salmon were fine, mains of pork belly and plaice good enough and chocolate fondant a sound pudding. Wine suggestions were followed - sometimes! It was not perhaps as upmarket as we had expected given the pricing but enjoyable nonetheless.Breakfast was more amateurish but there was a reasonable spread laid out. The smoked salmon and scrambled eggs were first class, the rigmarole and staff attitude when trying to get some toast less so. And my chief criterion for hotel breakfast is the quality of the orange juice and a three out of five would be generous!

This brasserie is in a great location, a very attractive area. We were made welcome and had a great spot sitting at the window overlooking the vineyard. The room itself does not look like the photographs above any more, it is much nicer, not having the ubiquitous faux leather chairs. It has a lovely sitting area too, for a pre-dinner drink or coffee that has a fab stove for winter and there are chairs and tables outside if we ever get any sunshine! A nice atmosphere all round inside and out. Now, food. For starter I had a carrot panna cotta, something I had never had before, my husband had lovely large mussels. My husband carried on being fishy with a tasty hake main. I thought I would go veggie for a change so had Tempura battered courgette flower, which looked great when it came out, and ratatouille. Unfortunately the dish did not have much flavour. A sticky toffee pud followed but as everywhere did not come with enough sauce. Add a large bottle of water and two glasses of their own wine which was quite nice, the bill came to £65.95, which we thought reasonable. All in all a very nice lunch in a lovely place with friendly staff.

Our family visited Three Choirs Restaurant for lunch on 17th November, to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. The venue was stunning, the food was delicious and the service was quite exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. We had two vegans in our party, and the chef emailed me beforehand to let me know which dishes could be adapted, and informing me of the provision of a specific vegan menu. My son (11) asked for sausages, but requested an accompaniment of egg and chips, instead of mash! No trouble at all - and he said they were the best sausages he had ever had! The friendly waitress didn't bat an eyelid at any of our strange requests and happily took group photos for us. I've drunk Three Choirs wine in Manchester, so was keen to go there while I was in Gloucestershire. On a Sunday evening, the setting was idyllic, sitting in the open french doors of a lovely restaurant, looking out over the vineyard to the hills beyond, only one building in sight in the far distance, the evening sunshine putting a glow over it all. My (single, sadly) glass of wine was perfect with the local ingredients that were perfectly, simply presented. My family and I have visited the Three Choirs Vineyard dozens of times over the years and have always found it to be most excellent. However, on this occasion we were very disappointed. My starter was billed as camembert with pear, walnuts and salad. Delicious I thought. How wrong I was. I had precisely three slithers of camembert. I know because I counted them. The plate was awash with salad and pear, but sadly little camembert. If a starter is going to be billed as camembert with...then it needs to contain more than three 2cm by 3mm slithers. All three main courses were nice. However, Three Choirs are very stingy with the vegetables. If you're going to bother to bring out extra vegetables, it needs to be more substantial than three florets each of cauliflower cheese. The dessert was dreadful. White chocolate and raspberry bread and butter pudding. It was an unappetising slop in a pool of custard. It was soft and had no texture. Akin to baby food. The taste was sickly. One of the worst desserts I've ever tried. Dreadfully presented. One of the waiting staff had no idea about the customer service side of the business. She didn't smile or engage. She looked fed up and bored. She plonked the desserts menus on the edge of the table and told us to help ourselves. We steeled ourselves to say what we thought of the meal when we paid the bill. However, when the bill was taken, she didn't say was everything alright or did you enjoy your meal. So, Three Choirs missed out on some direct feedback. The Sunday lunch is now £27.50, which is fairly pricey. However, neither the food or customer service matches the price. We'd have to think long and hard about returning to Three Choirs again after this poor show. Style over sustance sadly. There are now much better Sunday lunch menus out there for the same price or less.

We had a bottle of May Hill (sweet) which we then followed with a bottle of Willowbrook med dry (yes we were only supposed to be having a glass!!) we then had lunches-a crispy beef salad and a hake fishcake-both of which were spot on. Visited for Sunday lunch. Delicious roast pork but no apple sauce! Baked apple instead. Pleasant setting overlooking the vineyard where tours and tastings are available.

We were 7 for lunch. We had been here before 3 years ago and were impressed then, so this was a natural choice for us to stop at for lunch on our way to Herefordshire.

We recently had a one night stay at the three choirs vineyard in one of their chalets with a beautiful view of the vineyard and a patio door which opened to a private table and chairs which we sat and enjoyed a bottle of three choirs wine it was most pleasant with the hazy sun shining over the vines. We also had a wine tasting event during the afternoon and a wine making tour which was very enjoyable. We were able to have a lovely walk around the vineyard and on the evening we had a very delicious meal and a smashing breakfast in the morning. Well worth a visit.

Found this restaurant by chance whilst visiting the vineyard shop. Friendly efficient staff and some great tasty food, well presented. Looking forward to another visit on a hot summers day when the vines are heavy with grapes, eating and drinking in the scenery.

I came here back when I was 4 months old, with the same crew (Mummy, Grandma, Great Granny and Great Grandad). But I wasn’t allowed to try anything, so I was well pleased when we arrived here today!

Very nice restaurant with great staff. The menu is well balanced and they catered for food allergy without fuss. The food was very good quality and although the food prices were not cheap (£17 for venison burger) you didn't feel hard doneby.

The 2017 Ledbury Rotary Christmas meal was held at this restraint. From start to finish arranging and execution, the Three Choirs staff were excellent. The menu was varied, the food first class, and service friendly, attentive and efficient. This is not the first time I have visited but it will definitely not be the last. Thoroughly recommended as a good experience plus good food and superb ambience.

We lunched here on Saturday - a group of 9 - and the service was excellent from the moment we stepped through the door. Drinks before the meal came speedily and once at the table our order was promptly dealt with, good recommendations re the wine and the food was all served together. Everyone in the party was delighted with the food which was delicious. A great find and somewhere to return to.

We were gifted a winery tour and lunch, and thoroughly enjoyed our few hours, here. The tour with wine tasting is very enjoyable and the host clearly knows his stuff, which is always welcome. It was great to learn a few things about the whole grape to bottle process. Lunch was fantastic and I do recommend dining here, without a doubt. The food was great and well presented. I would happily return just to use the restaurant.

Much too salty. Salty bread, salty beans, salty crust on chicken pie. Hake on a sea of red mush unappealing. Pie a bit too dry. No sign of a Manager. Not impressed and will not return. At least the prices were not outrageous but standard of cooking below par. Good beer.

We first visited this restaurant in November 2023 during an all male yearly trip to the Forest of Dean, it was that good we went again on our way home! We visited again last night and cannot reccomend this little gem enough, that's coming from someone who cooks and grew up in the trade! Great food, enjoyed always by all the group. The service is just incredible with it being a famiy run establishment, they really do go above and beyond and make you feel so very welcomed! Long may Curry leaf continue and we look forward to visiting again every November as a tradition!

Great pub with friendly staff. Roz is wonderful and always makes an effort with everything she does for her customers. Love Sundays when there is live music. Great food too! Only downside for me is that it’s too far away to walk there!! 🙏

Great service at the minors sling. We stayed here for a night as we were in the area. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, the menu was plentiful and the food was really nice quality. Breakfast was good too. Well worth staying and a nice environment

Faultless and delicious freshly cooked Thai dishes enjoyed immensely, in an informal and unpretentious setting with an intimate and friendly atmosphere. The small restaurant with limited tables allows this great little restaurant to produce freshly made dishes to order in a timely manner under the careful smiling eye of the proud owner 'Ice'! we sat in the small covered outdoor courtyard with our 2 dogs and had a lovely meal. The chicken satay was so fresh and moist and tasty - unlike many I've experienced elsewhere that are dry and tasteless and mass produced. Don't expect 50 menu choices - expect a well chosen selection of perfectly cooked dishes prepared on the premises, to suit mild or spicy palates, meat eaters and veggie / vegan. Highly recommend.
